A perfect way to store files and data securely. Being able to save your data externally is a great way to keep your data at your fingertips.

My wife kept telling me that she wants to be able to carry her photos, music, and school stuff from one computer to the next and is tired of dealing with thumb drives. We decided to go this route and she loves it. Tons of storage, easy plug and play, and not too big.

Great Portable hard drive - its a plug and play so no set up is needed. The 2TB size will fulfill the needs for just about everyone. Use as additional memory or a means to back up your computer, this HD should handle the load with no issues.

I've owned many external/portable hard drives/SSDs throughout the years and I must say that this Seagate Drive (the blue one in particular) is definitely the most aesthetic out of the whole lot. But it's just not the looks of this device that captured my attention but how large of a storage capacity that I received for the price I paid for. The speed of this device is on par with others that I've previously owned and I didn't notice any particular slowdowns or compatability issues so far. In all, this Seagate drive offers a great portable solution for those in need of a ton of space for their computer at a very reasonable price.

Purchased this to use with my iMac and it works great. It's a plug and play drive which is very nice. I use it to store screen recordings of my classes and speed and write times are fast. Really nice design to match my desk and computer. This brand always provides me with great reliable products at a reasonable price.

Many don't seem to enjoy Seagate external harddrives. I personally like their portability. I had issues with a tabletop external hard drive of a different type, bought elsewhere. No issues whatsoever with it. It's easy to install, use, etc. and it holds quite a bit of photos, documents, etc. The only thing I don't like about them is they only accept certain types of files.

Very happy with my purchase. It works well with my Microsoft Surface Book 2. I'm using it for weekly backups of my computer's hard drive. It is very compact, portable and reasonably priced.

Seagate is my trusted go to brand when shopping g for external hard drives. I have a 1TB drive that I filled up, so when looking for one with more storage capabilities it was a no brained to go with Seagate again. The silver/blue color and low price we’re also selling points for me.

Hard drive met all the specifications as described. It was easy to use, it performed functions without any issues, and it’s easy to store. I can rest assured knowing if something happens to my PC, I have all of my critical files available to me.

This is my second purchase of the Seagate Slim 2tb drive. I bought the second one for my daughter to backup up her laptop. When I went to assist her on how to use, to my surprise she had did it herself. The ease to setup for backup even for a novice user tells the story about this device. The slim hard drive is great for storing away and has ample storage space for our needs.

easy to use, versatile, and worth it for the price

Now I store all my vacation videos and pictures on this slim Back-up Plus drive and my computer runs better. It is stylish as well as small and it sits nicely on my desk. Very easy to use.

We take lots of digital picture and we have lots of old photos that we plan to scan, so we need more memory and this drive is perfect. It's compact, easy to install to your desktop or laptop and can hold years and year of photos. The fact that you can buy these drives in different colors is nice too. The sale price makes it hard to beat!
