Great refurbished price! Phone was exactly what I needed at the time. I pre-ordered during Covid hours and although I had to wait in line, the staff was very efficient moving customers through without confusion.

Great phone from the cameras all the way to the voice calling. Samsung never disappoints me. The quality of the phone is great.

This is for the Unlocked version of the Samsung Galaxy A20. It seems to be a great phone, but it is an absolute nightmare to use with Verizon. After an hour and a half in the store, we were able to "trick" it into accepting the SIM card. Data works, but it won't place/receive calls and or send/receive text messaging. I'm going to wait for the port to finish from my old carrier but if this doesn't work, the phone goes back. Shame on Verizon for locking their network to only work with Verizon-specific phones. I really don't want to spend an additional $80 to get a phone that plays nicely with Verizon, not when the unlocked version is cheaper.

I had a Motorola before this phone and it sucked. This was such a upgrade! I had one problem when I recieved the phone. The Sim card slot was broken when it arrived. I'm assuming someone sent the one they broke back to Best Buy and somehow I ended up with it. I called Best Buy customer service to let them know and they were really helpful and sweet. I was able to pick the same phone up at a Best Buy local to me and return the broken one there as well. The woman I spoke to from Best Buy customer service was so nice that she sent me a $25 gift card for the inconvenice which I thought was really nice of her!

Hands down the best phone I've ever owned I've never owned any Samsung phone hard to believe it's a budget phone u won't be disabling unless you're a iPhone user

I got this phone for my dad, it works great. It was unlock which made so easy for me just to switch the sim card from the old phone to the Samsung. My dad love it. It's fast, a good size and easy to use.

If you are looking for a reliable phone that may not have all those fancy bells and whistles and don't want to spend a bundle, this is a good phone. Reliable, has not given me any trouble thus far.

This is a great phone for the money it has biometric fingerprint recognition and facial recognition for an inexpensive phone it comes with plenty of features
