Do not buy this phone unless you use Verizon carrier, which this is unlocked from. Unlocked from Verizon will not let you use with GSM network (tmobile, cricket, att, etc)

This is my 4th Samsung model cell phone after owning Palm Treo and Blackberry models (yes, I'm that old). So, the quality and apps are what I've come to expect. Using the Samsung Switch app made transferring most all of the apps/settings/files easy and took less than 15 minutes wirelessly. You will still have to log in the first time you open each of the app, and then you can save your login. My cell service provider is AT&T, a GSM network. I had no issues transferring the SIM (nano size) card from the S6 to the S10e Prism Blue. Connected to the network in a matter of seconds. As a Geek Squad Refurbished unit it came with new Insignia brand 2.4w charger and USB-c cable, which the charger does not support fast charging. It is fairly compact, so may make a good travel charger. I also purchased the Samsung Wireless Charger Pad and Wireless Charger Portable Battery (both support Fast Charge) and they seem to work well. The refurbished phone does NOT come with a Users Manual, but that can be found online at the Samsung Galaxy website. The upgraded features I like are the fingerprint and facial recognition security, thought it took me a couple of tries to finally setup the fingerprint ( I was not placing my finger correctly). And also glad Samsung went back to providing a microSD external memory card slot, which the card tray also holds the SIM card. The S6 was internal memory only and did not take long before I found myself deleting older files/apps to make room for updates.

this is a great phone! It has all my storage capacity needs and is so nice. I really like the thumbprint id feature and face recognition. Great quality camera and sound

Works like a new phone! Was 1/3rd cheaper than new, geeksquad certified and from a vendor that I can physically contact if needed.

Don't buy this. By the time I got this working and everything situated I found out that it did not work properly and battery would overheate and could not return it

One of the best phones I've ever purchased.... it's battery is durable and the reception is splendid
