These ovens are packed with so many features and I really enjoy using them every time I cook. Has helped reduce cooking time and love the camera feature. Very pleased with this purchase.

It’s words well. We have utilized the AI technology as well as several of the cooking functions and all seems to work As advertised. The full user manual did not come With the oven but can be obtained on Samsung.s site. Also the manual Says it’s supposed to come With air fry rack that was not with the stove. There is an issue with the steam clean mode where water dropped down to the lower oven in between the glass. I called Best Buy and they have scheduled a replacement. Overall it seems like a great unit but will see how this plays out.

My dream oven

But I love it. It is everything you can think of. I just wish it was some YouTube tutorial videos. For some of the features. But definitely a wonderful purchase.

The only thing I wasn’t really happy about is that in order to steam cook I’m required to spend another $250 for a pan/ lid from Samsung.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Please don't purchase this item, bought it brand new and it broke out of the box, so Best Buy sent Cone Appliance to the home to fix the door that was broken, and they couldn't fix it. So Samsung paid me for the item for me to purchase another one, i did so through Best Buy again bad idea, it's going on April, and haven't received it yet and this been since the end of 2024, customer service sucks.
