Ordered online and picked up using store drive through. It was ready few days before original pickup date which was a pleasant surprise. Phone is great of course. light weight and amazing front/back camera, just what I had expected from Galaxy series. Moved almost all content from my previous Galaxy s7 within 15-20 min using Smart Switch app, easy breezy!

Would recommend buying this phone on promotion, not paying full price due to the diluted specs from other providers. The in screen print reader tends to be more difficult than useful. However the 120Hz is very smooth for the display. Overall I'm satisfied though would not pay full retail price.

I have had LG and Motorola flagship smartphones in the past. I was going to get the LG V60 but the specs weren't to my liking. This S20+ is fantastic. With 12gb of RAM and an excellent camera, I am thrilled. It handles my art programs very well, and I can go back and forth from other apps almost instantly. This is a great device .

Everyone complains about this device not having an sd card slot, but I don't use one and this phone has more space than my last phone so it is not an issue for me. The camera is awesome and I haven't found anything I don't love about the phone itself.

Upgraded from S9 - 3rd Samsung. Processing is faster, screen more brilliant. No buttons on the left side, all on right. Just have to get used to that. No touch pad on the bottom of the screen to wake up - have to use the button on the side. Minor adjustments to prior habits. Overall, very happy with the phone!

Samsung Galaxy S20 5G UW - this phone was an upgrade from an S7 Edge. The phone is a good size, not too large, and functions well. The only complaint isn't specifically about the phone but the in-store rep. Be careful to review the receipt, this guy was new and there were errors on the purchase.

Great phone, but Samsung should give up on Bixby

This is a great phone except for two things. I feel that Samsung has had such a hard time getting people to use Bixby, that they are now trying to trick or force people into it. Samsung changing the power on/off button so that it will power on, but starts Bixby rather than powering off is extremely annoying. Secondly, Samsung and Best Buy's websites do not tell you that the Verizon version of the S20 does not have additional SD memory expansion. That is only available on non Verizon phones, or on the S20+ or Ultra models on Verizon, which are way more phone than I need. Other than those things, this phone is exactly what it has been before. A slight upgrade to the previous model, but now at a very premium price.

Its much better than previous phone although I dont use most of the features. I just need talk text and camera mostly but it's nice to have other options if and when I need them. I've only had the phone 2 weeks so I'm still getting used to it

Good phone, great camera and an overall nice upgrade from the Galaxy S10. There is an odd glitch related to drop calls when using wifi calling and it requires manual steps each time to remedy, but otherwise, happy with the phone.

upgraded from a Galaxy S9. It is a nice phone. I liked where the buttons were on the S9 were located. I also preferred how the fingerprint to unlock was on the back with the cameras. It is quicker and has more memory and is 5G.

I LOVE my phone. I'm pretty clumsy, so I always get the protection plan, but this phone is pretty industructable (with a case, of course). The night mode camera is also amazing!

I had been waiting for the Verizon version of the S20 to come out since the S20 released back in March and pre-ordered it when it came available. At the time, the specs were basically identical to the other S20 versions available for other carriers except for the mmwave antenna included in the Verizon version. Unfortunately when the phone arrived, I quickly found out that it was not the same. They reduced the 12GB or Memory to 8 GB, which was disappointing, but not a show stopper. The show stopper was when I realized that they removed the ability to expand the storage by removing the ability to add a micro SD card. I didn't even bother to turn on the phone and quickly took the phone back to Bestbuy. They were as surprised as I was that there was no micro SD card slot. Since their website was incorrect, they were kind enough to waive the restocking fee, which they said rarely happens with cell phones. I guess if you don't store music, photos and videos on your phone the extra storage might not be a deal breaker for you, but for me, it was a show stopper.

This is my wife's phone. She wanted one small enough to fit conveniently in her pocket. This phone fit the bill perfectly. She has been happy with performance and feature set. The price at Best Buy was the "best" to be found!

I replaced my LG phone and will be getting Samsung from now on. Its a great phone with a great camera. I got a much better deal through Best Buy than I could get with Verizon even though I'm a Verizon customer and upgrading my phone.
