Dont buy from bestbuy

Nowhere on the product site it says that the tv is refurbished until i checked it on my purchases..

Completely unprofessional and wrong to do to customers. Will be speaking to support to make this right.

Tired of the Bait and switch

They tried to replace it with a refurbished version without asking, and support is an insulting joke. They actually tried to sell me on some membership while they’ve been holding my money for a month now. Never ordering from Best Buy again.
