    Usb is so convenient I can back up my iPhone constant when ever it’s running out of space. I back up my videos as I am a photographer so it makes things even better

    Great item. Not many stores have them in stock. Make sure you don’t download over 50 at a time or it will fail. Overall it does what it needs to do

    I think this is going to be returned. The menu is annoying and I feel the system is a bit complicated for what it is. I would not recommend.

    Not all of my photos were saved on the drive. I found out later that I did not have an app on my phone that I needed. No customer service help- tried to call a foreign country number.
