This matress I wouldn't really call firm. That could be because of the pillow top maybe. My husband and I have gotten used to it and it's pretty good mattress. Doesn't make my back hurt so that's great. We sure we're suprized that it came in such a small box but after getting it out and letting it uncompress I had great hopes and was exactly the right size when it was done.

This bed is shockingly comfortable. It can’t disappoint. The mattress puts me to sleep so quick, it’s crazy. I really thought it was gunna be a rough mattress since it’s from a tech store but it definitely caters to your body type. Was worth it.

Very comfortable, after about two weeks. Initially, it felt very firm, almost to the point of being uncomfortable, however after letting the bed "breathe," I've been havinf great nights of sleep.

Purchased this for my son after I purchased a queen one for my spouse and I. These mattresses are very comfortable. All three of us get a good nights sleep. Make sure for rotate your mattress every 3 months.

This is such a great mattress. It takes a little time, but once it forms to your body, it’s like a dream come true. I haven’t slept this well in years, no joke.

For the price and the fact I purchased it at Best Buy, I am very happy with this Mattress. It’s huge and super comfortable! Highly recommend!

This is a great bed for any type of sleeper. I used to have a sore back as I sleep in multiple positions, but I can sleep any way I want without issue. It’s not too firm and not too soft.

is great from the get go. It does take 24 hours or so to get to true form but man it is comfortable from the start. Great nights sleep.
