It was delivered and set up properly with care!
We love the looks of the stove and the fact you can bake evenly with the double oven and still have the convenience of stove top gas frying...
Can be controlled with SamSung app makes it all the better!
Don’t know how we managed without this! ...and did I mention air frying and convection baking as the greatest! Thumbs up !

The good:
This range is very heavy and sturdy. All the grates and griddle are heavy duty cast iron as expected. The front right burner is oversized and provides plenty of heat to boil a large pot or large wok. I like the knobs light when a burner is in use. The menus are easy to navigate and customize the options. The wifi was difficult to setup as it does not use 5G so I had to switch back and forth on my phone at first. I used the oven probe for steaks and it is fairly accurate. Overall very satisfied.
The bad:
I have had a couple time the burner didn't start right away, may be user error though. The split oven is nice but you loose a lot of options. Only the top can conv. bake or broil. You cant use the warmer feature unless the divider is out, although if using the top the bottom will be about 100 degrees cooler so it can act as a warmer. The divider has to be out to use the air fry which is very disappointing and looses flexibility. Also the corners of the divider are very sharp, if not carful when inserting they will scratch the oven interior easily. Last is the drawer, great to have but only hold a couple pizza pans if storing the divider. The griddle burner is a good size but on hi does not put out enough heat to cook anything but sandwiches and breakfast.

Great deal on sale, but may have considered the induction version if price was closer. Upgraded from an older dual-fuel, dual-oven range where we barely used the larger bottom oven. We are hoping the Flex Duo feature would be more useful.
There are some features we didn't even think about when purchasing that would have been helpful to know when considering options:
- The ovens are convection only: there is no heating coil on the bottom due to the Flex Duo tray. Even the "Bake" option without the Flex Duo tray runs both fans. As such, things cook much faster. The warm-up time does seem to take longer, though. I cooked several pizzas making adjustments to time and temp per the calibration instructions, which resulted in changing the temp calibration to -20F. We did not like the "Auto Adjustment" option because it simply subtracted 25F from the set temp, making you think you mis-set the temperature. The Calibration setting does this in the background. Things seem to cook as we expect now, but we will need to keep an extra eye on things as we get used to it. On a positive note, the fan sound is a good reminder that the oven is on (though it's not very loud).
- The air fry feature can only be used with the Flex Duo tray removed. I finally tried this the other night, and I suspect using the air fry tray in the upper oven should yield similar results to our counter-top air fryer. More experimentation and experience needed.
- A fan runs after the oven is off. This must be a cool-down cycle as the heat is not coming from coils inside the oven space (except for the broiler). It exhausts through the top-rear vent. It's not very loud, but it's noticeable.
- Bake, broil, dehydrate, and proof options only work in full oven mode (no Flex Duo tray). Broil would be nice in split mode (top oven only), but the convection bake and convection roast options eliminate most of the use cases we had with the old oven's broiler (both top and bottom had their own broiler coil).
- The temp probe only works in full oven mode (no Flex Duo tray). This seems odd because the port is in the top-front corner, which suggests it would be really handy to use in the top portion.
- The grill/griddle is on the small side, and things love to stick to it. Instead, we'll use the aluminum, non-stick griddle that covers two burners like we always have (something that can be a challenge for induction ranges). This burner might be useful in some other fashion we'll discover in the future.
Some pros:
- The gas burners are powerful and heat up quickly. Certainly not as fast as induction, but I'm happy to have more options for pans. The front-right burner's power burner can be tricky to adjust, but it's definitely nice to have the heat.
- The bottom drawer is handy to store the accessories such as the air fryer basket, the Flex Duo shelf (just fits), the griddle/grill, wok burner adapter, and thermoprobe. There isn't much room for anything else.
- Seamless integration into SmartThings. The app notifications are very handy.
- The timer is easy to set and has the option to keep temp or shut off, and it starts a count-up timer when the timer finishes. The chimes for temp and timer can be easily heard whereas we would often miss them on the old oven.
- There is plenty of space at the bottom-rear for the gas and electric lines. This allows the rear to get completely flush with the wall. There is an included trim piece to fit at the top between the vent and the wall (optional stainless backsplashes of different heights are available, but expensive). Note that there are only 2 screws provided, even though there are 3 holes.
- The range has plastic feet that are adjustable for leveling. They protect the floor, and are easy to adjust.
Even with the surprises, we are generally happy with the purchase. The handles match the Samsung microwave and dishwasher that we purchased for a recent remodel. It would be nice if Samsung released software updates to address some feature limitations of Flex Duo, such as the ability to use the thermoprobe without removing the Flex Duo tray.

I am enjoying my new range. I haven't used all the features yet. I did have trouble getting the range installed. Best Buy had to send 3 different people because they didn't have the correct materials to hook up the gas line.

Love, love my new stove. I have not figured it all out yet since we just finished renovations and finally got the gas & electric all hooked up. I am say that it has been the easiest gas cooktop to clean. It’s stainless steel inter the grates which make clean up so easy. I have not used the oven yet, but plan on making my famous chocolate chip cookies in the next few days. I get many compliments on this stove and the fact that’s it’s both gas & electric blows every one’s mind.

I absolutely love this oven, we just got it about a month ago and are still thrilled with it. The center griddle is amazing and I use it multiple times a day. The dual oven is pretty incredible, however I didn’t realize the top is convection only, so that’s needed some getting used to. The convention oven seems to run cool, too, off by several degrees.

It’s got everything! Duel fuel, so the electric oven is what I wanted and the gas cooktop is what my husband wanted. The oven can be used as a small or slide out the divider and use the whole thing! Even use half the door! Haven’t had it long, but so far, so excellent!

I'm enjoying the new DUAL model, the only big disappointment is that you can't use the AirFry on the top part. You have to heat up the whole oven to air fry. Is there any way you can do a update to fix this problem?

Ultra modern Range. Live in an area with no natural gas. Installed two 30lb propane tanks outside and then had the burner portion of the Range converted from natural gas to propane (different size burner jets). A beautiful range with air cooking, dual ovens, convection features, etc. The best feature is the panel that divides the two ovens can be removed to create one big oven for cooking larger items. This is a great Range.

We just received the range due to being out of stock (date on order was due to delivery issues). I have more to learn about the two doors but so far it seems easy to use and cooked as expected. Will be getting a thermometer to double check on temps to be sure. The backlit knobs are great and come on when the burner is turned on. The large burner has two sets of flames and is easy to adjust.
The digital dial for the oven is too easily bumped and turned on which is a downside. I can lock the oven dial and the oven door which is a nice feature and helps, but the beep when I bump it (every time I use the microwave above) is a little annoying.
Overall I am please so far.

Totally love the performance of this range. To have a gas cook top and electric oven is the best of both worlds. The wifi on it is an added bonus. You dint have to get up to preheat the oven. I haven't used half of the options on it but love the air fryer
One negative is it didn't fit exactly into our opening. We had a Fridgedaire before and I guess this range is a lot deeper so it sticks out a little

Love this oven! I have used the both ovens separate and as one. Even tried the air fryer the first week. Burners are quick to heat up and the different sizes are great. Still trying to get the side pieces to fill the gap between the oven and the counter. Out of stock everywhere and on backorder.
