It's a microwave! What can I say, it heats food, liquids and pops popcorn. All the features you would expect from a microwave. It even connects to your WiFi, although despite being a nerd I can't think of a single reason you would want to do that. I installed it myself, which was pretty easy. I like the modern white design. It makes the rest of my kitchen look old. I'll probably have to spend thousands of dollars remodeling the rest of my kitchen. I already see my Mrs frowning at the gas stove. Anything negative? It's a bit naggy if you don't open the door when it's finished. Bleeping every 30 seconds. My hands are wet! I'll get my coco out in a minute!

After installing the first unit we purchased, we realized the door was hanging crooked We unistalled it and took it back to the store where they ordered a second microwave for us. We unboxed it at the store and, while lying in the box, the door was straight. We took it home and upon installing, saw that the door was crooked on this unit as well. It was slightly less crooked and we did not want to go through the hassle of taking it back yet again to the store. We are disappointed but we love our Bespoke fridge and want to gradually change all of our appliances to match. One other item is the fact that there is not a quick express button on the microwave.

I love that this microwave looks very modern and chic, the inside is very easy to wipe out and clean. It’s quiet. And it has lots of settings for cooking different foods.

Good microwave, installation problems. First one was installed and frame was damaged, took a while to receive an exchange as store associates not sure how to do an exchange with correct team to come and install. Second one installed less frame damaged so we just going to keep it as it’s been over two months of issues

It is easy to use and cooks more evenly and faster than my old microwave. Plus it matches my other bespoke appliances. Love it!

When microwaves was installed he screwed the pocket door behind it shut and I can’t get Best Buy out to repair. When I called they said someone would email. I am still waiting (it has been three weeks). The microwave works great.

Pro: large, powerful exhaust fan, easy to clean, nice glass front. Con: alarm way too quiet, 'buttons' very hard to see without direct light, exhaust switches to #2 speed when microwave started (probably due to total current requirement) and doesn't return to previous 3 or 4 setting when done, alarm rings quietly but continuously when enabled, can't find a setting to provide audible feedback for selections. This (white version) may be a Best Buy exclusive since I couldn't find useful install info on it before it arrived. Replaced a 1 cu ft GE, so it seems cavernous. Had a different brand on order, but delivery was going to take over two months. Might not have gotten this one otherwise. Looks nice, but hard to use. Had to choose a 'would you recommend', but pretty ambivalent. Does have a strong vent when it's on its high setting.

This microwave was relatively easy to install, looks great, isn't loud, and beautifully matches the other bespoke appliances from Samsung. This microwave was definitely the right choice

Pretty good, the auto stuff is nice. Could be nicer looking. The new broke microwave is so much nicer looking.
