Well built, nicely engineered, fun electric mountain bike. Too bad it can't be legally ridden on the street. It's expensive, but not insanely overpriced (at least at the sale price of $4417.18 including taxes). We'll have to see how well it holds up and how long the battery lasts, but, so far, we like it.

Its like someone else here said, stop reading reviews and buy it, you won't regret it. I've put about 50 miles just exploring wooded trails in my local area - great performance, light weight, powerful - and stealthy quiet! Even keeps up with traffic on secondary roads.

These bike are built well. I bought two and we are having a blast riding them. The service at Best Buy was great. The bikes were easy to assemble. Segway service is an issue. Concerns take forever to get addressed. I’m hoping that Segway works out their service issues.

This is the best toy I have purchased in several years!!! You can't stop smiling when you ride this awesome bike!!! Get one ASAP!!

Best purchase I've made in a while. I was a little hesitant at first with the price point, but it was worth it and more!

This thing is supper fun to ride! I live in the burbs, borderline rural area and there a tone of regenal parks to ride, as well as bike trails. Also a blast on any kiind of dirt trail. I also sometimes ride it about 20 miles to work. Takes abour 60% battery, and i charge it at work. This is averaging 30 mph woth long stretches of full throttle. Im about 206Lbs, and the max speed ive gottten is 46. Also a HUGE after market. You can upgrade every thing

Assembly was straightforward and took less than 1 hour. Speed and torque are easily adjusted with the app. Has more than enough torque! Climbs steep hills with no difficulty. Maneuvers well on narrow mountain trails. Mileage and speed match specs. Could use slightly more clearance, but otherwise very happy. Tons of fun!

Beautiful design. Bought it during the Christmas season so the value I felt was pretty good. It was fairly easy to put it together. The delivery was less than adequate got here over a week late they would not come to my driveway. You can adjust the settings which is great. It’s a very light bike which makes it fun and agile without the gas and oil and everything it makes it very clean. The battery is great and be nice if it had a little bit more range but for the technology that we have right now I think it performs well

This is a fast fun bike that can be very versatile. Easy to transport and the suspension is very plush. Lighter than a dirtbike and faster than a mountain bike it's a super good time. No complaints. I picked this up online during a $1000 off sale from bestbuy so it was 3999.00. Hopefully they go back on sale soon for those that missed out.

I`m 248 lbs. Did a Range test from 100% battery to 12% netted me 40.61 miles using strava app. Rode on service road and bike paths. EP mode on 90% of fhe ride. Average speed was 12 mph. Not the advertised 76 mile range. Maybe if you were on flat road.

This is a well made, awesome dirt bike that can be used for casual use and is all electric. Got mine within 2 weeks of ordering and was worth every cent, it is fun, maneuverable, and would highly recommend if considering it.

super great ebike...very light and powerful, 46 miles an hour in sport mode and 32 mph in eco mode..you can reach in sport mode around 30 miles and in eco around 45...

Love it! Assembling was harder than I thought, make sure you have help especially when you get to the wheel part. It is fast and powerful, not a toy, so make sure you get use to it before you unlock the full power in sport mode.

I am very impressed with this bike. I weigh 225lbs and I recently took the bike to OHV park near me. First of all it performed way better than I expected. It's stock with no modifications whatsoever and I'm just really surprised at how much power this bike has offroad. It carried me up steep trails & over rocks at an angle that almost made the bike standup because of the grade it was, but it kept going and I was barely applying any throttle to it. Second is how long the battery lasted while I was out there on the trails. Depending on how a person uses the x260 will determine how long the battery will last. Out on the trails I kept it in sport mode and I rode for almost 2hrs (approx 15mi) and the battery only droped 20% (80% left when I loaded the bike to come home). Of course I wasn't flying down the trail at any great speed. I was just making my way on the trails at maybe 10mph at most (mainly due to all the rocks, logs & steep hills to climb). The bike is true to what the manufacturer states for the top speed. I got it on a long straight road (pavement) and the bike maxed out at 47mph in "Sport" mode with "EP" mode doing 27mph. It was easy to assemble when it was delivered to my house and only took maybe an hour to put together what needed to be. Again I am very pleased with the purchase of this bike and only wished I had done it sooner.

This bike is made in China but the quality is amazing. There are many support groups on FB to help with mods or troubleshooting. While the price is a little steep the bike is pure fun. Buy a pedal kit and you can enjoy using the bike just about anywhere.

I love it! It’s very fast and fun to ride. I’m a director of public safety over several malls and other properties which I use it. Everyone is always stopping me asking questions about it. Love it!

I ordered this dirt e-bike and it took the company about 2 to 4 weeks to ship. I was notified it was shipped and I was home when it was delivered. When the delivery employees (geeksquad) were unloading the bike, they tipped it over pretty much upside down and on the Segway app, the bike took it as I got into an accident and the bike never turned on again. no matter how long the battery was unplugged and outside the bike, how long it was on charge, nothing. I had to return it. I spent about 4 hours putting the bike together and then going on the app and then bike never turned on.

I had a blast with this EBike Best out for sure so many upgrades you can also do to make it go faster and more enjoyable

Highly recommended! This is a well built machine and is everything that we expected.
