This washer is easy to use and does a great job washing. We love having the sink so we can pretreat and scrub out simple messes.

My favorite part with this new model is the Activewash sink! It's so convenient having the ability to have a "running faucet" in the washer. This machine does the job. It cleans our clothes well, it's fairly quiet, and it's spacious! I can fit a king size comforter, a bed sheet, blanket and 4 pillowcases with ease.

Big drum, so I can wash large items. Quiet and efficient, love the computerized selection screen for washing options too.

Large capacity is very nice. Found the previous washer load sizes could be combined into one load with this washer. Active wash tub is odd and kind of in the way of where you put the liquid soap etc. but not a deal breaker. The active wash tub can be removed if you wanted to.

This washing machine is quiet, and huge-I can get all my laundry done in less cycles. Works great for our family needs.

WASHER AND DRYER ARE VERY QUIET COMPARED TO OUR LAST UNITS WE HAS NOTICED THAT OUR CLOTHES SMELL BETTER AND SEEM CLEANER WITH THE TOP LOAD WASHER. THE WASHER UNIT IS SO LARGE WE CANNOT GET ALL THE CLOTHES IN TO THE DRYER, WASHER HOLDS BIG LOADS LIKE COMFORTERS EASILY . LOVE THEM LOVE THEM LOVE THEM

I am happy with the Samsung Active Washer. It is quiet and I don't even realize it is on sometimes. Best Buy and Samsung customer service are both horrible and are not willing to help. I would purchase from another source if possible. When purchase was made, a rebate offer was extended. The form for the rebate was never given to me so I could submit said rebate. When I contacted Best Buy and Samsung the next day they both refused to assist me, placing blame on the other entity.

We are a Samsung family but not afraid to say if it's good or not. I love this and so does my wife... Does great job getting out tough stains, plus Active Wash makes it easy for us to prewash very very delicate item's and it looks great doing it. So far no problems... must buy for a mid range to high end washer.

Love this washer! Fits a TON of cloths and everything comes out super clean. I did hit my head once or twice on the sink thing tho when I was unloading it but it is an awesome feature I have used quite a few times already. Wish I could change the temp of the water that comes out of the jet though.

I purchased the washer and matching dryer together. This washer has so many options and wash cycles. It is very quiet while running through its cycles, so much so, that I had to go see if it was on a couple of times. The Best Buy personnel who delivered it were very knowledgable and showed me many of the things it could do I am just happy that this machine came with a manual. There are so many options and settings for this machine that they would need a whole day to show me. I love that there is no agitator in the middle taking up half of the room inside. Not for a short person. I have to use a stool to reach to the bottom of the drum to get all the clothes out but that is a minor inconvenience for the large drum space. The wash table at the top serves its purpose very well

The large capacity has cut the laundry time by 2/3. It cleans well and takes less energy than the old unit.

We opted to change out our front loader due to its potential for mold / mildew with this top load model. Wow. This top loader seems like it could hold twice the load as our previous model. The controls are very intuitive and the unit performs very well. Although it's a slight drawback, the prewash basin seems to get in the way of loading detergent into the pullout reservoir. If you have a large, economy size container, it will be awkward to fill.

My old washer had been slowly "dying". I had plenty of time to do my research and it came down to 3 washers. I had never owned a Samsung appliance. I must say couldn't e more pleased. This machine delivers everything it promises. Efficient, quiet, cloths come out spotless.This washer is absolute joy. Best buys delivery and haul off was fast and friendly.

Washer's cycles make it simple to wash any type of clothes, bedding or towels. The AquaJet cycle option is great on extra dirty loads. Unique washing action may seem too easy but it really gets clothes clean. Pretty quiet operation. Deep tub so be sure to make sure you can reach the bottom!

Really like that you can put a ton of stuff in this washer. It's seems to wash the clothes well.

When our dryer went out we decided we needed to get a new set of machines. The washer and dryer were both on sale for a good price so we decided to try them out. The washer drum is huge so you can wash large loads or bedding with ease. If you are short you will have trouble getting the clothes from the bottom without a step stool. You will also need to watch your head because the active wash sink does stick out.

Not only does the washer look great but it works great too. It plays a nice happy tune at the end which some may not enjoy but I like it. The drum is deep so short people will likely have trouble reaching all the way in without a stool. It has plenty of settings to satisfy anyone and I've used several. You can use powder, liquid or the sealed packets. I have not used the wash basin but it should work well if I ever need to. It does stick out a bit though and you need to be careful when reaching in that you don't bonk your head when pulling out. It does a great job of spinning the clothes about as dry as you could get. It's a bit loud during the spin cycle but I think that's pretty standard. I love it!

This washer has all the feature I wanted and a few extra special ones besides. It has large capacity but handles small loads well too. I like the energy saving features. The old fashion washboard scrubber built in really comes in handy, and it is even engineered to reuse and conserves water. Operation is smooth and quiet.

Upgraded to this washer after my other samsung washer was recalled. This washer came out less expensive than my recalled one and is so much better! It is quiet, washes the clothes good, and I love the sink feature! I highly recommend this washer!

Our front loader broke yet again and the tub and gaskets were always slimey even up here in CO where we have low humidity. This was a highly rated replacement option in a leading consumer mag and a top loader so we decided to give it a try, Excellent washer; we've not used the pretreat feature much but it is a cool gadget and I love toys! Nothing bad to say after using it for over a month
