    We were misinformed. We are 80 & 82 years of age & I called to ask if we needed an installation team to bring it to our apartment and set it up for us. She said it was not necessary that it had little assembly. Wrong! First off, Fedex left it down in the post room, not ringing us that it was here. Second, the whole thing was in a large heavy box. Third, my husband had to build the bookcase from scatch-totally not acceptable!
