When used on speaker phone, sometimes it works well and sometimes it sends a garbled / muffled voice to whoever you are speaking with. We did not buy additional protection, so, although purchased new in the store, we now are having to deal directly with Samsung to try and get a replacement. Per the Best Buy staff, we will have to accept a refurbished phone. This is not right. The purchase was made in good faith for a new phone, not a refurbished unit because it has a defect.

My wife loves the phone, especially the on screen fingerprint reader. It has many good features. But I think the the screen is a bit too blurry at 720p. Especially for the $400 price.

Having trouble. Many programs require passwords but on my previous phone none was required.

Worked OK for three months, bricked, unrepairable. Best buy won't stand by their product. I brought it to an authorized Samsung repair shop recommended by Best Buy. They checked it out, told me it was a covered warranty repair, ordered a new screen, then told me it wasn't repairable and I'd need to buy a new phone. Brick.

I hate it. Just like the other two before, the screen was cracked within 24 hrs. Inside my purse. Amazon only took 1 day to deliver the case. It is doing whatever it wants..just like the last one..I was told this was a giant upgrade. Not

I am very satisfied with this phone. As the new Apple iphones are outrageously expensive, this wonderful Samsung does everything I need for a fraction of the price. Excellent photo qualify, long battery life, easy to read larger screen. I'm glad I broke free from Apple, Samsung does not disappoint and with the qualify of the phone I'll be there customer for life.

This is a bad phone . I had moto g power which worked fine . I decided to upgrade and ended up with terrible downgrade . It is slow and finger sensor does not work . I truly regret buying this phone .

Lucas was an amazing help in choosing these new phones for my kids. He was honest and really cared to get me exactly what i was looking for. These phones are very nice, easy to setup, and worth the cost.

Honestly, I hate this thing. It's too big and too heavy. There are no economically priced cases made specifically fot it. The icons are cartoonish. The camera isn't great. The sound isn't great. It's laggy. It's filled with crap I dont want or need, yet lacks what I do want and need (a nice weather widget, NO autoplay videos, no removable battery). Keyboard sucks. I had a Galaxy S4 for eight years that was far superior in every way. I gave two stars rather than one only because seemingly all phones are this crappy today.

Phone seems to do whatever it wants. Takes pictures, changes settings on a whim. Very aggravating. If i hadn’t been in such a need for a unit I would not have bought it.
