Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Flawless out of the box easy setup everything was great until the toner issues. I only need to print black and white but you have to put the colors into the machine for it to work when those ran out I started getting error light and messages so only needing black toner I went into setting and turned on black and white only, the errors do not go away I have to open the toner door and force it to bypass the no color toner issue which it will do until it self checks itself almost every time you go to print. Also the toner cartridges themselves have a chip on them that tells when x amount of papers have been printed with said toner, I believe its 1000 pages, I have watched videos and tested myself that there is enough toner left after the chip expires to print hundreds if not thousands more, when the chip decides that the cartridge is "empty" it will not let you print through your computer anymore but you can still run copy from the scanner... great machine that is built with greed all printers are but this one is really bad.
