Incredibly Good Headset for Samsung Users

I've had a number of headsets in my time. I've had the LG Tone Pro, the Samsung Gear Circle, and the regular Level U for in-ear listening. I've also had a pair of Beats Solo, the Samsung Level Over headset, and the Bose QuietComfort 2. This headset absolutely destroys them all in sound quality.
First, a caveat: This headset can work with anything but to be honest, it's designed for Samsung products due to two things: The Samsung Level app that it uses, and the fact that the Galaxy Note 5 and the Galaxy S6 Edge+ are the only headphones that can take advantage of what's called the UHQA (Ultra High Quality Audio) technology for true 24-bit audio. Why is that, you ask? Honestly, I think it's because the latter two phones have Bluetooth 4.2 and the previous models such as the Galaxy S6 only have Bluetooth 4.1 so there's that. Or it could be planned obselescence, which also wouldn't surprise me. Regardless! Back to the sound quality.
The sound quality is, simply put, incredible. It's hard to describe sound quality in words but I think the phrase "It sounds wider, more full, and more rich" is the best that I can use. The UHQA, when enabled, really makes the sound seem as though it's much more dynamic as though you're really there inside a concert hall. The bass sounds incredible and it can even be enhanced through a preset in the Samsung Level app (so can everything, it even has an equalizer so you can individually tune it). I have a FLAC version of Adele's "Hello" that I use to test various headphones and this is the very first time that a headset hasn't distorted, warped, or downgraded the bass when the music rises. I read some reviews which said that the headphones aren't very loud but trust me when I say that they're completely incorrect - these can be VERY LOUD. You won't have a hard time hearing them in the noisiest of environments. Anyway, the sound is the best I've heard on any headset I've ever tried or owned so long as you have the Note 5 or S6 Edge+. If you don't own those, I can't comment upon the quality.
As far as comfort goes, they're considerably light and rest very gently on my shoulders. The plastic isn't very flexible so do be aware that on very slender peoples' necks they might look a bit big. The plastic it's made from feels sturdy enough. There's also a little magnet on the back of each headphone so that they can clasp together. The magnet even starts or ends phone calls when pulled apart or put together, respectively (same with music you're listening to). It comes with four pairs of earbuds - one is pre-installed and regular size, then it has three more pairs in Small, Medium, and Large in case your ears canals are shaped differently. I take these on a jog routinely and they aren't prone to falling out IF you keep your head straight, however, they will definitely begin to fall out if you turn your head left or right. Perhaps adding some third-party earbuds that are designed NOT to fall out will help with this, as I've seen other reviewers comment upon. There are buttons on the side for volume and the headset can be turned on or off with a switch on the back. Try tucking these under your collar when you're at work. They disappear or look like an unusual little necklace, it makes them far less noticeable if you're going for low-key.
Battery life is excellent. They have noise canceling for phone calls which can be toggled on or off, and this does have an effect upon battery life, but even with it on they last me around 9 hours before I have to charge them. I typically go about 3 days of moderate usage before charging, and it takes an hour or two to charge (I don't know exactly how long because I don't pay attention when I'm charging them).
All in all, these are the best headphones I've owned. Though I do wish the plastic was a little bit more flexible, it doesn't bother me enough to knock off a point. I highly recommend these above all other in-ear headphones on the market if you have the Note 5 or S6 Edge+ because I can't reiterate enough how wonderful the audio quality is with UHQA enabled.

This headphone has good battery life, easy to connect, good sound, when I want to listen to a show or something else on my iPad but not share the noise. I tried a few others I didn’t like as well but settled on this. The price is much better than some and 100% satisfying. You won’t ‘drop’ them with the comfortable collar and they hold together
(Magnets) so they don’t flop around while u r moving. I use them with my phone for music when I’m out for a walk...good item.

All the reviews I've seen were positive so I bought a pair. Only a few faults. Their kind of loose around my neck and there were no wing tips like in the reviews. A way to make them better would be to make the earbuds retractable and add foam tips. Battery life is great. They don't get as loud as I would like but the sound quality is good.

Hate the fact that it gets cocked to one side depending on your activity i.e. bending over, stooping or crouching. Also may have a defective pair but 33 feet is a joke if you are close to any kind of metal object like a golf cart or car. I've had a problem with the music being choppy when my phone (samsung galaxy s7 edge) is in my pocket and my arm or hand or elbow pass over my pocket. I've had to resort to putting my phone in my shirt pocket to eliminate any interference. Annoying, may be defective I'm unsure. Also eargels suck, my right ear stays in most of the time, left ear all 3 sizes fall out just walking.
Pros include sounds quality A+ high mid and low. Noise cancellation awesome except if it's too loud other party cannot hear you it's just mutes the microphone.

I love these headphones. I was concerned, being I have not use wireless earphones before, about sound quality and bass. But wow, these sound awesome. When mowing and listening to music, I don't have to worry about cords getting tangled and ripping buds out of my ears. They fully charge in about 2 hours, and last over 8.

Recently purchased after missing out on free offer from Samsung. Luckiky my Samsung phone has the option of Adaptive Sound & UHQ Upscaling that completely enhances the sound quality! The depth and overall sound quality of these ear bud style headphones is fantastic! I prefer this style (ear buds) for the comfortability and being totally wireless makes them almost unoticeable. Very happy with them especially since Best Buy priced matched to save me 25%!

I got these literally right before going to the airport for a trip. Luckily they had enough charge on them to get me through the day. I put them on when I got on the plane, turned on one of my podcasts and woke up an hour later... But in all seriousness, the sound quality is very good for bluetooth headphones. And since I have these paired to an Android phone, the app gives you some extra features like automatically answering and hanging up the phone when you connect or disconnect the magnetic clasp and various other sound control features. They are very comfortable, sometimes I forget they are hanging around my neck. All in all, I would (and actually already have) recommend these to anybody looking for bluetooth ear buds. You just have to understand that no bluetooth earphones will live up to the quality of a nice set of wired headphones, but these do a good job of trying.

These headphones may not be my best sounding headphones but there the ones I reach for every time. Don't misunderstand me these do sound good but I have others that sound better. I reach for these every time because they never become uncomfortable after wearing for long periods of time, the have a perfect seal and don't fall out, controls are easily accessible and controllable and best of all I can connect them to two phones simultaneously. I'm connected to 2 phones from 8 to 12 hours a day on one charge. It doesn't get any better than that. I purchased 2 extra pair to have on hand.

My first set had to be returned because the cord lengths of the earpieces were different. Other than that, it was a very solid purchase.
Very good sound - especially if you have newer Samsung phones. Good wireless connection. Decent battery life. Form factor needs a little getting used to, but once you make it a habit of putting it on in the morning, you forget it's on your neck when not using it. I've never had it fall off. Overall, I am very satisfied with the product.

Easy to hook up, holds charge well. Indicator lights green when fully charged and also vibrates when ready to sync so you can keep it around your neck. Noise cancellation leaves something to be desired. I have to turn the volume up to drown out outside noises. Call quality is very good,no problems hearing from either end

Easy to hook up to android, holds charge well, haven't had it fall out of my ears at all. Indicator lights green when fully charged and also vibrates when ready to sync so you can keep it around your neck. Functions limited to answer/hang up/play or stop music and controlling volume. Putting the phone on hands free let's me know who is calling or texting. It might be my phone, but it won't respond to oral commands. Can use far from phone unless obstructed by a building. Noise cancellation leaves something to be desired. I have to turn the volume up to drown out outside noises, but I do want to hear traffic while driving anyway. Call quality is very good, no problems hearing from either end.

These headphones have great sounds! The only thing reason why I did not give a five is because I do not like how the earpieces come together when you not wearing them. It is weird they are side by side, should be head-on. Doesnt stat together. But overal operations is AWESOME

these would have gotten 5 stars but the included description that it's noise cancellation headphones is false. it blocks out noise just from the earbuds being in your ear...it doesn't cancel anything from what I can tell. the description should be updated to remove anything about noise cancellation since that was part of the reason for my purchase. sound quality, battery life and comfort are all good.

I bought these to replace my old ones that had stopped working due to sweating a lot at work. I have had these almost a year now and they work just fine, no issues. I love things that last and perform like the day you bought them. Great product!

I purchased the regular Samsung Level U headphones when they first came out. I liked them until I discovered that the Samsung Level app doesn't do anything in regards to enhancing the sound.
The Level Pro does a much better job of enhancing the sound - as the Level app is actually functional with these headphones. I was a little concerned about them not staying in my ear (which I liked about the wingtip cushions of the Level U). However, these do stay in my ear very well (there's also 3 other pairs provided if the one's on them don't fit well) and the volume is much louder as there is a good seal into the ear (previously I never liked earbuds but I learned from another review that the seal is key in producing good volume). Best Buy priced match these so I was able to get them at the lowest price that I could find.
