Absolutely amazing controller paired with my computer! It makes playing with racing games and fps games that much better. All the programmable buttons are great and even can program macros super easily and the wired or wireless makes it very easy to use.

I had a xbox elite series 2 which lasted me about 3 years and was a great controller. I would say that its still one of the best controllers you can buy today. I purchased another elite series 2 but it was not working properly so i returned it and decided to give this a try. I did lots of research and read about all the issues with the iCue software and honestly had a little trouble understanding it and setting it up at first. However, theres a way to set up the controller and not have to have iCue open in the background. So once i figured that out i was good. Coming from the elite series 2, i wasnt used to this set up, in particular the back paddles. You cant rest four fingers on them like the elite series 2 so i only use my middle finger to switch between the four paddles. I got used to it after a few days and im starting to really like this controller. The input delay is almost nothing and one the best. I enjoy the mechanical switches and dont have any problems with stick drift after two weeks. So far so good. I give this a 9/10. I mostly use this for competitive FPS.

One of the best feeling controllers I've felt in my hands. I love the mouse clicky buttons and the switch for the triggers. The only weird thing is the buttons next to the bumpers. I find myself accidentally squeezing and pressing them a lot so i had to turn them off in icue. Other than that, super worth it!

This controller is excellent to use with PC, awesome features allow you to set keyboard keybinds to your controller. The stick and buttons all feel really nice to use and have great responsiveness. The only drawback to this controller is the scuff software is buggy with certain features. This is a controller for someone that has some tech savy to then the casual player or someone that is easily aggrivated by software bugs should probably avoid this purchase.

This controller has changed my past gaming experience, and has now made me a dedicated PC gamer; there are so many possibilities for the advanced user because of the additional 5 programmable buttons. Also, the paddles on the back can be remapped in the Corsair iCue hub; which for me was a pro in my buying decision being that all my input equipment is Corsair and is managed directly through the same hub. I love it, for the design, customization options, and for the improvement it has already brought to my gaming experience… at $200 after tax, it is the most expensive controller I have ever purchased, but because of these additional features and the awesome collaboration between this device and the Corsair iCue hub. I’m very satisfied with this purchase at this price point primarily because of how the controller integrates into the same hub as my keyboard and mouse, and it’s clearly a high quality input device designed for pro users.

You know I’m not a super competitive gamer—I just enjoy it as a way to relax and escape. I recently bought a gaming laptop for when I travel for work, and I wanted a good experience with a controller away from my Xbox. I’m more accustomed to the Xbox controller, and this one took a little while to get used to. But let me tell you, once I did and customized the settings to play and pause my music while in the game, I can't put this thing down. I even got a little case (a cheap off-brand) to keep it in so it maintains its shape while in my travel bag. I love the clickiness and feedback. The settings are highly adjustable, but I’ll leave that to those who know what they’re doing.

Love everything about this controller! The mechanical switches for the button are a gamechanger. The controller itself fits perfectly in the hands and has a nice feel to the materials. The only downside is the iCUE software. They had temporarily paused firmware updates due to a major issue bricking controllers but recently it is back up. You still cannot update the dongle itself though so hopefully that gets resolved soon as well. One other thing to note is that this is my second controller. The first one started shutting off randomly then finally gave up altogether. It was under warranty so I sent it in under RMA. That was about a week ago. We will see when I get it back.

This controller is fire. Super responsive, barely any input lag, and it just feels premium in your hands. The textured grip is perfect for long sessions and the extra buttons on the back come in handy way more than I thought they would. Battery life holds up solid and charging is fast. Definitely levels up your gameplay, especially for FPS and racing.

First i’d like to thank Best Buy for Having this Amazing controller in store, and not leaving PC Gamers behind. I’ve had many controllers and tried many, scuf feels good in your hands and clicky buttons are satisfying and responsive, it reminds of Razer Wolverine Ultimate. So i saw many people did review on it many complained about the Software issue, i think Scuf solved that issues, because out of the box i had a firmware update, and i customized all the buttons how I wanted i have no issues with scuf or iCUE, i can close iCUE and have my customized buttons.

Looks great and feels great. Was worried about the latency from button to actual game reaction but there is no issue with response. The software for both the controller and usb attachment are not updateable right now through icue due to bricking issues but the controller functions just fine. Just hate that there is this kind of issue with two well known company’s and is still unresolved after almost 3-4 months of the known issue ( icue & Scuff get it together)

I bought this in early March, and 17 days later, both sticks died.. they would stick. Return was only 15 days, so I had to send it to Scuf.. that repair took over 1 month. They did give me a brand new one, but during that time, I was using my Scuf ps4 control on PC. When I got this back, I connected it, and the stick response was 100x slower than the PS4. I haven't gone back, and it was a waste of 179 bucks. Plus, you need to install their software to do anything with it. Which is just blot. Steam req my PS4 control with no added software, and it works better than this. Also this is the 4th time I tried to review this product and it doesn't show up.

Easily the best controller I’ve ever owned! I’ve had a ton of controllers including original Xbox one controllers, the elite controller, and various 3rd party controllers and I’ll say this one is by far the best! Worth the money for sure

I bought this controller in November 2023. It has functioned as intend for roughly two months. During that time the performance was great. It is now smashed and headed to the trash. Have never smashed a condoler until this one. It made fun into a chore and brought out the worst in me. 0 Stars do not recommend. For a little more context, the controller did not really work well when I first got it. Most of that was due to the Corsiar iCue software that it can partner with. The software would regularly change profiles on me during gameplay and anything I attempted seemed not to have an effect. The various profiles can remap the buttons for different games. A handy feature I don't want. I tried deleting all the profiles.. Nope they would come back. I tried manually mapping all the profiles to the same thing.. Nope.. So I just put the controller in a drawer and forgot about it for a year or so. Sometime later I needed a spare controller to take on a trip. The Scuf controller got a second chance. When paired with my laptop and not the iCue software the controller was great. I figured out how to manually map buttons and it worked great. I started using it regularly. The performance was very solid. The ergonomics were great. I figured it was just bad luck with the iCue software and avoided using it. Then I started running into connection issues. The controller would not pair if I did not turn it on before a game. Sometimes even after it was on, I would have to reload a game multiple times before it would work. This time it was the same story on my laptop vs desktop. That said, once it was working it would stay working, at least until it started disconnecting during gameplay. Full battery, dongle still detected.. I lost it when it disconnected during a Rocket League tournament. In a moment of rage I smashed it on my desk until little bits of plastic were coming out. Therapeutic it was and probably less than a session with a professional therapist. Still, I don't feel like I had much fun with the controller. Two months of doing the job after a lot of homework is poor value. I am putting this one in the trash where it belongs and it will be hard to convince me to ever pick up a product from Scuf again. I know smarter folks than me seem to like this one. If you like fiddling with things until they act right, playing with iCue software, and connection reliability troubleshooting than this one may be a good choice for you. If you are looking for a simple controller that works reliably, then look elsewhere. At least that is what I plan to do.

I love this controller it’s so much better than the dual sense edge. I play on PC and I’ve had the edge for 2 years and trust me when I say the scuf is amazing. The response time is way faster and it feels better overall. It even feels better in my hands. I bought the 2 year warranty as well so I’m good.

My favorite controller I’ve ever owned out of 10+ controllers. The mouse click triggers/buttons feel great, and all the bonus features such as custom lighting, macros, and fast wireless connection are great. Only wish the durability was a little better, with the back paddles breaking after quite a bit of use. I’d recommend getting the 2 year warrranty.

The controller is great. The integration with iCUE is not great. It was about tricky to get mapped and for the mapping to actually stay in the controller. But when it works it is fabulous. Controller feels nice and responsive.
