    Bought this phone for my wife and in less then a week the hinge failed. Come on Sammy.!! Got to make design better. Returned and bought her the S22 ultra.

    This phone kept getting too hot and closing all apps. Had to return it. The Bestbuy guy said I wasn't the first one to return this phone due to overheating.

    Bought for my teenage daughter. It's her first "new" phone after years of hand-me-downs, and she loves it. Her previous phone wasn't capable of running certain apps she needed for school, and while we didn't plan to get this particular phone, it was on sale, and available, so it followed us home. The external screen is one of her favorite features.

    I have had 2 samsung flip phones and once the screen died, 2nd one it got stuck in flip half way would not close and parts of the screen went black.
