I love it, but there are a few things I wish that were different. 1st the cooking grates interlock...the two outside grates sit on the middle grate, so to remove the grate to wipe something up you have to remove at least one other. 2nd the cook top area is stainless steel, so I'm having to do extra work to have it looking good. 3rd the oven vent grates are sitting on top of stainless steel and these grates are attached with screws on the backside of the stove, so to clean the stainless steel that lays underneath due to grease splatter you have to pull the stove out to disassemble. 5th, i wish the griddle plate could/was integrated. If you are/want to cook something in a big pot at the same time as the griddle it's impossible. Now I love how it looks. I love the burns. I love that the storage drawer has an integrated handle. I love the lights on the burner knobs. I love the digital display and the way it functions.

This oven is money well spent! Cooks beautifully and the built in timer/automatic shut off feature is amazing for this busy Mom of four! We air fried chicken drums the first night and I didn't realize it was dripping around the pan and made a huge mess! Used the self cleaning feature (literally never tried this before) and all the grease cleaned right off and it looked good as new! Looking forward to making Christmas cookies in this baby! Love the smart thermometer feature that you can shove in your meat and it shows you the temp! So many "smart features"! Everything seems to taste so much more delicious when cooked in this oven, beyond pleased with this purchase!

I absolutely love this range. It is stylish and contemporary. It has the air fry built in and the blue dial is very nice.

I replaced my 13 years old Kenmore Range with SAMSUNG Range Bespoke with Smart Dial, it has a beautiful design and blue LED light dials, and it has a silver top, which makes it even more beautiful. It matches my Samsung Bespoke white glass with changeable panels, I’m extremely satisfied with this range and I’ll definitely recommend anybody who wants to buy a new Range.

I just love Samsung Kitchen appliances and this stove is great. I waited for over 10 years to get me an upgraded gas stove and the wait was so worth it. I love not having to clean stainless steel doors. Cleaning this stove is easy plus it is so beautiful that I am motivated. I love how it cooks, I am not a chef at all, but everything is quick and easy. The air fryer is great. I am overall in LOVE!

It has Wi-Fi and you could use your phone to make several settings on the stove

First it looks beautiful. Secondly, it works great. Love that there’s tons of cooking space, love that I can boil water quickly, love that the oven heats up quickly.

I really like the precision of the burners. The look of the st is beautiful. It holds heat well.

I love my stove blue lighting around the knobs is a great feature you will never forget to turn off your burners

Gas panel shattered everywhere as soon as the item arrived and box opened before even installed. Called best buy 3 times and still cannot resolve with an immediate exchange but to tell me to wait another week with this dangerous unit in my house. Hope i wont need to file a personal injury case. I recently bought 3 samsung appliances from bestbuy and 2 of the 3 are defective. Extremely poor service at bestbuy and poor samsung quality

we bought a gas stove, but the next day the control panel shorted out and broke down, snows only sabbat,I called the customers service, they answered right away, I hope the problem will be solved, but I was very disappointed

The stove itself is beautiful I got the bespoke white glass. It is elegant and stunning. I love e the air fry feature. It is so easy to clean I also notice the cooking time is faster on the stove top which I love especially if your on the go person

I have been enjoying my new stove. I like that its easy to keep clean and has that middle burner for the grill/griddle pan. I like that the knobs illuminate while using to remind you thats the burners are in use.

This gas range exceed our expectations. We purchased this range to replace our glass top electric range when the glass broke. The range fit nicely and with some top edge fillers the fit was seamless. Additionally, we found a range top protective cover that was designed specifically for our range model. This range is a very attractive addition for our kitchen.

I purchased this gas range directly from Samsung for $1619.00 in January 2024 and after six months the piece on the side next to the control panel started to detach. The piece is made of flimsy plastic and wasn't attached with any hardware. The tech Samsung sent to inspect it removed the piece, causing bits of plastic to splinter off; then, after consulting Samsung by phone, he diagnosed the issue as "physical damage" and said that replacing the now-broken piece wouldn't be covered under the warranty. Not only does Samsung refuse to repair their cheaply manufactured product, but their tech left it in worse condition than it was in before he removed the part. Samsung's customer service department refused to refund us or cover the cost of replacing the broken piece and installing it (they said we'd have to pay hundreds of dollars out of pocket to repair). I see the range is now deeply discounted and suspect it's because we're not the only ones who've had issues with it. If you choose to order this product, make sure to use the junk yard as your shipping address.

Love the look of this range. Has lots of features. I love that the dial lights up when the burners are on. Great safety feature. I'm excited to try air fryer but I haven't had a chance to as of yet.
