Seagate is a famous manufacture in the hard drive. Moreover, it is reasonable price in Best Buy website. After I got it, I got great satisfaction with this product. It is really slim. Lightweight and easy to use

I have owned Seagate drives before and have always gotten my money's worth, so I expect the same reliability and performance I have had previously. The included back up software is kind of nice. If you allow it to, it will do very frequent back ups which is comforting I guess. I haven't completely decided on that yet, but that is optional.

Directions very vague

Being a novice on my computer I was a bit confused because what came up on my computer did not match their pictured directions. I did figure it out, but clearer directions certainly would have helped.
