We decided to spend the extra money for this stove because of - Fit and finish which gives a built in look - The Flex Duo oven - The higher BTU front burner - Center burner - The included griddle and wok attachment - The light up dials showing that the burners are on - The Wifi/Smartthings connectivity I really don't have anything to complain about. The touch screen is user friendly, the high BTU burner quickly boils a pot of water, I love being able to use my wok more like a professional and being able to glance at the knobs to tell if a burner is on is real handy. I haven't used the griddle yet but there should be nothing to that. And the oven heats up very quickly especially when the oven is split. The stove is also really easy to clean. The only con is that it doesn't seem to bake well when using the top split oven. I have been burning baked goods before the center is cooked. This is most likely because the high proximity to the top burner. You either have to rotate and move the pan from side to side or use the bottom portion if you don't want to use the whole oven. We feel that this range was a good investment. Especially if you want that built in look because this unit has the top wings that cover the gap between the stove and counter eliminating spills and crumbs from getting in ther. Other brands have gotten away from that feather and ultimately it looks like just another free standing unit.

My recently rebuilt home (#RebuildforLindsay), needed a good quality range and I always wanted to own a gas range. After spending much time on Pintrest, I narrowed down my dream oven and came across this Samsung range at the store. I love all of the great features that it offers, I haven't used them all yet, like the Smart feature, but I'm getting there. My builder set it up so I am unsure of that part of the process. Everyday use is so much fun and I am never worried about any dangerous gas leaks. The flames on the stove burn even and each burner has a different burner size for different size pans. I am able to cook up to 5 different things at a time using different pans. The flame settings are easy to adjust from really high to really low and just in between. It's much better than electric because it heats things up much quicker. There is a heavy duty cast iron griddle that is included which is specifically designed for the middle burner. One side is flat and the other has slits in it, its great for making pancakes or grilling steaks. Its does get messy but clean-up is easy by removing the cast iron burners. The dual oven is awesome and I typically use the bottom one only for cooking. The top portion will burn food quick and it's better to be used for broiling. There is a middle shelf can be easily removed to cook something bigger, like a large casserole. The touchscreen for the stove is easy to use. The only thing that I don't like is that when I have the oven on and I need to lean to get to the back burner, I turn the oven off with my stomach. It's a little sensitive and I'm not sure if that can be adjusted. I am proud of purchase and this stove is the center piece of my new kitchen!

Top quality, very well made, easy to use, the double oven is a blessing being able to cook 2 different meals at the same time! A real timesaver! Best investment I've made in a long time! Highly recommended !

I’ve had my new range for about 2 months now. I spent a lot of time researching which range would be best for me and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! I love to bake and was looking for an oven that had convection. I also wanted a double oven to be able to make 2 things at once and the smaller oven to be able to warm food quickly. This oven has all of that with the ability to convert to a full size oven if need be. The stove top has a powerful burner that brings water to a boil very quickly. The top is stainless steel. I was worried that it would be difficult to clean, but that hasn’t been a problem at all. I highly recommend this range!

This is an excellent working range. Samsung 5.8 flex duo smart gas range is the best we've had. We had a $5000 Thermadore that was a lemon after 2 1/2 years. Glad it went out. This Samsung is great looking, gas cooktop is very fun and efficient cooking and the convection duo stove is wonderful. Just love it. My husband and I both cook and bake a lot. I hated cooking and baking with that thermadore. I've been cooking and baking for 45 years and it's the worst I've ever used. NOW USING THIS SUMSUNG, the JOY is back into cooking for me. I am truly THANKFUL

We have only had this oven/range for 3 weeks, but so far, it is exactly as advertised. The two separate ovens in one is genius and work great. I was concerned that the top would not clean up after splattering grease, but cleans to look like new. Very sharp. The only niggle is that the top oven only has convection, not traditional bake which takes some getting used to. Have not used the wifi to program while away, but it did pair with my wifi with no problem. Would highly recommend.

Easy to install, looks expensive, high quality. The controls are a bit confusing at first but once I used them a few times it clicked. I love the smart connect features of preheating the oven from a different location and notifications sent to various other smart items throughout our home.

My wife loves this range. It is beautiful, easy to clean, and fingerprint resistant since we have a 18 months old running all over the house. We still have not use all the features but so far it is a great product to own.

Love this stove - high end and worth every penny! Did start using until early May due to construction delays but worth the wait.

I love my stove!! This is such a nice stove for homes without the space for wall ovens. It gives you the option to cook two things at once, or keep something warm so everything stays hot. We used to have electric but had a gas line run specifically for this stove and we have no regrets.

Bought this range mainly because I liked the way it looked. The two-part door is even more practical and useful than I anticipated. After having it for a few months, I’ve probably used the oven 40 times and only needed the bottom portion of range twice. Also, my kitchen is open to the living and dining areas, so range is very visible. I think every person that’s walked into the area has complimented how nice it looks.

I’m so glad I purchased this range. Having dual temperature ovens is wonderful. I would buy again. And it doesn’t hurt that it looks AWESOME in my kitchen!

I wanted the electric. She wanted the gas. So we got the gas. It cooks like it's supposed to cook.

Dent in corner and missing grate to vent. Otherwise, its in good condition.

Love this range already. Amazing how much oven room it has. Don't like the fact that I it only supports 2.4Ghz Wifi. Would be more fixable if it handled 5G as well. Love the burner setup on the top. Easy to install.

Solid gas stove from Samsung with ease of use with technology features. It offers varied uses for our family cooking needs.

I have a complete Samsung kitchen now this was the final piece and it is the nicest. My refrigerator will probably need to be upgraded to a newer model but I want the washer and dryer set next. Samsung really puts out top quality products and so far I have no complaints. I have read the reviews from others and at times they concerned me but my experiences have been all positive.

I've been dreaming of a professional style stove for some time now and when I decided to get a new oven (after 3 referbished ones) I really loved this one. I especially love the center burner for cooking steaks, pancakes, french toast and even sunny-side up eggs.. I love this oven..haven't tried the the dual ovens but ready to do that next!

The look and features of this oven are very enticing to someone in the market and think that they want to bake a cake and turkey at the same time. We have owned this model for about a year and we have not used this oven as much as the average family would (since we’re empty nesters). My main reason for the single star is due to the door design. The small door that is built into the main door has added significant weight to the overall door but I believe that Samsung has failed to account for that extra weight by using weak main door hinges and not strengthening the Maine door frame adequately. Over time, we have noticed a small gap would remain at the top of the door when closed. This got progressively worse over time until it got bad enough that the oven light’s switch wouldn’t make contact and stays on. Luckily, I purchased the extra warranty and the Geek Squad is working with me. Thinking that the hinges were failing, they sent replacement hinges out but the technician has determined that the door frame is weak and that the the ENTIRE door will need to be replaced. In addition to the above problems, we have been dealing with the small latch hook that is mounted at the top of the oven frame that the smaller door latches to. It bends VERY easily beat we’ve been dealing with it by simply “tweaking” it back when the small door doesn’t want to latch as designed. Again, knowing that we don’t use this appliance as much as the average family would, I would not recommend this oven to you. If I had to purchase again, it would be the single door version of this unit. The Geek Squad tech told me that this could happen if a kid climbs on the door or if you set a heavy object on the door (like a turkey) but we have not done any of this. It’s a design flaw!
