The deal of the year. Is a very cool fhone,i love it.

I've never purchased a refurbished phone, but I refused to waste extra money paying monthly for a new phone through my provider. The phone came in perfect condition and all I had to do was get the SIM card installed in the store. The only issue I had was that the price dropped $40 the day after I ordered it, and the online chat rep said I could get a price match in store. In the store they told me to call a 1-800 number for my price match. After 20 mins on the phone, they said refurbished phones don't qualify. I would have been more understanding if they told me that from the start. Overall, I am really happy after upgrading from my Galaxy sIII. The battery life is great, and the phone is fast with a great camera.

the size of the phone and the screen are perfect, the camera has a fast lens so you can take decent photos in a low light environment, a lot of memory plus a microchip (opcional), you can open two app at the same time, video and music. I'm really happy with my samsung s7.

I've bought 2 refurbished phones here in bestbuy, the condition is like new, you only receive the esentials, but it's all you'll need. I've had my samsung galaxy 7 for 2 months, it has the best camera, is a powerful smartphone, but I don't like how hot it becomes with some apps or when you have the camera on, other than that I love my samsung s7 refurbished for the price..

I rarely purchase the most up-to-date phone, due to high cost. That's why I chose the S7 (and my son had very good things to say about his!) The refurbished model was missing the ear phones, however, the screen and body had no scratches nor sign of wear and tear. The call quality was very good, as well as ease of use and the size. Plus, the camera and built-in editing software provided outstanding photos! (My wife was envious ... but not for long, because she got this one when I broke down and bought the new 5G Galaxy S20+ !!! That'll be a different review ... but, it's NICE ... just gotta wait for 5G to arrive in my area, darn.)

Haven't had any problems with the phone thus far except the connectivity. I've never had connection issues as a verizon user until I purchased this phone. I also don't like that I can't use the internet while talking on the phone. Other than that it's worked very well for a refurbished phone.

Extremely happy with my purchase. Wanted to buy a good quality unlocked phone that was not outrageously expensive. That is exactly what I got.

The phone came in great condition but did not have the original packaging. Unlocked phones are awesome!

I fell in love with this phone the moment I opened the plain box it came along with and laid eye on it. The condition of the phone was excellent, no scratches or anything anywhere on the phone. The phone is so light weight and has brilliant display. I love the notification LED, Game Center button, Fast charging and its light weight. The phone was working right out of the box and updated itself. I tried it with Verizon, FreedomPop(Sprint) and T-mobile and it works flawlessly with all of them without any issues. I took away a star coz it came with a white Samsung Adaptive Fast Charger but with a black USB cable, which makes it look odd.

Purchased unlocked phone to use on my travels in China and Thailand. It performed perfectly with local extremely low cost SIM cards. Huge savings versus using Verizon International phone plan!

I don't know what other people were complaining about, but when I bought this phone it came with everything included. The only thing it didn't have was the original box (came in a custom one). It was a great price for a great phone. Everything is working great. I definitely recommend this.

Good phone, but did not come with instruction book, headphones or Sim Card tray tool.

I was a bit insecure to purchase this product since it is listed as refurbished, however, after starting using it I realized there is absolutely nothing wrong with it, neither physically or on the interior. Negative side is that this product does not come with earpieces.

Phone is great. Transitioning from old phone to new had a few pain points. Takes great pictures with lots of editing options. Fast. Very happy with it.

Got this phone to replace my LG G4. This is my 2nd Samsung phone. Great camera and much faster than the LG G4. Bought unlocked phone so that I can switch carriers if needed.

The phone is just as expected. Fast, compatible with my network career, nice camera, etc. There is no evidence of this being a refurbished model.

I wanted to upgrade my phone without a contract and this was perfect. I was worried about not being able to some of the features like internet while talking on the phone, but I didn't. I have Verizon and I'm on month to month; this was phone almost perfect. I was able to quickly activate; I did have to go to Verizon to get a nano sim card otherwise perfect. The phone was not damaged, updated quickly, and I can get on the internet while on the phone. All for under $350 With discounts New 2 Me. 4 stars bc I had to buy the nano sim lol

This is an awesome phone. No bloatware from carrier. Runs super fast. The only downside is the battery life. Wish would be better. Other than that. This phone will take great pictures for you. It is one of the best for pictures if not the best.

It has been just over two years since I bought this refurbished phone from BestBuy. It looked like a brand new phone and still does. More importantly it functioned like a brand new phone and still does. I certainly got my money out of this phone. It is about time for me to purchase a refurbished S9 from BestBuy. My first refurbished phone was from a carrier but after getting this refurbished unlocked S7 from BestBuy, I will never buy a carrier branded (locked) phone again.
