Best vacuum I’ve ever seen. The automatic emptying of the vacuum every time it’s returned to the charger module is awesome. Best suction ever.

I'm disappointed in the vacuums ability to sense whether or not the brush is needed. The AI functionality is not accurately identifying when I'm vacuuming carpet, so the brush does not turn on consistently when it should. The AI functionality is not accurately assessing carpet based on lighting and pile of the carpet. Sometimes I have to face in a different direction or turn lights on to make its' sensors work right.

It works great. Looks great also. With this price, I think they should have added more accessories

Good vacuuum with self cleaning feature which is nice but way over priced. Premium cost should inclued an attachment tray, extra battery plus mop attachment which it does not.

Do not buy this vacuum. It has a major design flaw where if you put it on the clean station after use, it has a diagnostic error of "Check micro filter or dustbin". I've washed the filters, reset the unit and still have the problem. Purchased this 9-months ago.

The self cleaning function is great, the different power settings are perfect for different surfaces.

So far this vacuum has been amazing. It works better than the original jet bot stick vacuum and the AI functions really do improve with use. The only downside is it doesn't come with a took stand with battery charger and additional battery like the old jet bot stick vacuum does.

The new Samsung - Bespoke Jet Corless Stick Vacuum with AI is a very versatile vacuum cleaner. The unit has a powerful motor and a swivel head that allows you to reach in a wide variety of tough places. I have the previous generation and I believe that the swivel head on this new unit is much better than on the older model. The weight is good. It is not too heavy and comes in a very narrow form factor that makes is easy to reach behind furniture. Maybe the best feature is the charging canister. By placing the Samsung Bespoke on the stand, it not only charges the unit, but sucks out the debris from the vacuum into a bag located in the stand. This allows you to always have an empty canister when you start vacuuming. My unit came with a single battery that provides at least 30 minutes of runtime, a pet hair brush and a crevic tool along with the all in one dustbin. This is the AI unit which intelligently senses the type of floor and picks the proper amount of suction to apply based on this information. The vacuum, combined with the smart things app allows remote management and Smart AI diagnostics for maintenance guides and solutions. The Digital display provides status updates such as power levels, battery life and alerts. This unit weighs a little over 6 pounds. Just remember, the cleaning station will open the door on the vacuum to empty it, but it does not close it back. All in all, this is a nice unit albeit, not a cheap one. It is powerful, light and stylish. I don't think you will go wrong with this purchase.

I’ve been using another famous maker cordless vacuum for years but when I heard the Samsung Bespoke AI offered the category topping 280AW of power, I was ready to give it a try. Unboxing revealed a super sleek vacuum and convenient dock that not only hold the vacuum and charges the battery but also empties the dustbin…all in one place! The vacuum is a satin black with brushed silver accents. It’s very understated and modern but with class. I love the aesthetics! The weighted dock (with vacuum attached) is roughly 47” tall and about 13” deep/wide. It’s a small footprint and was easy to get situated. You use the Samsung SmartThings app to connect the vacuum which gives you a couple of customized options for the length of the emptying cycle, battery level and ability to empty the bin immediately. I wish it offered more options like a toggle to allow manual bin emptying, but maybe more options will come in time. Thankfully, Samsung also includes 5 dust bin bags to get you up and running for a while. The vacuum also comes with an extendable tube (3 length notches) and 3 attachments. First, is the small retractable brush which is great for basic pickups or things like baseboards. Second is the smaller powered brush which is great for stairs and furniture. Last is the motorized brush head that also has a soft roller attached and a bright LED front light. It’s fantastic for hard floors and carpets. One thing I’ve really noticed about the unit is that it’s quite a bit lighter than my existing cordless vacuum. It also seems to be quieter which I’m very appreciative of. One of the best yet smallest features is that it doesn’t have a trigger!!! I’m so happy to see that I can just turn it off and on…my trigger finger is grateful. Using the vacuum couldn’t be easier. The power button has a black LED screen that shows the battery lever and the power mode. It’s clear and simple to use. The power modes are: Min, Mid, Max, Jet and AI. The new AI mode automatically detects the surface and adjusts accordingly. I prefer the JET mode which is the highest setting because I don’t need to use the vacuum for extended periods of time. With the motorized floor brush attached, the battery runs for about 53 min with Minimum, 31 min with Mid, 18 min at Max, 13 min at Jet and it varies with AI based on the surfaces. I’m super happy with the results so far. After you’re done, simply place the vacuum on the dock and it will run a cleaning cycle to clean out and empty the dustbin along with the motorized floor brush. There is also a manual button on the dock that you can push to start and stop an emptying cycle. The debris bag is inside the standing dock and is easy to change out when it’s time. Overall, the Samsung Bespoke AI is a very powerful, elegant, versatile vacuum that almost takes care of itself. It really doesn’t get any easier, or better than this!

Gorgeous, I wish it had been operable. I had to return because it came missing the batteries, and charging station. So, basically useless because cordless and no power access equals fancy floor decor. Once I receive a working model with the correct pieces I'll re-review.

best vacuum on the market. really stuck with rumbas for a while but it wasn't doing the job like this vacuum

Had the previous model to this, the AI is a huge step in the right direction. Self emptying bin does a fantastic job with its improved features

Very upset box arrived opened. Missing parts to include instructions and warranty and handle with the motor. This is a new purchase, not an open box with discount .
