Love, love, love the camera with all its improvements. The speed of this phone is crazy fast & had a great battery life.

Didnt want a new phone but my screen cracked. Had the S9 and tnis new phone is a beast. Much larger and the camera on it has replaced my Nikko when taking photos of houses. The camera is by far the clearest and highest Megapixel I have used to date. The 100 zoom is unreal. Not sure why some uploads are slow but I am pretty sure its not phone related as I have heard other complaint about internet speed the past week or so on other devices.

This is by far the best phone, super fast, long battery life and great camera and video... Definitely recommend!

This phone is great if, you have never has a Galaxy series phone before. I am one who has upgraded to the next Galaxy series phone since the Galaxy 2. What I do not like about this phone is after 9 models they have messed around with the power button and volume rocker. They have added a short cut to "Bixby" as part of the power button. To turn the phone off or, put it into sleep mode, one now has to go through the notifications menu at the top of the phone. Those of us who have been using the Galaxy phones for a long time find this very frustrating. Samsung should move the volume rocker back to the left side, and only have a true power button on the right side, I know this is a really stupid thing to be upset about but, the phone is only offered in three boring colors. Grey, Black, and White. Samsung needs to add more colors. Now the up side. The camera is great! That is the main reason I got the ultra. Samsung has made it easy to use the camera. I have a granddaughter in college. She is taking a photo class. I let her use my phone to take pictures. The professor could not tell what she turned in was taken from a phone. For the $100.00 to $150.00 price difference even with all the frustrations, the camera makes the Ultra worth it.

owned several android smartphone on the years, recently I switched to the latest iphone. 4 months later I was able to go back to android, didn't hesitate. for me the apple product was frustrating. so what did I get - the Ultra. this is the size of a samsung note without the s-pen. the ultra handles everything butter smooth, awesome display and a excellent camera. the phone is big, but for me that's fine.

Got the S20 Ultra on pre-order and could not be happier with the phone. The camera is phenomenal with such precise details and video is fantastic. I purchased this phone based on the camera as that's all I use to take photos with. But I think the phone is great too. Battery charge is good and I love the fast charger with it.

I am a Samsung Galaxy lover... they are simple to use, have good speed, and they have always been good phones for me. I love the new camera. I love that I now know how to turn off Bixby (which is my only complaint about Samsung). I like that the s20 has options depending on needs, and they are also different sizes so if the 6.9 ultra is too big, maybe the straight s20 is more your size.

Everything I wanted in a phone...super camera...blazing fast speed and graphics...a ton of space and option for up to 1TB MicroSD Card BestBuy Techs were awesome explaining the features and estimating the monthly charges...as well as on pickup day setting the phone up and transferring all of my important data (contacts, pictures, videos, apps, texts, downloaded files etc etc)

I have upgraded every year to the new Galaxy phones and the jump from the S9+ to this phone was very noticeable. The phone is much faster and the camera is incredible. The battery life does not last as long as the S9+ so if you are a heavy user this may impact your decision to buy. The battery recharges quickly similar to old editions of the Galaxy S phones.

this phone has been better than my note 10 + . I miss the spen but so far I haven't needed it. However I do not see where this phone warranted the extreme over price they were asking. For 1500 dollars it should do more. Or at the very least come with better accessories. Like a case or something.

The camera on this phone is far beyond what my galaxy 8 plus had and i couldnt be happier. The battery lasts soooo much longer, and it came with a pre-installed screen protector. The display is super smooth with transitions. Definitely worth the upgrade, and made my Father's Day!

We recently finally upgraded to this phone! It has been great. Picture quality is awesome, the battery life is great. The rounded edge screen i know is an issue for some but we bought the liquid glass screen protectors and a case and haven't had any issues.
