This is the perfect upgrade if you don't need all the flagship features. Replaced a worn out (battery) Galaxy S6, which I loved. This phone is faster, takes better pics, and is more efficient! Doesn't use 2% of battery in 8 hrs standby. I've had this phone a month and haven't used 50% battery in a day! And, the flat screen works great with screen protectors. Love it!

I did not want to spend a ton of money for a phone and I found this Samsung-Galaxy A 6 on sale. I had a Samsung J 3 and had been very happy with it, but I wanted a phone with a better camera. I have been super happy with this phone for the last 4 months. I cannot imagine that an expensive phone could do much more than this A 6. I can't even imagine that parents buying their students their first phones would spend more than the cost of this phone. It goes on sale occasionally at Best Buy and it is an unlocked phone that can move to several carriers in case the need arises. It has a 16 megapixel phone and many bells and whistles. I used Google maps on a recent trip-perfect directions. My husband's J 7 is somewhat less expensive, but it does everything, too. The main negative about the A 6 is the fact that you can't buy an Otterbox cover which I love! You have to order a cover since BestBuy doesnn't carry any for this model.

Just needed light duty unit & this one works great. Faster than my old Android 5.1, but some of the new features were annoying: kept telling me to enable Wi-Fi calling, but never could figure out how to do that. Don't need it anyway. Badge numbers were nuisance, but after exhaustive research, figured that one out. Not sure why they want to include a lot of annoying features, then make it nearly impossible to find instructions.

Bought this phone for my mom since her iPhone was no longer working and since the s9 was a bit expensive decided to get this for her instead. I noticed it had a slightly better camera than the s9 which is a plus and so far she is enjoying her phone. At a price tag of 359 it is not breaking the bank and the phone works great.

Go to your store check out the demo. Dont get caught up in the specs. It takes good pictures. Screen looks great. Its fast and it is half the price of more expensive phones.

I've had no problems with this phone. It's been able to connect to wifi and bluetooth fine. It has enough space for my apps as well. The battery life lasts me throughout the day. The price was much cheaper than the other phones on the market too, which was a plus. I still use this phone to this day and will continue to do so.

I wanted a good phone that didn't cost a ridiculous amount of money. This phone was a little over two hundred dollars and performs far better than my wife's expensive, over priced Apple Phone. I was so happy with mine I went back to Best Buy and bought one for my 94 year old mother.

This phone is a good phone. Obviously, not as great the Galaxy S line but a solid phone. Still getting used to the missing home button on the bottom. Only really annoying aspect of the phone is you can't turn the screen on by flicking up on the bottom of the phone like newer S phones. You have to touch the finger sensor on the back or actual power button. Definitely, an upgrade from the S5.

This is my first smartphone, and I chose the Samsung Galaxy A6 on the recommendation of the Best Buy sales woman. She listened to my needs, and I think she chose the exact perfect phone for me. I've been very happy with the phone since I bought it. I've been impressed with the battery life. I listen to music all day long, and the battery does not drain very fast.

I'm very pleased with this samsung phone,it serves me very well.Like all technology,something new and improved has come along with the advent if 5G

I am not a constant user of cell phone as most are, but this phone seems to have all of the features that I need and more as a replacement for my much older device. The only feature it does not seem to have (specs said it did) that I had hoped for is wifi-calling, but that is not a critical factor for me. I hope this one lasts as long as my last one (Galaxy Express).

ordered this for my father. phone runs great with att prepaid. phone works fast and is way better than the old galaxy core prime its replacing. would recommend to anyone.

Easy to manage and set up. A little narrow but a case will adjust that. Great photos, crisp and clear. Enough space to manage apps+ more.

For the prizs, you cant go wrong. We got it for our use in abroad (unlocked international) and its perfect. It suits the need.

Perfect phone for just what you need, not what you don't. So many phones are pure hype and over-done 'chatchkies' . This is an 'everyday' suitable phone. With the added bonus of a side-mount card, you'll have plenty of storage. Unlocked: Yes please!

As good as described. Great camera and it's quite fast. It doesn't get frozen.

I bought this phone for my mother because hers was getting a bit old. My mother is not tech savy so I figured sticking to Samsung products would make her transition easier and that was the case. It is your basic android phone, my mother has no complaints.

The phone is fast and easy to use. It also takes great pictures and video chat in low light.

Only complaint is that it doesn't seem to have wifi calling. It kept asking me if I wanted to turn it on, but when I selected the notification to bring up the menu, nothing happens. I can't find it in any of the settings either, even after following the instructions online, so I'm not sure what that's about. Otherwise, great phone.
