I love this range! Cooking is so easy - easy clean up and cooks so fast and evenly!

I never in my life thought i would be so excited to cook, this range is life changing! Induction cooktops are absolutely amazing, the airfry option is awesome, and the app to help control these appliances is soo cool and so easy to use even if you’re not a high tech person. I love this range so much it’s my favorite part of my kitchen now

The oven temperature is accurate! And the oven light helps with baking. The cook top is super easy to use and easy to clean. I am so pleased I switched from gas to induction. PLUS I got a rebate from my local utility company.

it borke in a month. it stopped working with loud pop sound and shut down. it was scary moment. Getting replacement but have to wait for 2weeks…

This Samsung range has been a disappointment from the start. I strongly advise against purchasing it. Like many others who have shared their experiences, I encountered a significant issue with the induction range failing after only a few months of use. There was a loud popping sound during cooking, and thereafter, the range ceased to function altogether. What's more frustrating is Samsung's lack of support in replacing the faulty part; they claim they do not have it available. In light of these issues, get a refund!

We have had this range for about a month now. We are delighted with it. The induction cooktop works beautifully and heats very quickly and evenly. We had to get rid of a few of our pots, but most of them worked with it (as long as there is iron in them, they usually work - cast iron and stainless steel, which is mostly iron anyway). Of the four burners, the largest one heats food the quickest. The smaller ones take longer to heat a pan and food, but are still quite fast. Consequently, we can cook food at much lower settings than other ranges we have had. Aside from boiling water where I use the top (9) setting, most of our cooking uses the 1-4 settings (starting at 4 and then decreasing as the food heats up). We haven't burned anything yet. We converted from a gas range to this induction range and are impressed by the difference. I did a test of heating water in a kettle on the gas range and compared it to heating the same amount of water on the induction cooktop. The water took 8 minutes 55 seconds to boil and set off the whistle on the gas range but only 2 minutes 33 seconds on the induction cooktop. That's a huge difference! The oven heats evenly. My wife has used it more than me. She says that bread, cookies and cakes that she has baked were more evenly cooked than on the gas range. We haven't yet needed to clean the oven but that looks to be a lot simpler than with the gas range (which was 13 years old and didn't have the same features). If we have one complaint about this induction range (which also applies to other manufacturer's induction ranges) is the lack of a built-in backguard/backsplash. The range is flat on top and does not have a back part. Samsung produces a separate backguard that one can order. But, when it came, it was just a piece of metal that was fitted perpendicular to the range. It looked like an airplane part or a piece of sheet metal. It was ugly and we sent it back. Consequently, food will splatter on the wall. I guess these ranges were designed for custom built counters where they could be slid in with a fitted counter as a backsplash. But ours is a free-standing range and doesn't have that built-in counter. We will have to install tiles on the wall to catch any splattering. I don't understand why the manufacturers can't build in a false backsplash as part of the stove, similar to the old control panel that was on most earlier ranges? Other than that, we are delighted with the range. The induction cooktop is a big advance in cooking; no more gas fumes and excess heat.

We have had our Samsung induction range about two months and we love it. It looks nice, is very easy to clean, easy to use, and heats up faster, and more consistently, than our old propane range. It is amazing how much faster you can cook your food and boil water. Have not used the smart features or the air fryer yet, but am looking forward to it.

I haven't used all the features on this range, especially the oven, so this is only a partial review. I've actually only used the cooktop to boil water (very fast at the boil water setting), stir fry in a non-stick pan (excellent) and sear steak using a Staub cast iron griddle pan (excellent grill marks). I would actually rate it 5 stars for the cooktop but have held back one star as reserve when I actually use the stove.

The position of the nobs could be improved and the largest could be a bit smaller.

Two weeks old, scratched like crazy. We owned the original Samsung Chef Induction Duo range for 8 years, not a single scratch on it. Easy to clean and maintain. This smooth top is a disaster. Same pots and pans we’ve used on the previous induction top with no issues, but this one scratches when you sneeze in it’s general direction.

It works but did not have the control I was looking for on the induction top. The settings were not fine tuned enough for me, and I returned it.

To be honet, it rakes a couple weeks to get used to cooking with it. But its awesike aftwr that. The air fryer works great. Boils water as fast asy kettle.

no more samsung this expensive stove is bad quality just before warranty expire die the repai guy didnt fixed at all still have problem now after just few monts after warranty expire die samsung appliance looks pretty but parts are cheap and bad quality everything i buy from samsung last just over a year

Easy to use, I especially like the bread proofing oven setting.
