The phone is gorgeous and easy to navigate. I love the larger screen & overall size, but hate not being able to add additional storage & needing an adapter to use headphones. I find it odd that my son's phone (same make & model, but different color came with a wall charger & mine with a 2 ended "C" cord only.

In love with this upgrade. Fast charging, long lasting battery life really keeps up with my busy day to day pace. Love the size and sharp screen quality. Pics turn out amazing even in low light at concerts.

My husband bought the same phone at the store and paid less than I did online and it was a few days apart and his also came with a wall charger and mine didnt. I pretty upset about all of this. He even got a otter box cover for his and his bill was cheaper than just my phone without a free wall charger like his came with

Great phone, great camera, super slim and the size of the screen is same as Note 9 - which is perfect for me. Battery life is good. I am a lover of Samsung. Speed is great opening apps. The phone seems lighter than my Note 9.

Just upgraded from an S8. It's faster, bigger, takes better pictures, and the battery lasts longer! Need i say more? Seriously, only into Day 3 with the new phone, but really appreciate the upgrades/updates so far.

This is the best cellphone I have ever owned . Computer wise it does just about everything my HP desktop computer does... except FASTER ! This phone has superfast charging & a charge lasts me all day. The pictures it takes in 4-K are absolutely AMAZING !! The only drawback is that I cannot change out the chip card when it filled up with pictures and videos. I had to purchase a thumb drive to transfer all of these I am not done paying it off, but I am looking forward to what future models will offer.

Ive always been an android user and have had galaxy phones since they first started coming out. I hadn't upgraded my phone since getting the S9 plus, so it was a bit disappointing to see that the phones are like apple products now and you have to buy the phone with the amount of memory you want, no more sd card exspansion. The camera is amazing and I'm still figuring out all the different settings. Other than that, the phone is great. Everything you expect from a galaxy.

This phone has held up better than most of my wife's Samsungs. The S7 and S9+ both gave her the "please trade me in" blues as they got closer to being paid in full, especially with SD card failures on a daily basis. But the S21+ has been almost flawless for her. Why she needs to have such a gargantuan phone is beyond me. Anyway, it's the only Samsung she hasn't complained about. And we got a decent deal on it so the fact that it's paid off and still running strong makes me think it MIGHT get traded in, not sure.

This is a really good phone, with amazing battery life and lots of features. However, there is no headphone jack, and it does not come with a wall charger. It comes with a USB c to USB c cable, forcing me to replace the charger the second I got the phone. I don't know why Apple and Samsung have decided to do away with ports and capabilities that are vital to the use of the phone, but not everyone has Bluetooth every where and not everyone has the latest gadgets and gizmos to be able to shift to a totally new way of doing something that is basic functionality so quickly. I really wish that they would rethink this move, however, a multi billion dollar company does what it wants, regardless of the consequences.

I love my new phone. I had to upgrade from a S8 + that was on it's last leg. I like the screen size. The camera is really nice and so far the battery life each day has been a nice feature. The guys at Best Buy were so helpful. It was a quick and easy setup with my current wireless provider and they were even very willing to help me move data from the old phone to the new phone. This is why i like to buy all my new phones from Best Buy.

I love my new Samsung Galaxy S21. It is a bit larger then my old Samsung S7.I like the brightness of the displays and the ease of use for all the features and the long lasting battery is a major plus for me. Once you get the hang of it it is easy to use and i like new colors that it came in.The speed of the processor is great .

I previously had the Samsung A50 and was unhappy with almost every aspect of the phone. After reading the reviews i decided the s series was worth the risk. What a grest move. No dropped calls, fantastic camera and easy to use msde the purchase a smart move. Bsttery life excellent. I have no negatives to report.

This phone has a good size screen and is light weight. It seems to have good battery life and a reasonable signal strength. (There is no 5G in our area.) The 128GB is plenty of room for storing music and pictures. Without a case, the phone itself is very slippery to hold, so I highly recommend a good case.

I absolutely love my new phone it charges quickly, has a larger screen than my older Samsung phone. The battery stays charged much longer than past versions. The camera takes wonderful quality pictures. I love the purple color it is a very nice touch.

Great performance and vivid screen. I upgraded from a Galaxy S10 and the performance improvement is noticeable. The migration process was smooth. The S21+ has a good battery too - it lasts a full day easy, maybe two. The cameras are good too.

Samsung has come back from a misstep with the S21+. At $200 less than the S20 version, this phone is great. Slap a good case on it and be at the front of technology with this blazing fast, powerful device. Camera is amazing!

Much faster than my old phone. Great graphics and camera. My only negative is that I'm not sure if the extra height is worth the extra money - maybe if they had expanded the width to match the display ratio.

Wow! I have always used other phone brands (HTC, LG, etc.) until this one, and I don't know why I didn't try Samsung earlier. This phone is amazing! Lightning fast, loads of memory, a fantastic camera. The list goes on. I ordered it online, brought it in to the store and the Geek Squad set it up and transferred all the data, pics, contacts, etc. in about 30 minutes. No need to re-install apps, so kudos to the Samsung SmartSwitch app - I just installed it on my old phone (LG G5) and the transfer was seamless. Highly recommend this phone!

In 2016 I switched from Galaxy to the Pixel line. I was hesitant to go back to Samsung this year because I did not have a good experience with Galaxy phones in the past. But because the new Pixel 5 was underwhelming I decided to make the switch to the Galaxy S21 Plus and I am glad I did. This phone is faster than any phone I have ever used. It integrates much more easily with all the Google services. The display is amazing and bright. The camera is second to none and one UI has so many bells and whistles and customizations and it does not slow down like the old galaxies did. Definitely the best phone on the market in my opinion. I highly recommend.

So far I am very happy with this phone. the camera , graphics and sound is terrific. Great battery life! I can go all day playing games and listening to music and it still doesn't drain below 20%. That's a huge improvement. Lot's more features and love the change to the Microsoft office. My only complaint is that there isn't an audio phone jack port for earphones, so you have to purchase some wireless ear pods.
