Customers appreciate the BESPOKE Jet Cordless Stick Vacuum's powerful suction, long battery life, and lightweight design, making it easy to use and maneuver. Many also praise its ease of use and attractive aesthetics. However, some users find the cleaning performance on carpets to be subpar and the dust bin could be improved. The self-emptying feature is a highlight for many, offsetting some minor drawbacks.

I absolutely LOVE my Bespoke vacuum! I got it recently and I watched a Youtuber reviewing it comparing it to the dysons and shark vacuums, the sunction and battery life is way better than all of them. I always noticed everyone complaining about the Dyson. I wanted something similar in appearance but I hated the color way of the dyson. I wanted something super light aswell. I did so much research on vacuums before buying and i’m so glad I choose this one! The sleek design of the vacuum is great. I love the all in one cleaning station. The vacuum is super light aswell. The only thing I wish was that Best Buy sold the mopping attachment you can use with the vacuum!

All items have pros and cons. Overall I am happy. Dare I say it is a pretty vacuum that hits more than it misses.
Pro: works very well on tile and hardwood. The buffer roller helps collect dust. No tangle on the larger brush. (It has a small front brush for fine dust and larger behind it. )
Has 4 suction modes.
It is light and charges pretty quickly.
The charger and cradle do not take up alot of space.
Not a super loud unit which is always nice.
The extendable handle makes reaching highnareas easier and more comfortable for each persons height.
Easy to disassemble for deeper cleaning of the unit itself.
Comes with 7 bags and the hold a lot.
I have two Aussies and we vacuum daily.
The cons: You must use max power to run on carpet which cuts the battery life in half to about 13 mins of run time. (You can purchase an additional battery but it doesn't charge in the cradle)
When you empty the unit, the bottom has to be manually closed when you take it off the cradle.
The cradle doesn't hold the extra tools.
One complaint I do have is it doesnt always pick up larger items on the hardsurface floors.

Absolutely Love, I was a little skeptical in the beginning I am a Dyson user and was not sure how this would work out. I love the fact of how light it is. The all in one vacuum suction where the trash is pulled out instead of fighting the tube to empty the canister. I also love the idea of being able to submerge the part holds all the trash under water to clean. You can not do that with most other models. So to me that is a game changer with animals and stinky dog hair. It seems to pick up very well so I am very happy with that. I do wished Samsung would. make it easier to get ahold of their accessory stand to hold the other pieces and another battery. That has been a bit elusive. But overall I am very happy with my purchase and do highly recommend this product.

Ordered this for Black Friday. I personally like cleaning and wanted a versatile, easy to use vacuum, that also looked aesthetically good. I don’t have a huge space and knew it would be out in the open. This ti led all my boxes, feels like quality and it’s weird to say guests are impressed when they see a vacuum. Would recommend. The Samsung Bespoke Jet Cordless Vacuum with Clean Station is part of their exclusive Bespoke line of home appliances. These add upscale design elements to the fine quality you already expect from Samsung. The Bespoke line also has an extended warranty, reflecting the premium quality of these products.
It is packed is a large, heavy box which suggests you may be in for a long assembly operation. However, you will find that the bulk of the box is occupied by the Clean Station and lots of packing material to protect your new vacuum. The cordless vacuum parts snap together without need for any instruction and it is ready for use immediately. The Jet vacuum and Clean Station are very attractive, finished in Misty White and black plastic with gold accents, and have a very sleek, ergonomic design. The vacuum stores on the Clean Station, nicely hanging within the footprint of the free-standing Clean Station and it automatically recharged when on that unit (see photo). It is always ready for use and fully charged.
This new Samsung cordless vacuum gives you every feature you could want for home cleaning. It offers cordless convenience, power and exceptionally useful attachments. One reason that Samsung vacuums are so effective is their superb suction power. Every vacuum relies on two factors to pull in dirt: speed of airflow and suction power. Airflow is generated by the RPM of the motor and suction is created by the physical size of the fan blades attached to the motor. The very high RPM brushless motors used by Samsung create high airflow which reduces the need for large fan blades and the associated big, heavy motor found in most vacuum cleaners.
Vacuum suction power is measured in Air-Watts. The Samsung Bespoke Jet Cordless Vacuum has one of the highest suction rating of any cordless vacuum available. Its peak power is 210 airwatts. Lower power settings reduce suction power but extend running time. Here are the estimated suction power and running time (with the powered roller head) at each setting:
• Low power: 40 airwatts/42 minutes run time
• Medium power: 70 airwatts/24 minutes run time
• Max power: 120 airwatts/14 minutes run time
• Jet mode: 210 airwatts/8 minutes run time
For bare floors you really need only Low power. For most carpets the Medium setting is sufficient. You may want to use the Max or Jet settings only on very dirty, thick carpeting.
But suction power is only part of a vacuum’s function. Filtration is the other part. This Samsung has an amazing five stage HEPA filtration system consisting of two sizes of cyclones, a metal mesh, a washable micro filter and a fine dust filter. It removes 99.999% of microdust and allergen particles.
The power head displays a continuous readout of power level and battery time remaining. It also gives maintenance messages when appropriate.
The Samsung Bespoke Jet vacuum comes with a generous assortment of attachments including a direct drive motor/dual brush cleaning head, an extension tube which is adjustable to 20”, 23.5” or 26” inch length, a combination brush tool and a crevice tool adjustable from 12” to 18.5”. Because you can connect these tools directly to the cordless power unit they will also find great use in vacuuming your car/SUV/boat etc.
Samsung engineered clever features into these accessories. The telescoping main extension tube makes the vacuum more useful for those of different heights and makes work overhead with the non-powered attachments easier. The powered brush head has both a soft roller and a brush roller so it works very well on both bare floors and carpeting. In addition, the brush roller easily pops out for cleaning. The combination brush tool is excellent for cleaning venetian blinds while the adjustable crevice tool is long enough to reach behind any cabinet or to the top of any wall.
The Clean Station takes up only about one square foot of floorspace and is really much more convenient than a wall bracket for storing your cordless vacuum. It does an excellent job of keeping your vacuum dust-free and fully-charged. The Clean Station has its own very powerful vacuum system which will completely empty the vacuum’s dust chamber and store that material in a 2.0 liter disposable bag contained within the body of the Clean Station. You can also manually empty the vacuum’s dust chamber into a waste basket but that might reintroduce dust into your home. How long will the Clean Station bag last? The vacuum’s dust chamber is 0.5 liter and you would typically fill it about half-way on each use. With compression I would estimate that the Clean Station bag will contain the debris from at least one dozen vacuuming sessions. If you vacuum twice each week, that means you would probably replace the bag about every six to eight weeks. Seven disposable bags are included with the unit, so they should cover the first year of use.
What does this Samsung do best? Highest grades for efficiently vacuuming hard floors, upholstered furniture, window blinds, close-weave area rugs, picking up of pet hair and crumbs from the kitchen floor, clearing cobwebs from the ceiling, dust from walls, computer keyboard and other surfaces and serves as a great car vacuum. It does all of this reasonably quietly, and with great suction and maneuverability to reach into every tight corner. The unit easily switches to a handheld vacuum with a well-engineered, light-weight body, good grip handle. Its cordless feature makes it a go to anytime vacuum if a mess occurs. It is so user friendly! If you hate dragging out a heavy vacuum for the small clean ups or finding a space to fit more equipment into a crowded closet, this great Samsung Bespoke Jet Cordless vacuum will solve that problem too. How? Because you store it on the slim and attractive Clean Station provided!
So how well does it clean? I found that it does an outstanding job of removing dust and debris from all hard surfaces as well as my carpeting. Because it is so light (6.25 pounds) you can easily carry it around your home and will not be worn out when you finish vacuuming. It did not scatter the bits of debris on the floor as I vacuumed and it picked up everything: dust, plant leaves, crumbs, dog food. I did not need to pick up a single thing off the floor by hand - it caught it all! And the HEPA filtration really did work – absolutely no dust was emitted from the vacuum.
Overall, you will be very impressed by the quality of the Samsung Bespoke Jet Cordless Vacuum and will appreciate its ability to thoroughly and effortlessly clean and sanitize your home. I give it five stars and a very enthusiastic recommendation!

10/10 for design. I’ve never wanted my vacuums in plain sight before and always hid them in closets. However, this has really changed the game. It’s beautifully designed and it’s barely noticeable. It’s not the first thing I notice upon entering the room.
10/10 for self cleaning. I love that I no longer have to empty the dustbin manually and instead can place it onto its cradle, press a button and voila, all the dirt and dust is gone. It has different speeds/suction power, from min to a high suction “jet”. This self cleaning feature is so great. It’s so easy to clean that it isn’t even a hassle to stop and place on cradle to clean out dirt and get right back to cleaning.
The cradle has some weight to it which keeps everything stable, but the vacuum itself is lightweight, easy to maneuver, and has no cords to get in the way. The wand telescopes to a longer length for taller people, such as myself, and harder to reach places.
A couple things I’ve noticed and could be improved upon are:
1. The button that detaches the vacuum brush head from the wand is difficult to do with just your foot, so you have to bend down to detach it when you want to quickly use the wand for corners, baseboards and such.
2. The battery definitely does not give you anywhere near 60 mins of runtime. Not ever. It has been at 100% charged before each use. I’ve used it on min power mostly and the most time that’s given is 42 mins. I’m not sure what tests they’ve used to come up with that number but it doesn’t exist from my testing and results. Also, as you increase suction power, the runtime is significantly reduced. Mid ~ 24 mins, Max ~ 14 mins, jet ~ 9 mins runtime.
3. The battery loses charge quickly. On one test I kept it in place, didn’t vacuum anything, allowed it to fully determine runtime on min power and when that popped up, I shut it off. It went from 100% to 97% in less than a minute.
4. On min power, the suction is ok, not great. It misses some small particles here and there. Great on dust bunnies and webs. Basically anything that has no weight to it. On mid power, it’s much better picking up what “min” missed. Max power would be where a corded vacuum starts at, but remember shorter run time. And Jet power, well it does suck the dirt out of the hardest to clean places. It is super powerful, just sad that it doesn’t run long enough to really get tons of use from it. So be strategic.
5. There should be an indicator on the screen that lets us know that it has automatically detected a carpet versus a hard floor. Since there is no button or option to change from carpet to hard floor. It was difficult for me to push the vacuum on carpet when in the more powerful modes. But easy to maneuver on the lower “min/mid” modes. The spinning brush doesn’t stop, which doesn’t bother me, but for some people with certain types of rugs, it may. The brush is super soft, in fact the softest of any vacuum I’ve owned, but it’s also removable. I don’t know if it operates without the brush head as I haven’t tried to vacuum without it.
It comes with 7 dust bags that easily slides in and out of the vacuum cradle. One is already pre-installed out of the box. They are good sizes. I just hope that the vacuum will indicate when it’s time to change out the bag in the cradle, so it doesn’t pop from over stuffing with dirt.
I’ve found that this cordless vacuum has allowed me to get the task done much faster than when I’m using a corded vacuum. I’ve always steered away from cordless because of reviews on lack of power, or smaller dust bins, until now. It is a good vacuum, even with the battery life shortcomings it has very good suction, especially on the more powerful settings. I haven’t had to recharge in the middle of my task, as yet. But I also didn’t have to vacuum the entire house in one go. Just a few rooms and common areas. If you have a much larger home, or planning on vacuuming all rooms at once, you may have to recharge. It’s also great for quick cleans. I found myself reaching for this before thinking of getting my corded vacuum. Definitely a great addition to my space.

The Samsung Bespoke Cordless Stick Vacuum was an upgrade from our current stick vacuum. We have a few Bespoke appliances in the house, and this helps marry the vacuum into the space. Inside the box you receive the vacuum, 4 bags (1 preinstalled) a couple attachments and a battery.
The vacuum itself is stored on the clean station which charges the vacuum and empties the tray in to the vacuum bags, this saves you from having to dump the tray manually, which can help you if sensitive to dust. You can remove the bin to give it a thorough cleaning if needed. The pipe itself telescopes, which allows 3 different length. The digital display give you a clear visualization on settings and timer for the battery.
In terms of weight, I find the vacuum comfortable to hold and lightweight, similar to most stick vacuums, the bulk of the weight is in the handle, which makes it easy to maneuver. The vacuum works well on our vacuum floor, we have a couple carpets and a rug which I have no issues when transitioning to.
We started with something comparable to what we had, wouldn't mind getting more accessories down the line, however it is hard to tell if the Accessories & Charging Stand is available separately. Hope to see it available later, if it isn't already, otherwise I would just suggest getting the more expensive option if you have any interest in them, to save yourself the time looking for it online. You can easily find a few of the included options in that set, but haven't seen the stand as of yet.
Overall the Bespoke Jet is a great vacuum that allow us to easily spot clean when needed, we have a robot vacuum scheduled to clean, however this helps to clean after kids, pets and when you just feel the home is dirty! Battery life gets us through the house no problem, and the vacuum has enough power to pick up what we have thrown at it so far!

The Samsung Bespoke Jet Cordless Stick Vacumm with All-In-One Clean Station is different than any other vacuums I have owned. Right out of the box, the vacuum was easy to assemble. What comes in the box is the vaccuum, the clean station, battery, 3 dust bags, and the combination crevice tool.
One thing that I like over the my my previous vacuum is that this sits on the floor in the all-in-one cleaning station. It is lightweight and so easyt o access. My other vacuum was bolted to the wall and was a bit heavier - so it was awkward to lift up and off the wall. This is much easier and does't take up much more room.
The vaccuum itself is only 6 lbs. It has a telescopic pipe that allows you to change the length the vacuum pole. I didn't realize this at first and I thought it was made for shorter people. LOL
I have two dogs that shed like crazy and it works great to grab and vacuum up the dog hair. You can them press the button on the clean station to empty the bin. The vacuum runs in 4 different modes - including jet mode, Max, Mid and Min.
It only comes with two attachments. They are used to get in corners or for dusting and picking up dirt from furniture and hard surfaces. They can easily be attached to the short end of the vacuum or the long pole.
The dustbin is washable. It is quieter and lighter than my vacuum of similar price.
I would recommend this vacuum!

If there was ever a luxury cordless stick vacuum, this has to be it. One look will tell you this vacuum is different. In it's normal position, you would be hard pressed to even recognize it as a vacuum. The stand itself is really unique and with the brushed gold trim, it looks like a nice piece of modern art. This machine is designed to sit out in the open where it can be admired, not hidden in a dark closet.
Alright it looks good. But there's a lot of features included that make this vacuum a winner all the way around. For starters, it's incredibly powerful and versatile. There are four power levels to choose from, MIN, MID MAX and JET. Samsung claims up to 60 minute battery time, but there's certainly a big caveat here. As you might expect, that would only be on the MIN setting and on top of that, it's without a motorized tool attached. The higher the suction level, the lower the battery life. I can say that using it on MIN is sufficient for normal cleaning of hard floors. At this level, it will easily pick up crumbs and debris and have plenty of power to spare. If you want to use it on carpet, you may need to bump up the power some, so if you have a lot of carpet in your home, your battery life will certainly vary compared with a home that only has hard floors. Which ever level you choose, it does clean very well. Personally, I prefer the lower speed as I think it works best on hard floors (which is primarily where we use it). Even at the lowest speed this machine has amazing suction. It will even pick up debris along the side of the brush head. It easily goes from hard floors to door mats to carpet. The nice thing about the spin brush is that you don't need to change it if you want to vacuum a different floor type. This brush is good for both hard floors and carpet, so no need to stop and swap. It's also light weight and very maneuverable.
The filtration system is pretty elaborate. Looking at Samsung's filtration graphic, it outlines 5 different levels. They start out by separating the large particles out, then progressively filter smaller and smaller particles until you get down to the micro filter and fine dust filters. Once you're done vacuuming and return it to it's cradle for charging, you have the choice of using the Clean Station feature. If you want to empty the onboard dust cup on the vacuum, all you need to do it press the button on the top front of the charging stand. This starts up the powerful vacuum in the charging stand to empty out the dust cup automatically. It opens the bottom door of the dust cup and sucks out all the particles that you've picked up, into a dust bag that's located in the base. In addition to that, the base filters the air output from the suction motor keeping your home free of any particles that might otherwise have been able to escape. There's a filter under the dust bag that catches particles as well as a fine dust filter located at the very bottom of the base unit. Each can be removed and cleaned. This feature works remarkably well and leaves the dust cup very clean and dust free.
As far as the operation goes, you remove the vacuum from the base unit and close the bottom dust cup door if it's open (from previously pressing the clean button to empty the vacuum). You can extend the tube if needed and press the center button on the top to start it. The plus and minus buttons on either side are used to ramp up or down the power level. The display on top will show the suction power you've chosen and the run time you have left. When on the charging base, it will show the charge percentage. There are also error notifications and a notification of when to clean the micro filter. You can also set the display language it shows. There's also an indicator bar on the battery that lets you see the charging status by color. This is easy to see and faces the front. A lot of vacuums are difficult to take apart and clean but that's not the case with the Bespoke Jet. You can remove the dust cup from the vacuum and separate it into several parts for easy cleaning, all of which can be washed with water. On the base unit, flip the front section down to reveal the dust bag. This can be easily pulled out and disposed of when full. My vacuum came with a dust bag installed and six extra ones as well. These can be purchased separately when needed. Under the dust bag is another removable filter assembly that can be shaken out to remove any dust. At the very bottom of the base unit there's also a fine dust bin that can be removed and emptied. The Jet Dual spin brush can also be easily removed with just a button push. You can do whatever is necessary to remove what's on the brush, and then just slide it back into place.
You get two accessories with this vacuum, a combination tool and an extension crevice tool. The crevice tool has a telescoping feature that extends the length of the tool. While these tools are nice, there are a host of other tools that do not come with this particular model. The flexible tool, the spray spinning sweeper tool, an extra battery, the pet tool, the slim action tool and the accessory cradle. So, you'll need to store the combination tool and the extension crevice tool in the dark closet you used to keep your vacuum in, because there is nowhere to store them on the base unit. To be fair, the other tools that aren't included are pretty specialized, and if you feel you would benefit from them they are available for purchase separately along with an extra battery. Personally, I think what you get with this model is just fine. This is after all a stick vac. We use ours for cleaning our hardwood floors and quick cleanups after meals, etc.. Really, what you're paying for is the quality technology of the vacuum itself, the self emptying base and the really great look that allows you to put this vacuum in a convenient room without it looking like the vacuum it is. Nicely done Samsung.

Honestly for being a stick vac, this Samsung looks kinda like a crazy work of art. Very nice and well built and aesthetically pleasing. The All-In-One Clean Station is a great complement to the vacuum and gets the job done.
In the box came with the vac, all-in-one station, 1 battery, telescopic pipe, Jet Dual brush, combination tool and the crevice tool. The station also came with a preinstalled dust bag ready to go for you and 3 more bags in the box for future use. There are also some things that are optional but I would have loved to see included in the box like the Accessory Cradle (nothing to knock a star off for). The 2 attachments that come with it are just going to have to find a place to be stored. A minor inconvenience but an inconvenience none the less. A couple of other options I do plan on getting in the future would be the Pet Tool and the Spray Spinning Sweeper as I have not only hardwood but tile flooring.
Performance is second to none. Compared to other stick vacs I have used, this is relatively light-weight. The handle is not cramped even for my big hands. The digital display is great for battery information, maintenance reminders like cleaning the filter and also warnings like if there is something obstructing the brushes.
My home has carpet, wood and tile flooring and it is great that the included Jet Dual Brush can easily tackle all of it without the need of changing brushes. Samsung states that a fully charged battery can do up to 1 hour of cleaning and the digital display also tells me that but that is if you are using it on the lowest setting. I changed to mid and high and got 24min and 12 min respectively. There is even a higher setting called Jet that showed 8 minutes but I think that's for more spot cleaning. Battery does take about ~3 - 3.5hrs to fully charge and the display will let you know the % and the colors will change when done.
I did take advantage of the telescopic pipe and LOVE it. Being 6ft, there are a lot of vacs that are a set height and bending over a lot while cleaning isn't a pleasant experience. I was fully comfortable the whole time. I combined the pipe fully extended with the combination tool (the bristles were rather soft) and used it to clean super high hard to reach spots like windows and ceiling corners for those annoying webs of dust and whatnots.
Another benefit of the interchangeable parts is not using the pipe and directly connecting the tools to the vac itself and cleaning smaller areas like (for me) a computer desk area or even my car. The canister has a full line so keep an eye on that to make sure it doesn't hamper with performance.
The All-In-One Station is excellent for storage, charging and cleaning. With a touch of a button it will empty the canister on the vac and put all the debris into the attached bag if you don't want to empty it yourself. Cleaning is a breeze as most of the parts are washable. They detach from each other rather easily and assembly is the same. The roller is also removable with a touch of a button for easy maintenance. I consider myself lucky as no one in my household has long hair as I can see it being a nightmare for some.
Samsung made an incredible stick vacuum with the station. I would highly recommend to anyone in the market. To me, there are just 2 things to make sure you know what you are getting. 1st Samsung shows off the Vac with multitudes of attachments and what it CAN do, but most likely not what you WILL do. As stated above, there are a few things that are actually optional attachments that must be purchased separately. The 2nd is the "All-In-One" Clean Station. It's named all in one, but yet cannot hold the 2 additional attachments it comes with. I would have thought it being named that....well you know.....you could store it on there somehow. Instead you need to purchase the accessory cradle separately. These 2 gripes aren't enough to warrant a star being knocked off as the vac and station itself are amazing on their own.

For the last week, I have been using the Samsung - Bespoke Jet Cordless Stick Vacuum with All-in-One Clean Station. My impressions have been very good. The Bespoke Jet is light, powerful, and stylish. The auto empty station is easy to use and does a good job getting debris out of the vacuum. I tested the vacuum on carpet and tile. The vacuum feels technologically advanced, but it’s intuitive enough that without instruction, my wife or parents can easily pick it up and use it. Overall, I have really enjoyed it and can easily recommend it.
Experience: The Bespoke Jet is a stylish and “techie” stick vacuum. For the most part, it does a good job picking up debris such as dirt, dog food, and cereal off of hard surfaces. Using the vacuum and changing out attachments feels intuitive and simple. The on-screen display does a good job keeping you up to date at runtime and will even flash errors if the vacuum encounters a problem such as a clogged roller.
Battery life has been a bit of a mixed bag. With the roller attached and on the default “mid” setting, the vacuum will only run for about 25 minutes. I was a little disappointed with that run time at first, but in my experience, it has been more than enough to clean two or three rooms. The battery life lasts longer if you aren’t using the roller and are instead using the “crevice tool” or “combination tool” attachments.
This vacuum stands out in a room. The pictures always have the vacuum sliding in behind the station. I thought it was easier to slide it in at the side. You can reroute the cable on the bottom of the waste station to set the unit up how you see fit. When plugged in to the station, the entire thing stands about four feet tall.
The dual brush works well on every surface type I put in front of it. I thought it worked well on both carpet and tile without having to adjust height while vacuuming. Cleaning the brush rolls is easy. The main roller slides out from the side of the dual brush casing with a click of a button. There was some resistance putting it back into the case, though. The rubber on the roller wanted to catch and rub as I put the roller back into place.
Note: when you use the auto empty station to clean out the bin on the Vacuum, there will be an open flap on the bottom of the vacuum when you take the vacuum off the station. I don’t know why, but that always catches me off guard and I worry I might catch that flap if I’m not careful when picking the vacuum up.
Nitpicks: I wish there was a case for the attachments. There’s no real way to store them on the waste station that I can see. As it is, I have them in a plastic bag in the closet. I wish there was a way to keep the attachments on or near the auto empty station.
Conclusion: Nitpicks aside, I really have enjoyed this vacuum. It works well. It feels stylish. The onscreen display is a nice touch. The auto empty station is great. I think it’s important to be realistic about battery life expectations, but I haven’t been disappointed with battery life, either. I have really liked the Bespoke Jet Cordless Stick Vacuum and highly recommend it.

The Samsung Bespoke Jet Cordless Stick Vacuum with All in One Clean Station is my new go-to cleaning tool.
It came well packaged and fairly easy to set up. I found the instructions were a bit lacking, but I was able to figure it out. It arrived 28% charged and took a few hours to fully charge up.
The unit is sleek and modern looking and appealing next to the rest of my furniture. I have it in my dining room right next to my kitchen, which is where most of the crumbs are. This vac has some serious advantages to it. The first one I noticed, was the dirt container can be manually emptied. I love bagless vacuums. I hate buying bags. This unit does have a bag, but you don't have to use it up quickly. By emptying the bagless bin on the vac, before placing it on the charging station, you can have the bag last a very long time since it's only fine particles being sucked up. Plus, you control when it will be suctioned into the charging station's bag. The next advantage I found, was that I can take the dust bin apart and clean it easily if I want to do some deep cleaning on it.
Another huge advantage is that it's light weight and the vacuum's head size. I have stairs and this vacuum head is the perfect size. Before, the stairs would get vacuumed once every two weeks probably, gross. Now, I can do it a few times a week super quickly because it's ready to go, no cord, easy peasy. The best advantage to this vac is the range of motion. I can vacuum under my bed, completely. I can get under low cabinets and furniture pieces completely. The head swivels like a dream and I can squeeze in tight spots. I love it! Before I'd have to drag the broom out to get many of these areas or move the furniture. The attachments are a good addition as well. My daughters use them to clean in their rooms and their bathroom. It looks high tech so the kids are keen on trying it out. So far, I have not run out of battery for my cleaning sessions. It gives you the battery life in minutes and seconds as you clean so you can gage your suction power and how long you expect to take to clean the area. Obviously, the high suction reduces the working time. I've kept it on medium and been pleased. The attachments don't get hung on the charging station, they don't have a stand in this unit either. I'm okay with that. I'd rather keep those in a drawer rather than display attachments. Probably the two improvements I would suggest is to add a LED light on the vacuum head, it would be helpful. Also, get rid of the bags.

The new Samsung Bespoke Cordless Stick Vacuum is the newest stick vacuum by Samsung, which includes a clean station for convenience.
Pros:
Powerful
Battery Life Meter (and Charging)
Great on floors and most rugs
Cons:
Cleaning Station
High-Pile Area Rugs
Accessories
First, the Samsung Bespoke Cordless Stick Vacuum is powerful. The Bespoke includes three different vacuuming modes including: Low, Min, Max, and Jet. Whichever vacuum mode you choose, I found that vacuum to perform exceptionally well, especially with pet hair and dust. The buttons are conveniently located at the top of the wand, with a simple plus and minus button to select which vacuuming mode you want to choose. Additionally, the power button is located on here as well. More so, the "Max" mode on the vacuum I found to be the perfect setting. Max mode also gave me a nineteen minute window for vacuuming my 1,300 sq ft house on one entire charge (with some battery life left). The "Jet mode" was powerful, but battery life was less than eight minutes, which is not necessarily warranted. Cleaning was smooth, and the stick expands to fit the height and comfort of whoever uses the vacuum. More so, while I was vacuuming Max mode, I did not have vacuum in the same spot to collect debris on the floor. The Bespoke was capable of recovering dander, hair, and dust with ease and precision.
The Bespoke includes an LCD screen that displays the charging percentage (while placed on the stand), as well as the "countdown" meter of how much time you have left vacuuming. Additionally, when you use the plus or minus buttons, the LCD display tells you what vacuuming mode you chose. The box only included the charging stand and not an additional charger however. To charge the vacuum when you are finished vacuuming, you will need to install the vacuum (upright) onto the cleaning stand. After using the vacuum for fifteen to twenty minutes, charging time was relatively short for a full charge (less than two hours). Depending on which mode you choose and how much of the battery life is left, charging times may vary.
The Bespoke performed exceptionally well on hardwood floors. I did not encounter issues while picking up hair, dust, and debris. However, depending on the size of your area rug, the vacuum did not perform well (more on this later). Additionally, tile floors were easy and smooth to vacuum; I had to use the "Jet" mode to pick up hair on the tile floor of my bathroom (in Max mode, hair was not picking up well). More so, low pile area rugs did not give me issues either. However, with the included attachment tools (a brush and a telescoping plastic wand), hair was removed on our couch (better) on "Jet" mode. The standard wand tool was useful, because it includes a telescoping option to expand it so you can vacuum in difficult to reach spaces.
However, the cleaning station itself is a bit cumbersome if you have tight spaces to store a vacuum (such as a pantry or closet). The stand is large and heavy. Although the cleaning station includes a power button that allows you to suck out the debris vacuumed into a bag compartment (built into the stand), the bag compartment was not useful. If you remember, some vacuums used to have disposable bags that you would open and remove the full-bag. In this case, the same goes with the stand; as you remove the bag dust and debris kick back into your face. Other stick vacuums I have used have an eject button to eject debris directly into a garbage can (which is easier). Lastly, the cleaning station left some debris inside the charging unit. When you press the button to suction out debris from the vacuum, some debris inside the vacuum did not (fuzz) get sucked into the bag chamber. When you remove the vacuum from the charging stad, the trap door for the debris will remain open until you close it. I made the mistake of vacuuming, and the trap door of the dust compartment was open (lesson learned).
While vacuuming a high-pile shag rug in my son's bedroom, the Bespoke had difficulty vacuuming. More specifically, the LCD screen read, "clog in the vacuum." I checked and removed the head from the wand to make sure there were no clogs (there were none). I continuously vacuumed the high-pile shag rug, and the vacuum gave me the same notice. I changed the settings from low to jet and experienced the same issue. Lastly, some accessories (listed in the directions) were not included in the box, such as an additional battery and an accessories stand. Although not a deal breaker, Samsung stated that some models do not contain all the accessories. The accessories stand would have helped, but now the wand and brush tools sit on the floor beside the cleaning stand.
The Samsung Bespoke Jet Vacuum offers a variety of cleaning modes, along with a comfortable and powerful clean. Battery life and charging is exceptional, even though the stand can be cumbersome to those who do not have large enough space to store it. Even with issues of vacuuming high-pile shag area rugs that I experienced and the bag of debris, the Bespoke is an excellent stick vacuum choice.

The Samsung Bespoke Vacuum cleaner works extremely well, however it’s not self-propelled so it can be hard to push on thicker carpets using the Jet Dual Brush. It does work well on small scatter rugs in the MIN setting. It doesn’t suck them up and get caught in the brush.
The Vacuum cleaner doesn’t take up a lot of space only about 1 square foot and looks nice. Not your typical standup vacuum cleaner. The self-clean function of the upright Dust Catcher is convenient. I don’t have to keep taking of the dust catcher on the vacuum cleaner dump out.
The Samsung Bespoke cordless vacuum cleaner comes with telescopic pipe, combination tool, extension crevice tool, user manual, several extra dust bags for the clean station (plus the one that’s already installed), JET dual brush, clean station, and Battery with Charger (plug in).
The Clean Station works by suctioning out the dust/dirt from the vacuum cleaner at the push of a button. However, you do have to push the button again to stop the station when the vacuum cleaner dust catcher is emptied.
The Samsung Bespoke vacuum cleaner’s Jet Dual Brush goes from floors to rugs without having to adjust the height of the brush or changing attachments. Vacuuming rugs would be a lot easier if the Jet Dual Brush was self-propelled. I have low pile carpets, so it’s not too hard to push. Higher pile carpets will be harder to vacuum.
The telescoping pipe is a plus for reaching the tops of doors, curtain rods, windows, etc. However, it does get a bit heavy, at least for me, after a while and I need to hold it with 2 hands to keep it steady. The vacuum weighs about 6 pounds including the battery.
The handle of the Samsung Bespoke Vacuum cleaner has an LED screen next to the power button with a – on one side and a + on the other side. Just above them is the display that shows the power mode (MIN, MID, MAX, JET) and the amount of time left before having to recharge the battery. Using the plus or minus buttons you can raise or lower the power mode.
CONS:
- There is no attachment holder included for the 2 additional tools.
- The JET DUAL BRUSH is NOT self-propelled. For the price it should be.
- When using the telescoping pipe with any of the tools, it does get heavy after a while. At least for me it does, and I need to hold it with 2 hands after a while.
- It is rather pricey and therefore it should have more tools included.
- The battery only lasts for about 40min on the lowest mode (MIN).
- It’s hard to push on plusher carpets.
I recommend this with extreme reservations. If you want to spend a lot of money on a cordless vacuum that looks nice and doesn’t take up too much space the ok.
I personally don’t recommend it.

Has great suction and I love the way it empties the dirt ben into a bag with the touch of a button. It has fairly good battery life and recharges fairly fast. Love it so far and I highly recommend it if you are looking for a cordless vacuum.
