Great phone with large memory. So far very happy with the phone and how it works. Quick, no issues with loading apps and using the phone, great camera and long battery life. My only issue and this is not just for this phone but all smart phone and all phone manufactures is the price is highway robbery. Charging a cash price (or a subsidized price - you're still paying for the full cost but just over a 2 year period so no savings...I know, shocking...LOL) of $900-$1000+ for a phone is just is just insane. Phones at this point should not be this expensive, you can't justify it (especially when these phones are made in foreign sweat shops and they cost at best a maybe $200 to make).

Clear pictures, fast speed, great size. Was able to buy it on sale at a decent price. Very happy with this phone. Lots of storage and has a micro SD slot to expand your memory.

I purchased the Galaxy S10+ as an upgrade for a first-gen Pixel XL. I was hesitant to change back to a Samsung, because my experience with Samsung (and Verizon) bloatware is that it bogs down the phone in spite of excellent hardware capabilities. That's not the case with the S10+. It's a solid phone and the new OneUI is snappy and responsive. Pros: It's a beautiful device. The screen is outstanding, giving a beautiful picture with deep blacks, crisp colours, and bright whites. The hole-punch camera is a great upgrade from the notch, and disappears into the screen even when watching video. The UI is very responsive and the bloatware is minimal and easy to disable. Integrated features are easy to use, easy to access, and feel intuitive. I use samsung peripherals -- galaxy watch active, galaxy earbuds, and the samsung smart things hub in my home -- and all of these interact seamlessly with the phone, with each other, and with connected devices. Call quality is great. Sound quality from the phone is excellent. Gestures for accessing menus and sumsung pay are fluid. The edge screen is actually useful and not just the gimmick that it was years ago. Bixby routines are super handy. Like, really really handy. Set triggers based on time, location, opening certain apps, or attaching to certain devices/wifi sources and your phone automates settings like wifi, bluetooth, screen brightness, orientation, volume. It'll run my smart devices with no effort: if I snooze too much, the lights in the bedroom come on, the music goes full blast, and the coffee pot starts brewing automatically. Multiple routines can run at once. You set it up and forget it. It's brilliant and almost makes up for bixby itself being ... well, we'll get to that below. Cons: The fingerprint reader is awful. If I'd known how bad, I might not have picked this phone. If it were just the screen unlock it would be alright, but I use biometrics for banking, my password manager, and multiple types of two-factor authentication. It fails to read 70% of the time and in the case of 2FA apps, can often lock me out from too many attempts. You can work around this by programming the same finger in multiple times, which helps, but with a limit of 4 fingerprints, this exchanges versatility for base functionality. (And with the same thumb programmed in 4 times, I still get "no match" about 20% of the time). I expect this will be fixed with software updates, but right now it's incredibly frustrating. There's only one option for a function screen protector (the whitestone glass dome is the ONLY one that works with the fingerprint scanner.) The volume and power buttons on the phone are inconveniently placed and generally require two hands to operate. Bixby is trash, and while it can be remapped -- it can't be remapped to google assistant or Alexa without a third party app that is NOT on google play. (This means turning on the ability to install third party apps, potentially opening your phone to malware.) The remapping is also only partial -- the dedicated button works on a single or double press. Bixby is always one of those options, but you can choose which one, and map the other option to a different (non-assitant) app. Adding insult to injury, the Bixby button is the only button conveniently located, so while I have to use two hands to adjust the volume, I'm constantly accidentally summoning an assistant that's anything but helpful. While on the subject of Bixby: the dedicated right-swipe Bixby home screen is equally useless, loaded with advertisements, and can't be changed. Google Now is incredible, intuitive, and the best summary news/event/calendar/task page out there. I really really want to right-swipe and see it. Samsung, please.... Bixby is like Fetch... stop trying to make it happen. Bixby is not going to happen. Give me my google integration and I promise I'll be loyal forever. TL;DR: As usual, samsung does what it does best, but it also still does what it does worst. The S10+ is amazing hardware with incredible features, but muddied with an insistence on sub-par Samsung software. Microsoft realized that Windows is better when you can disable internet explorer and use Chrome. Samsung needs to give the same versatility to their launcher and everybody will be happy. Oh, and fix the fingerprint reader. We know you can.

I researched for a long time before I decided to upgrade to this phone. I had a phone that was 4 years old and pretty much on it's last legs and barely any battery life but I didn't want to pick just any new phone, I wanted a phone that would fit my needs and not break the budget. The S10e takes great pictures, connects to all my bluetooth devices, doesn't lag and most importantly can last all day without putting it on battery save. I take my phone off the charger at 7am and at midnight I think the lowest I have been is 35%, this is with me having hour long conversations, checking emails, texting, going on social media (including snapchat, which would drain my old phone's battery) and watching YouTube videos. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and I got it while bestbuy was having a sale so it was $100 off the original price.

I upgraded to the s10e from an s6. Obviously, the phone is drastically faster than I was used to. I don't use my phone for much - a couple games, texting, phone calls, music for runs. This more than does the job for me. There are a LOT of random features and gimmicks on the phone, most of which I turned off because they were unnecessary, but for those that like them, they're there, and those that don't, it's simple to turn them off. Humorously, I had gone into Best Buy intending to buy the regular s10, but when I talked to an employee about it and how I use the phone, she basically called me an idiot (in a nice way!) for spending more on fancy phone when the s10e would do everything I use a phone for for $150 less. She was very convincing, so I got the s10e and couldn't be happier. If you want a better and fancier camera, go with the s10. If you don't care about super fancy pictures (the s10e takes perfectly fine pictures on its own!), than the s10e is definitely the better option.

This is perhaps the sleeper mid-range phone of the year. It has a very reliable fingerprint sensor as well as a magnificent camera for the value of this phone. Not to mention the fact that it has expandable storage and 128 GB of internal storage. Is very light weight I'm very fast as well.

I have been a Galaxy phone user for quite awhile. I liked the size of my Galaxy S7 which needed replacement. The S10 E is about the same size and fits in my back pocket. Of course transfer of data and apps from the old phone to the new was so simple. Even all of my wifi logins transferred as well. It seems much faster and the camera is awesome. I like the consistency in design and usage even though there has been almost 4 years between my 2 phones. No huge learning curve. The only negative is the expense. Phones have gotten ridiculously expensive.

I've not owned the phone for long & am still learning many of the features (I am a senior citizen), but so far it's great. Besides for phone conversation I bought the product to be used as a Verizon Hotspot at our rural home. It produces acceptable speed and no dropped connections with my PC. The S10e is a big improvement over my older LGG3. I briefly considered the more expensive S10+, but wanted the smaller (pocket sized) phone. I am happy with my choice as it is easily carried in my shirt pocket and fine for what I need. The finger print ID is remarkable. Located on the side and works every time. Also used for some apps. Convenient & time saver. Most operations are intuitive though I have gotten a bit of help from my tech savvy kids. The only negative is the installed screen protector which might stop a scratch but not much more. I bought a glass screen protector (Best Buy was nice enough to install it at the store) and protective case. It charges wirelessly through the case. I would recommend this phone to anyone wanting a powerful phone for a bargain price.

This packs everything you would love in a smartphone for the new 750$ budget normality price. For anyone who is debating this or iPhone XR, unless you are already deep into the apple ecosystem, this phone is WELL WORTH the money then the xr. This has not only an oled screen, but everything the s10 and s10+ have except the larger screens and very very close battery size to them but not exact and between the s10 and s10e you won't see a difference in the battery. If you dont use cameras as much this also would be a perfect phone because it has a great camera for those time you may use but not for a great photographer every day to day basis. 10/10 for this phone and for the competitive price vs others at this price.

I went from a Samsung S7 (which already took great pictures) to a Galaxy S10e. I have expanded my memory which is another reason to love the galaxy. Nothing too dramatic with the transition that I noticed but a little more pep. The camera has been amazing, and I have been getting so many compliments on my photos. Since I went with the S10e and not the S10 or S20, I purchased a Moment lens with wide-angle and macro. It has been a great investment. I will be getting the telescopic lens when I find a sale. It has really saved me money with the S10e and so happy that I had the option.

Coming from a pixel 2 XL I can say I do not miss the big size. I have been waiting for a galaxy with a flat screen for a while and I'm glad they made this one. The camera isn't as good a the pixel bit it is close. The video camera stabilization is unreal and makes it look like you are using a gamble. The speed of the phone is great. The battery life gets me through the day without a problem. One of the best thing is the size of the phone. It is perfect.

I hesitantly upgraded from a Galaxy S6. Most of the specs for the s10 e aren't dramatically better than the s6. However, the performance of the S10e is dramatically better. Battery life is 3x the old phone, the Android 10 is better than 6, the sound is better (calls and media), the camera is faster, and the storage is expandable. I prefer the flat edge screen. I have zero use for Bixby, so I took off one star for the easy to accidentally hit and remarkably unconfigurable Bixby button. Otherwise is it an excellent phone compared to the unimpressive s6.

I upgraded from a Samsung S7, which I passed on to another family member. I love the smaller format of the S10e that fits well in my shirt pocket. All the apps, contacts, and photos transferred over seamlessly through a wireless connection. I noticed that, while the S7 is still quite good, the S10e is much faster in operation. Camera functions are outstanding, although I don't really use it much. Overall, this is a wonderful phone.

Lots of changes from my S6 that I'm still getting used to. Love the new cameras and the panorama mode is awesome. Love the full screen on the smaller body. Let's the phone fit better in shallow pockets. Moving two thousand pictures to new S10e took no time at all. Do wish Samsung would settle on a standard charger plug in. I have several older ones I like to leave in other places.. car, bedroom. etc . Now I have to buy at lease one or two extras. Still, I really like this new model phone more and more every day.

Moving from a Galaxy S7 to this S10e, any of the previous shortcomings are covered. The feel, the speed of the phone, and the sound quality make this an excellent choice. Phone calls and browsing the net are more important to me than the camera, but that's really good, too. I also like the smaller footprint, which is great if you carry a phone in your pocket.

A very "smart" phone! I went with S10e to keep the size down. It has a quality camera feature, perhaps not the best, but I didn't buy this for the camera. I haven't learned all the things this phone can do, and there is a lot, one almost needs a class on smartphones to use it efficiently.
