Excellent new tech projector system by Samsung. It doesn't require a projector screen. It is projected on my apt wall that is a light gray, almost white. The sound from my cable connection is loud enough. I don't need a sound bar.

This UST is an amazing machine. I opted for the 7 model as I only have room for a 93” screen as of now. The 9 model would have been preferred with the shorter throw and triple laser but this one is half the cost and still amazing. I must say I was not expecting the quality this machine can create. Standard mode is my favorite setting. Only downside is you can’t adjust brightness just image mode. EARC is also a plus. Worth the 4K but make sure you have a ALR/CLR screen if you will use with ceiling lights on at night. Daytime it isn’t bad but may need dynamic mode to up the brightness to the max. I will use at night mostly so it will be perfect to replace my Epson 1450. Make sure you watch a 4K video from Amazon and your mouth will drop. OLED quality in a darker room. Only downside is my screen bezel is not flat with the screen so the throw is not perfect on the bottom edge. Will totally need a thin flat bezel for the best display.

This is for everybody that wondered if you could get away with having NO PROJECTOR SCREEN. Short answer is YES as you can see all four pictures uploaded are displayed on nothing, but my imperfect white wall. Also to note the specifications say 120” this is actually 130” so I believe it’s capable of stretching a little as you can see. ENJOY THE MASSIVE EXPERIENCE!!!

Loved the image. Although i’m still using the old screen the image is perfect. I’d recommend getting an ALR screen though as it makes a huge difference

I ordered an open box - “Excellent condition” option of these projectors. The projector itself came in the original box, it had maybe once piece of bubble wrap on it. The Projector itself was scratched all over and the plastic casing on it was very damaged. It wasnt even close to excellent conditon. After turning on the projector, the system wouldn’t even light up and shut off on its own. Very disappointing experience. I had to wait a week and did a ton of prep work for nothing and to be very disappointed.

This projector is worth every penny. Showed alot of my friends this in person they stunned to speak. Also great for video games The Division is almost a 10 year old game looks fantastic. This is also without a screen

Awesome quality. Easy to setup and adjust. Love the Coaxial cable input so I can still watch my free local channels. Not too many Laser Tvs come with those. 10/10 Happy with my purchase.

Amazing. Set up at 92" using a Vivid Storm S PRO.

Bought this on sale and it was totally worth it. Casting this on a white painted wall without a screen and when i have a light on or the blinds open i can still faintly see the screen. However, in a dark room, this thing is amazing and bright. I'm about 20 or so inches away from the wall and pushing about 130" image. There is some jitter but its not too bad. Good for movie nights, sports, and even some video games that don't require 120hz. The built in sound is also amazing! I was going to get a surround sound system but decided to save money and get it later. Great for what it is at the price i got it at. Only down side is the OS. Just a little wonky and not smooth. But, hopefully Samsung releases OS improvements in the future. The remote is amazing too!

High quality image. Very easy to set up. Similar quality to the other UST projectors in this price range. My only issue was the projector turning on randomly. Presumably due to a trigger from either WiFi or my AV receiver that I could never figure out. I also didn’t really like the Tizen interface. Ultimately went with the Hisense 120 due to android TV and the included ALR screen.

I bought this projector primarily for a home theater set up. I was drawn to the 4K and HDR features as well as the fact it was ultra short throw, so no ceiling mounting required. The quality of the image itself is fantastic, but keep in mind a lot of the quality is governed by the screen or background the image projects to. I bought an Elite Screens grey, CLR model screen which is a bit on the expensive side but worthwhile. My only knock to this product would be the instructions for adjusting the focus. Neither the manual nor the onscreen navigation are intuitive.

My 1st projector which meet my expectations. The projector is big but the performance is great. It doesn’t make any fan noise and setup is breeze. Just make sure you allocate sufficient space in front of the screen or wall to project. The picture quality and brightness is great. I sometime use it with bright light and don’t notice any image distortion issues.

It blew my mind on just how simple it works. It's just like a tv! The short throw is amazing and the picture when the lights are on, is just great.

Very awesome for a home theater setup! It’s a 4K projector at a great price. The setup is pretty easy as long as you follow the chart (distance from screen, height from the floor and from wall)the settings are easy to navigate. I had to play with the focus a few times to get the image the way it should be. The built in speakers are pretty nice. However a sound system definitely brings out the bass. It is also Bluetooth/WiFi compatible which makes it easy to stream from phone to screen or download streaming apps. I did pick up a chrome stick to have more available streaming sites. It works with Google, Alexa and Bixby. There are only 2 hdmi inputs (I picked up a hdmi switch box to plug in more devices) with an extra one for hooking up sound. Also has the optical option for crystal clear sound. I’ve had it for almost 2 months and it has only brought joy to my life!

I have been with the Samsung Premiere for several years and decided to buy one for each room in my home equipped with a high-end ALR screen. Day of night this is a great choice.

Very impressive machine. First projector purchase. Wanted to go with an ultra short throw because of the easy set up and easy cable management. The picture is on point. I have ut set up at 120 inches. Youll need a screen for sure. I bought a screen after I figured out my set up. Youll be amazed at the picture quality. This isnt the projector we had back in school! Also watch for the black friday deals. Open box was around $1,800. 100% worth it at that price!

Great projector for someone not wanting to mount a projector. The only thing that we don't like is keepijg it stable. A slight hit to the table it is on and it moves too easily. Recommend the tv stands that are made for a recessed projector like this. Also, would have liked a backlit remote. Overall a great buy.
