I bought another external hard drive first and it ended up not being compatible. This one worked fine. Happy with the purchase and a decent price. It also shipped quickly which is why I went with Bestbuy.

No set up was required. It was instantly recognized by my Windows-based computer and allowed me to easily backup my precious family photos/videos as well as sensitive documents. I picked up a great little form-fitting case off an auction site so it's secure when not in use.

I'm using it as extended external storage on my ps5 for apps and ps4 games. Super easy to setup and use on your playstation. Cheap upgrade to save space on the ps5 internal ssd. Highly recommend.

After purchasing this and using it for a couple weeks I am sold. I often start editing on my iMac and then move to my MacBook Pro. With this it is perfectly seemless. Transferring large files is also lightning fast on this SSD.
