Product Works but installation was not easy.

Installation took some time as my old thermostat terminal wires were different than the WiserAir's one. The installation instruction that came in the box were outdated and I had to download the latest one from WiserAir's website. Even after downloading, I had to google Thermostate wiring colors and Emergency Heat "E" was wired in the old thermostat and "W" was in the wiser air. Installation to the wall went smooth. Once the thermostat turned ON, it said it has an update and it automatically tried to download the update. It got stuck during the download..and I had try couple of times. Once it downloaded the update, I could not sync the thermostat to the phone app. Overall, it took 24 hrs before everything started working as it supposed to. I am still trying to figure out how the charts work as I get only outside to inside temperature graph... I installed Honeywell smart thermostat last year, and I did not encounter any issues at that time.
