After getting to know the airdresser, you quickly learn that it is not a replacement for dry cleaning. Rather, it allows you to put off dry cleaning, by freshening up clothes and reducing wrinkles. It's attractive, and easy to use, but don’t expect it to be more than what it's designed to be. Also, I recommend you read the instructions. There's quite a bit to learn on the proper usage of the appliance.

Simple to use, keeps my clothes fresh without needing a full dry clean or full wash. The extra capacity makes it sometimes easier to Freshen up more, but also makes me sometimes search for one or two more items to freshen Great for my Screen/Silk Printed TShirts so they don't fade as quickly

This thing is amazing to start off. We had moved into our new house finally and everything was stinky and wrinkled just from being in cardboard boxes for moving, put pants and shirts and jackets and sweatshirts in and everything comes out fresh and clean smelling and wrinkle free. I was hesitant before I purchased it but after receiving it I’m 110% glad i took the leap of faith and purchased this. It’s like the dry cleaners at your house. My wife is also in the medical field, so everyday we put her work outfits in there to get sanitized to remove odor and viruses and everything that you pick up from work.

Use this regularly. Takes about an hour for a cycle but it hooks up to WiFi and can track progress through the app on your phone

Do not buy this product. I bought it less than a year ago, used it once and it stopped working. It is showing me a manufacturer's technical error code. I have contacted both Samsung and Best Buy more than 10 times and they are refusing to fix the item. Do not recommend Samsung or Best Buy.

I love this air dresser, before my husband all the shirt and pant we need to take it to the dry cleaners. Now is easy and convenient

My wife really wanted this product, and the majority of reviews were in the five-star category, so I took a chance. BIG MISTAKE! This is absolutely not a worthwhile product. It's unnecessarily complex (why on earth would you need to operate it from your smart phone?) which leads to constant error messages and malfunctions. After two weeks the unit started giving all sorts of messages and codes that could not be rectified. So Samsung sent us an exchange unit. Good. After two days, the same thing started happening. Not good. This time Samsung refunded our money—because the nearest repair person who could work on the unit was five hundred miles away! Unfortunately, that left us to dispose of the two-hundred pound behemoth on our own! In all fairness, when the unit worked, it didn't do a bad job. It didn't do a great job, but it wasn't useless either. So I suppose if you're desperate for a clothes-steaming closet, and you want to gamble on getting a unit that isn't defective, by all means go ahead, although it still isn't worth the money in my estimation. But if you're smart, you will learn from my mistake and STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT ENTIRELY. And by the way, customer support from Best Buy was absolutely useless.
