I am a long-time iPhone user, fully entrenched in the 'ecosystem', but this is the phone that lured me back to android. I tried out the Z Flip 3 last year but went back to my iPhone pretty quickly because the camera and battery were severely lacking, however Samsung seems to have fixed those problems with the latest model. I am so in love with this phone! I'm almost overwhelmed with how much I can do with it compared to iOS, and I'm very impressed with how far android has come in the past few years. Samsung too, it has all the same neat little quality-of-life 'smart' features that I enjoyed on iOS. All the same features are there under different menus, literally the only things I'm missing is imessage and shared albums, and there are ways around those. As I mentioned, camera & battery life have been greatly improved. I'm only on day 2 so my phone is still settling and optimising, and I'm only down to 42% after 12 hours off the charger. Granted I am not a very heavy user, but I do use GPS and play Pokemon Go which are pretty battery-hungry so I'm impressed. The battery life should only get better after a week or two when it finishes learning my usage habits. See kitten pic for camera example :D I'm REALLY impressed with night mode, it's actually better than my iPhone. I had a 14 plus before this and the flip takes clearer, less noisy pics in both light and dark settings. I'm no pro photographer or anything but it's more than good enough for me. Let's not forget the coolness factor either. This phone is seriously SO COOL! My mom & aunt, both tech-phobic old ladies, have been oohing and aahing over my cool new phone. They're like "how does that screen bend?!" Lol. It's so nice just having a flip phone again too. I'm old myself and all my first cell phones were flips, this phone brings back so many good memories it's ridiculous. I love being able to fit my phone in even the smallest pockets too. Well done, Samsung, well done.

Very nice phone. Good for people on the go because you can close it and store it either in a pocket or bag . You dont have to worry about it getting damaged.

I have been team iPhone for about 10 years now, And I always refused to make the switch. I saw commercials and advertising for this samsung flip and I entertained the idea of getting it, but what made me finally do it is that my iPhone had 64g and Samsung obviously Holds way more gigabits than iPhone. With that being said, it was easy to switch and I LOVE this samsung flip!!!! It reminds me of a Nintendo’s ds lol. The graphics, the customization, the storage space and just overall how much easier and more private samsung is compared to iPhone. I highly recommend!

Great phone works amazing compact. Beware of the hinges as we are on our second phone first one on the last of 90 days. highly recommend it.

Absolutely love this phone! Beautiful and so fun. Fits easily into your pocket or purse. Battery life is good for me. Lasts all day. Love the display window for viewing messages and being able to respond without opening the phone!

Love the concept for sure and it's so close to being amazing... It has all the qualities of a smart phone as well as the folding function of a flip phone, which protects the screen from scratching and keeps it from falling out of your pocket. There are even some (limited) functions usable from the front screen, which can be convenient without having to open the phone (samsung wallet tap to pay, flashlight, notifications, appointments, weather, speed dial, alarms/timers, basic audio controls for music/podcasts, and more). Camera is reasonably good and it's cool being able to fold it and set it up to take photos without a 3rd party. Sure, the front screen could be bigger and do more but if I really cared about doing more, I'd just open the phone. Battery life isn't as good as my old phones (as expected) but it's actually not too far behind. The biggest downside though is its fragility. The design of the hinge and overall frame is such that dropping it just right (even with an excellent protective phone case) can cause MAJOR internal damage to the point where the screen LED can become unusable. That's because everything is connected and even a "simple" screen repair cannot be done in the traditional sense. The whole phone essentially needs to be replaced (except motherboard and some small internal things), which is quite pricey. If they can make this phone more physically robust, it would be perfect (for me). All that said, I'd recommend it for the features BUT not unless you have phone insurance/protection.

The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4, purchased from Best Buy, is outstanding. Its sleek design, vibrant dual displays, and powerful performance make it a top-tier device. The versatile camera, impressive battery life, and optimized software enhance the user experience. It's pricey but worth every penny for tech enthusiasts. Highly recommended!

Samsung came a long way from the first Z-Flip to this one. It still has a list of chores so you need to be careful with the phone’s display. Other than that, it is compact with great battery life. The sides have thin plastic protectors so don’t worry if that gets scratched. It’s just the plastic. Nice work, Samsung!

I was eligible for an upgrade through Verizon just before Christmas. The phone I reallyvwanted wasn't an option at the time so I went wuth the Galaxy Z Flip4. I am currently on my second replacement phone. If you have a case it doesn't matter if you drop it and the hinge is damaged in any way, you won't be able to open the phone except for half way. The top screen will stop working unless you use the assistant with the cursor. Eventually the phone screen will go black therefore you can't use it at all. I don't recommend this phone only for that reason. Poorly thought out plan for the hinge and the screen is like a film so it's not worth the price. I have full coverage and have paid a total of $330 just in deductibles.

The ultimate mobile innovation and my favorite nostalgia phone from samsung because the flip phone is a cute and a stylish just to hear the closing sound of a flip phone. I personally like this phone on a built quality construction because once it is flipped convenient to keep in your pocket and notification popup in a quick glance on screens without opening it. The pictures are amazing with better zoom and night light for this model group. Full THUMSUP!

I bought this phone for my son and he loves it!! He uses it daily for many activities such as school, playing chess, research on vechicles, call, videos and connecting with friends. Overall, a very functional and practical phone. It's small size when folded is a great plus! Excellent camera both for pics and videos. He is using for YouTube videos and it produces high quality videos. We have had this phone for over six months with no issues whatsoever. Overall, a great purchase!

Love my galaxy flip. Super cute and aesthetic. Convenient as it folds and fits in all my purses no matter the size or in my pocket and we all know women pockets are small. Camera quality is good too for being android.

The product itself is good. The purchase was not as it was open box and was still registered to previous owner. I dont think BestBuy knew this but brought it to their attention. Got it from some place else used of course at a higher price but works great! Battery is good even though of its size.

Love this phone! Small size is what I like. Does what I need it for. Compact & very simple to use. Also can use dual Sim's. One is "E-sim" internal & one is external. So you can have 2 different numbers & different service providers. Good quality photos & videos also.

Awesone phone. I had the 3 and now the 4 and couldnt be happier with them. Its durable and doesn't stick out of my pocket when I carry it. The screen stays protected when it's closed and it comes with a screen protector already on it. I highly recommend this phone to anyone.

I haven't even had this phone a year, and the screen as gone bell up showing black area, the top half not responding to touch, and the bottom half flickering randomly. The phone is useless. Contacted Samsung for warranty repair and they sent me to a local service center, and they refused to service it because it's a "bespoke edition" (which just means a custom color exterior). I came home and asked Samsung what do I do and they are like "oh yeah... we want customers to send the bespoke editions to us"..... seriously?!?!?! you couldn't have told me that before my trip to the place you sent me? Now they want me to wait at least 3 days for a box so then I can send it back to them and have them take however long it takes to repair the phone... This is crazy and not what I understood my service would be like if I had a warranty issue (they advertised all their local service centers - but they refuse to touch my phone). Buyer beware of their bespoke edition - complete waste of money to get a custom color panel configuration only to have places refused to service it.

The phone is good battery is decent when on battery optimization. Screen protector will last about 6 to 8 months don't expect a lot longer if you use the phone a lot. All features run well but the screen crease becomes my pronounced with longer use.

This is a very nice phone and I like the size. It does have a big issue though. Since day one the speaker sounds terrible. Once in a while it works the way it should but most of the time it sounds terrible. Too much $ for this. Should have taken it back but hoped Samsung would put out an update to take care of this issue, never happened. Lots of people on-line are saying the same thing.
