I read the reviews before purchasing this washer. I have a lot of Samsung products. My clothes come out clean. It didn't do a great job on any of my tennis shoes, although I did see a difference. I believe if the agitator had been inside they would've came cleaner. It is true if your just under 5 ft 5 in tall you will need to lean on your tip toes to reach the buttom. My children can no longer wash clothes because they aren't tall enough to align the clothes along the inside of washer, nor can they reach the badly placed digital buttons (the flat down back of washer) to start the machine. You have to pour the liquid detergent into a cup first becuase of the placement ( back inside of washer :( ). I love how silent it is. Very minimum noise. It has a child lock on it. Kids can reach the inside no way. My husband didn't like the price. I wish I’d purchased a bigger C.U. since the price was so high. Haven't tried any of the other features.

Was concerned about going to this style washer without an agitator. It has been excellent so far, clothes clean, very quiet. Easy to use. Very efficient due to low water usage and spin gets clothes nearly dry.

Where has this washer been my entire life! It's so easy to use, very efficient, lots of options, and looks great! Love all the different features on it. Great value for the money as well.

This washer was exactly what I was looking for! For some odd reason I feel like I'm washing more than I normally did before not because of multiple loads but because I love it so much that I'm constantly looking for things to throw in there. This washer has so many wonderful buttons that you have many different options on how you would like to wash i.e. normal wash, quick wash, bedding, heavy spin, low spin...just makes my head spin. The dome in this washer is so big that I'm able to complete one big load than doing multiple loads. It's also quiet and efficient and way more affordable than any of the other washers I looked at. Recommend this washer!!!

This washer is so amazing! The tub is huge and fits huge loads, bedding, etc. There is a huge menu of options in which to wash your clothes, and even a little sink for hand washing. The only thing I don't like is that it's such a huge tub sometimes it's hard to reach all the way down to get the clothes, and then you gotta watch your head or you'll hit the little sink. Overall I love it and can't complain since it makes laundry a total breeze.

This washer appears to get my clothes cleaner than any I have used, so far. It is quiet, is larger and yet takes up less space than my previous washer. I am very pleased with my choice.

First of all let me say the washer I had prior was so small and old. I could barely fit 5 or 6 towels in it so going to this washer was a HUGE upgrade. Its almost impossible to fill. The only complaint that I have is that when washing sheets and blankets they seem to get stuck on the rinse spins cycle and get unbalanced. Its an easy fix but then the cycle seems to start all over again and if it gets stuck again and you fix it by moving stuff around it starts all over again and that is annoying. I am sure there is a way to keep sheets and blankets from going unbalanced I hust havent taken the time yet to look into it. But its an amzing washer

My past washer and dryers have always been purchased used, so I was a little hesitant to buy this Samsung Washer on basically a whim. My old one was getting a bit quirky, but still worked however the reviews combined with the sale price had me visiting my local Best Buy store to check them out in more detail. I loved the look, the size was impressive and I was sold. Delivery was timely, and I love how clean my clothes and bedding are - even the king size bulky comforters. Super quiet too! You won't be disappointed!

This is a replacement for an identical model that was recalled. Other than the recall, this unit is great. Huge capacity, quiet, and smart looking. Cleans great too.

We really like the washer. It is extremely quiet and holds a lot of clothes. It is a bit hard to empty the washer because we are short and the washer is deep.

I'm not going to lie I was a bit apprehensive to use this because of all the buttons and features it has but now that I've had a chance to do different types of loads I know what works well for us. It easily washes our comforters (I've done both king size and queen size). My only one complaint is that I have to stand on a step stool to get all of my clothes out (it's that deep) and I'm 4'11" - if you're at least 5' 2" I think you won't have the same problem as me!

I read several different reviews before purchasing this machine. It was among the highest rated and it's easy to see why. It's really easy to use, offers many different wash choices, and the built in pre-rinse sink is amazing. Not to mention its huge! The sink was a huge bonus. I wasn't sure how much I would use it at first but it's great for pretreatment of stains or just washing your delicates. Overall I'm really happy with this machine.

This was a replacement of our broken front loader. This unit is the "black" stainless look so it's still somewhat stylish while having the benefit of a top loader. It is huge - you can fit a ton of laundry inside yet the entire unit doesn't take up nearly as much depth as traditional front loaders of the same capacity. The great feature for us was the prewash sink feature that allows you to use this as a sink and prewash or scrub your laundry before dropping it in the machine. I also like how the controls are in the back of the unit, still easy to access but keeps them out of reach of children.

After having a series of unfortunate events with 2 different washing machines in 3 years, i cringed at the thought of wandering down the path of yet another washing machine purchase, with so many different options and price points, I was unsure of where to start. I confined my search to samsung products since we have yet to encounter any problems with any of our other Samsung products. As a family that moves frequently, the fact that it comes with an insert that will stablize the drum during moves was a big plus, no added costs. The wash bin that is built in is a great feature that I frequently use with young kids. It is so convenient to presoak and then dump the contents into the drum. The water proof material feature is also a plus, as my spouse has many items that fit into this category. The cycles tend to run a bit longer than I am used to, however I have real complaints about that since my clothes come out cleaner than my previous machine. Overall I am very happy with this purchase.

Our old machine from the 90's was starting to eat our clothing so it was time to upgrade. We typically buy used washers and dryers, but this time we decided to go all out, and purchase new ones. We couldn't be happier with our choice! This unit has a TON of space (reducing our typical 5-6 loads per day down to 1-2 loads), and it does an awesome job! There are also more buttons than we know what to do with. Apparently, we can control it with our phone, but we haven't figured that part out yet.

Made this purchase online-also purchased the matching dryer and a fridge. Delivery amazing! 2 gentlemen who delivered were very professional-really looked at best options to get appliances in-and completed process very carefully and quickly. Really appreciated this as I made this purchase for my NEW home. Smooth process all the way around from Best Buy-very happy with washer-it is deep though. Not loud at all-in a laundry room you cannot hear. Delivery-installation process very smooth.

The washer has lots of features, more than I could ever use. I like how you can program your favorite washing setting for a one touch operation! It has a large capacity, seperate washing area for pretreating soiled clothes, quiet and does its job in getting everything clean! I have been using it for over a month now and no issues! I would give this 5 stars, but the seperate tub for pretreating is kind of a pain. I have hit my head on it multiple times. The other annoying thing is, after about 20 loads it wants you to run a clean cycle for it.

So bought this model and it looks beautiful. Like that I am able to pre wash inside the machine. It doesn't hit your head like the older model but because of the cabinets above I can't pull the top all the way up without it closing on my head. Lots of cycles seems to get the clothes clean. You do have to hold the start button for three seconds sounds like not a big deal but it's longer then you think. Several times I thought it was going and came back to find out I didn't even start the wash
