Great phone! I thought my S7 was good, the S10 is fast, interfaces Maps, Waze, Pandora, and the phone, seamlessly to my 2016 Chevy Traverse. My S7 required effort. Also "Samsung Health" stopped working with the S7, but works with the S10. Lots of memory available even with 128 Gb on the phone. I also installed my old SD card, now for backup only. Battery life is very good.

I upgraded from an iPhone 6 and am very pleased. I do not miss Apple and glad I went back to Samsung. I love the size, most features and the speed. Still getting used to the software but that's fine. The face recognition works great. The thumbprint access leaves a lot to be desired though I still have the plastic sheeting on that came with it till my new screen protector comes, then we'll see. The voice recognition is surprisingly horrible. When on the phone and the screen is going dark I press the on off button to bring it back (don't know another way yet) however it quits the call. The camera is a huge upgrade as well. Overall I really like the phone.

I upgraded from the S7. Great battery life, Water resistant up to 1.5 meters. Much faster and more memory than my old phone. Great camera. Can do 4K video, but you need to change a setting. 1080p is the default. I'm sure to save on data. Improved home screen (eliminated physical home button) more user friendly when in games too.

Great battery life increase. The camera quality is amazing. The only thing I am not a huge fan of it the built in screen protector. Mine already has scratches, my daughter had bubbles in hers and had a hole in it after a few weeks so she took it off. Otherwise, much faster then the previous galaxy s7 that we upgraded from.

Switching from a pixel 2 xl this phone is fast and has some features that are nice like. The camera takes amazing photos and videos. The screen is beautiful and very responsive! The downside is the fingerprint reader, the pixels reader is in the back and is very quick but Samsungs is under the screen and it's hard to sometime place your finger in the right spot and then it takes an extra second or 5 to respond. I love the 128 GB standard storage with the ability to add extra memory through the micro SD slot. Overall, there are pluses and minuses of all devices. While I like that Google updates there phones with the newest software immediately they are lacking in other aspects. While Samsung puts a top grade product out but they seem to lack in the updating software department.

So to preface, I don't know a whole lot about phones in general. I also tend to favor android phones. So that being said, I am really enjoying this phone. It has a good balance of battery life and functionality. It has a headphone Jack as well as a slot for expanding the memory which are big pluses for me. The triple cameras also take good quality pictures. Maybe not the absolute best pictures out there, but really good nonetheless. The final thing that I like about this phone is the speed. It's really easy to switch between apps and multitask. If you're a person who doesn't really need an iPhone. This is an excellent choice.

Replaced S7 with S10. It is just what I expected. A slightly bigger, faster, and better version of the S7 phone. Have used camera yet, but feature look amazing. Thanks Best Buy for letting me get it shipped to my home. Activation thru Verizon was great. Picked up Otterbox Commuter series and it keeps phone protected, but still nice and light.

Only had the phone for a few days, but I have no complaints. The phone is fast. Pictures are amazing. I'm still getting used to the screen fingerprint sensor. To me it is more convenient than the fingerprint sensor in the back of the phone. The speaker is loud, the screen is great, and has a slimmer profile compared to phones with the same screen size. And is has the 3.5 mm headphone jack.

WOW! I upgraded from a previous Samsung phone that was great and this phone blows that one away. Unbelievably fast, user friendly, great screen, upgraded instantly to Android 10 and fits perfectly in my hand. I highly recommend the Samsung Galaxy S10 if you looking the upgrade to a really great phone. Thank you Best Buy for a great buying experience and price.

I've been putting off an upgrade because I couldn't decide if I wanted to stick with Samsung or switch to Apple. Most of my friends are iPhone users, so they were giving me the hard sell on switching. I did a lot of online research, read a TON of reviews, but for me it came down to seeing (and holding) the phones in person. The newest iPhone is nice, but I liked the look and feel of the Galaxy S10 better. I have small hands and the new slim design fits nicely into my palm, even better than my S7. I didn't think that I'd like the curved screen, but I do! The video & audio quality are great and the camera is fantastic. I'll admit that not having to learn a new OS also gave Samsung the edge, but I was prepared to make the change until I checked out this phone. I'm very happy with my decision. And the staff at Best Buy were great in helping me transfer everything to my new phone. My only regret is that I waited as long as I did to upgrade!

Great sale price, friendly, knowledgeable employees. This phone is easy to operate coming from a S7. takes amazing pictures and with huge 512gb memory you can record tons of high def video. Also the battery life is solid and a beautiful screen.

Got this for an upgrade to my s8+ with $300 off deal.. just like my old one but camera has night shots and 3 lenses. Phone is actually smaller with the same size screen and now has stereo sound. will always be a galaxy fan. has same battery but more useage due to a software update..can use all day and still have 20-25% left when i get home

This phone is a trade up from a Galaxy S8, and it's a good improvement on to a very good S8. It has more storage, better camera, bigger screen. One thing it doesn't have that I wish it did have is an LED notification for messages, charging... I did find an app that will simulate the LED notification in several customizable ways,

Very stylish phone. I am a big fan of Samsung phones. I like the sleek design. I love the colors that it comes in. I love all the features on this phone. Easy to use. Great quality for the price of the phone. It beats all the other competitions. I love the Samsung products I feel they are worth their money

My Galaxy 7 was dying and I needed an update. With COVID 19, this phone was fairly easy to set up. What problems I had, the phne company hepled me with the rest. The phone works much faster than my old phne. It also has much mre storage. It takes great pictures too.

Great vibrant blue color and sleek aesthetic, functionality slight upgrade from the S9 with greater storage, battery, camera, display, screen. S10 size is not bad, although sometimes I wonder if I should've just went for the larger S10 Plus... we'll see in chapter 11...

I have been a Samsung fan for awhile so when I traded my old Galaxy in for the Galaxy S10, I was not disappointed. Love the great pictures from my camera and love how quick everything loads and the ease it was to set everything up and move everything from my old phone.

I upgraded from a Galaxy S7 so I knew I was in for quite a few changes. Most of the features I was unhappy with in the S7 were rectified. The display is outstanding, the camera is phenomenal and the boost in memory is awesome. Great speed and response. No complaints so far...

Every time I upgrade to a new model cell phone, I'm surprised by the improvements and the S-10 is no exception. Outstanding screen, fast, and lots of storage. I have to add that getting the upgrade via Best Buy was painless and that made the pre-order deal I got even better.

My wife and I upgraded from Galaxy S8s to S10s. The new phones are noticeably faster, have longer battery life, better cameras and screens. Love these phones, and the blue color is very vibrant. We both have clear cases to show off the color.
