The Jetbot AI Combo is fantastic! The best obstacle avoidance of any robot vacuum, even better than Roborock. If you want a top of the line vacuum that also mops, and even empties the dustbin and cleans the mops for you, this is it!! I’ve had it for a month now and couldn’t recommend it highly enough! PLUS it integrates perfectly with SmartThings for home automation. Honestly the best!!!

However, it’s important to keep the robot vacuum clean, as it may occasionally stop in the middle of the floor if not properly maintained. I purchased my unit directly from Samsung and received it on Monday August 19, 2024. The first time I tried mapping the house it failed with the dock set in the kitchen plus the robot could not find its way back to the dock so I moved it to the living room and tried again. This time it was able to complete mapping then I tried sending it out to clean and it was only able to complete 3 rooms before returning to the dock. I tried sending it to the hard floor areas and it wouldn't engage the mops. When it returned to the dock it was hesitant to back up to the dock having to make multiple attempts to line up. Many times we had to manually push it into the dock to get it back in then it would drive out and back up into it again. Then while out on a cleaning mission it would wander around like it was lost or couldn't make up its mind what direction it should go. I sent it to the kitchen and master bathroom in mop mode and while it was in the kitchen at the hallway opening to turn and go to the master bedroom it turned around and drove all the way back through the kitchen and into the living room to go back to the hallway then turned to go to the master bedroom. If I could give this thing negative stars I would do it. Please don't make the same mistake that I did by buying this horribly expensive and terrible performing robot and go buy something that actually works. I don't think that its a fluke as YT reviews are starting to get their hands on them and the results are not good. I found Vacuum Wars did a review with a do not buy recommendation this morning but it was too late for me. Now its on a FedEx truck on its way back to Samsung after the CS agent offered me a $70 discount to keep it. Their phones and watches are great but the robot vacuums not so much. I'm probably going to get two lesser expensive units this next time. If you haven't already figured it out - DO NOT BUY!
