I have had high end, mid level, and low end phones. I have mostly used Samsung, never used Apple, and have tried oneplus, motorola, blu, and I think even nokia at one point. A phone boils down to what you are going to do with it. Good for those that use it like a desktop/laptop. How you manage to do it is impressive. Ridiculous, but impressive. If you want a snappy phone that is RARELY glitchy, if at all, has a good sounding speaker, makes and takes solid and clear calls, texts, emails, and does very well surfing the net, than this phone is very capable. Out of the box it is at 50% brightness and looks great. Folks that talk about viewing angles, I have no idea why you would look at a phone from an angle, are pretty much wrong. If you have to look at the phone from an angle, it is still decent. It has decent weight to it and feels easy to handle, but for sure get a case. Wifi and 5G have been solid on Tmobile. Battery seems solid. There are some complaints about the phone by folks that expect blazing speed, unsurpassed this and that, blah, blah, blah. Have at it buying all that for a grand. At the price this phone is, it is more than fine.

This phone offers quality that doesn't break the bank. The battery life is exceptional with full day on one charge. Even with many apps running, this phone doesn't feel sluggish. The fingerprint sensor is on the side but it is still very accurate and consistent. One con is the camera is just average.

It's my spouses phone. They love it. I especially love that it wasn't as breakable as their last. We went through three of those in 2 years.

Has worked well for over 2 years, but the Android updates stopped at version 13 though. This phone is no longer available, bought it in 2022.

Needed to get my dad a replacement phone. He said he wanted something simple, and this is what I purchased for him. The phone itself isn't half bad considering that it doesn't have a qualcomm chip, or is water resistant, but for the price, it has everything he needs. There's a fingerprint sensor on the side or facial recognition, both the front facing camera and rear camera are actually pretty good. It won't have low light photography as good as others or in some cases at all, but photos still look pretty decent. The phone isn't as quick and responsive as most other phones, but for youtube and texting, it's perfect. The battery is a quick charge battery. The bezels are pretty thin, so it looks pretty modern. All in all, for the price, 64 gb of ram which is upgradeable with a micro SD, not too shabby. The only downside is that it isn't water resistant.

All features for this phone are great and work great. It is a fast 5G smartphone. I just love it. I could have gotten it cheaper elsewhere a little bit, but I bought at Best Buy because it offered the next day delivery. I am absolutely astounded at this phone's performance. I like it also because when I type, it clicks at each letter I write. I strongly recommend this smartphone. It is easy to use also. All you want you will get in "Settings". The rest comes naturally to you. Great, great phone. I registered it with Samsung, and I have one year manufacturer warranty, which is not available if you buy on ebay or elsewhere.

What do you say about a phone that cost $100 more than the one it replaces (MSRP), has worse resolution, a smaller screen, worse reception, worse voice quality, and worse power consumption? Add in a manufacturer's recommendation never to exceed 83% charge if you want your battery to last, as well as a caveat that you should use power saving mode. Now your phone display looks like Grandma's. Throw in four unprotected lenses and a light that aren't even in a dedicated framer, stick up above the surface, and are prone to being scraped, even in a protective case. What can you really say? Samsung isn't innovating anymore? The sure do disappoint, don't they? But hey, it's crammed full of unnessesary and repetitive software, most of which tracks you for Google. The title? Yeah, that's from an episode of News Radio with Phil Hartman from back in the day. Accurate, though.

Good battery and usage specs. 5G. Samsung KNOX and Pay features are good. 5G, Runs the latest and greatest. 5G. However the screen is too dim in direct sunlight. Overall decent specs with budget features.

I had covid when the Great LG Failure happened and I needed a new phone quick, but no way was I venturing out. My husband already has an A32 so I knew the phone was good, and mine hasn't let me down. I love that Samsung makes a great phone at an affordable price point, as I am not one of those people who spends a fortune on the latest phone with a bunch of fancy gimmicks I don't really need. It works well, calls are clear, and no bugs. I love that Best Buy delivered next day from the store, not on a common carrier. Thanks for making it such a smooth process while I was feeling so gross.

Its not a good phone at all, its just a barebones device
