So I have probably put 50-60 miles already since having it for 5 days now. I can definitely give a fair review based on the amount of Segway Ninebots we have. Pros: Acceleration is amazing. Length is definitely not comfortable at 6ft plus but more like 5-8 5-9 range and 175. I'm 5'7" and 165s...so if I'm saying it's tight...its tight. Easy handling at tight short turns as expected for a go-kart. On the street, once you hit max speed, it gets TOUCHY. I mean small movements make large changes in your direction. Drifting is ok. I like it at any open parking lots like parks and schools. Open road is iffy on comfort and traction/turns Cons: Not meant for long uses. I ride it hard at track speed and get MAYBE a solid hour of straight riding on a parking lot.

Extremely fun and a huge upgrade over the original go kart pro. It includes the wheels and even a speaker. Definitely a lot of fun and faster. It has also has the added benefit of not rolling back like the original go kart and yes the wheels are removable. The charger is the same too. This is more for adults or 16+ because of the speed. If you want to upgrade it more, you can get the digital speedometer on eBay or googling it. Overall very easy to set up and recommended. All fyi to remove the included allen wrench, you have to push the front forward and pull at the same time, it should come out easy. If you are struggling with it, you are doing it wrong. Make sure to get the bestbuy 2 year warranty with this because its sometimes a hassle to deal with segway customer service

Wow this thing is awesome. I bought this for my 7 year old son for Christmas 2021. He is 4’3”. This is the minimum height that will work! I am 6’1, 220 lbs and can adjust it for me too! He absolutely loves it. There are 4 speeds you can choose from. “Safe mode” about the speed of a power wheels 5 mph, “new driver” about 11 mph (this is the mode I have set for him), sport mode about 18 mph, and track mode about 23 mph. This thing will fly! The battery lasts long too. Rode it for a couple hours on 1 charge, while it was set to the new driver mode. Comes with a safety flag and Bluetooth speaker. You can ride with your favorite music or choose from several engine sounds provided on the speaker. The sound actually revs up as you push the gas and changes gear sounds as the speed increases! So cool. Def a head turner. No more losing races against the neighborhood kids, even if they’re on a bike! I bought him a racing helmet off Amazon for around $50. DON’T RIDE WITHOUT IT! I also zip tied a reflective vest off the back spoiler so cars can see him since it is so low to the ground. We have driven it at night and it has LED lights on the front and back for safety. It’s pricey but totally worth it! We will be able to use it for years to come! SEE PICS

Amazing!!! My 8 yr loves it My daughter enjoys it Surprisingly my wife even rode it and enjoyed it too!. I personally love it .. late night joy ride around the neighborhood etcs… Battery does go quick about 40-1hr of run time depending on how hard you run it! Beside that it’s well worth it! Gift that keep on giving !!!! Just an FYI: when I got the package through ups it was beat up.. Everything seem to be intact thank goodness lol ..

This thing is awesome. I way 190 and it rips around my neighborhood. Neighbors can not stop lauphing at me fly by. Expensive, but well worth it.

Great product. Just wish BBY offered and service plan on this product for accidental. Segway LA has where you can purchase a 2 and 3 year plan even if it accidental. Great drift tires that last for awhile as long as you don't use the hand brake and use the pedal brake. THE ONLY PROBLEM you need a seat cushion. Segway offers one for the ninebot gokart.

This was biught as a gift and still hasn’t hit the road! However the ease in getting this through BB makes the process soo much easier and allowed the option for points or zero interest, so no brainer !

Perfect for adults and kids. Fast little guy with 1.2g accel. Always a fun treat to hop on especially at full battery. I'm a thicc boi, coming in at 200lbs at 5' 11". A little squeeze but once you get settled hang on! Only complaints are rough ride but if you have a track type road or setting, you're golden. Heavy, but I have a system to move it and set it up solo. Riding it more than my kid!!!! Definitely recommend the speedometer sold separately. And AA and AAA rechargable batteries for all components.

I am SO sad to see Best Buy doesn't not deliver anywhere near my area anymore for this item. I want to leave a rave review on the quality of service of the delivery, as it was great! I also want to say that this item is PERFECT for my 2 teens with autism. Pricey yes, but well worth it to see the smiles on their faces as they go around. I was looking for something that was not too noisy due to their sensory issues, and I was also looking for something that I could control the speed on and this fit exactly what I needed! I had previously tried a few attempts at a hoverboard with a cart attachment, but the boards do not last last with a cart on top of it, plus that will not run but 10 min outside in the grass. This Segway Go Kart Pro performs outside very well and lasts approximately 1.5 hours. The speaker that comes with it is great in that you can have engine sound that syncs up with pressing the pedal, or you can bluetooth music while being able to adjust the volume so that it isn't too loud! Absolutely hands down a must buy!

The coolest go-kart! Adjustable so its large enough for most adults (220lbs weight limit if I remember correctly) and a good fit for kids. It is unexpectedly quick even, has great acceleration, and does not have noticable slow down for adult riders. It is extremely responsive. Its small enough that it fits in a Nissan Rogue with the backseat down and light enough that my 10 year old and I can pick it up to get it in the back of the SUV. It has adjustable speed so you can limit how fast it goes for younger riders. It goes in reverse by just double tapping the brake when your stopped. In regards to safety, we have never come close to rolling or flipping it and we like to whip it around. I have had it for almost a year with zero problems. The only part of the go-kart that has given to wear and tear is the side of the seat's upholstery detached from the plastic back of the seat from getting in and out of the go-kart. Things to be aware of: It has extremely low clearance off the ground which is the trade off to minimize chances of rolling or flipping but limits where you can use it. It has temperature parameters so you can't just leave it in the back of your SUV in the summer for the day and if you have a shed you may have to cart it in your house in the dead of summer or winter depending on your weather. You have to feather the brake pedal when stopping at higher speeds because the back will lift up just enough to lose back-wheel traction and keep on rolling. I recommend a DOT helmet for kids because it has such sensitive pedals and some speed behind it.

My kids love ride ons. After they grew out of their Power Wheels, I felt like I had to find a replacement. And I got this one for them. They love it. We have not been able to get the Bluetooth to work through app yet though. We have to consult with technical support about it. The app is suppose to control the speed. We have not been able to do that. But being that my kids are still young, I am not in a hurry to allow them to go faster speeds. I am ok with the lower speed vwfore we can get in touch with support. It works nonetheless. And it is fun around the cul de sac for now. It seems durable but it is low and will scratch the front bumber when driving it out of the driveway. We use a ramp to prevent the scraping. I imagine it needs 2 people to load up in the truck, it is very heavy and wide. This will not fit in a trunk or back seat of a car if you want to take it to an open parking lot or track. I don’t know why it is so pricey though but it does seem sturdy and good quality. It does not seem like it will fall apart after several uses. My kid is very rough with ride ons, I am curious to see how long this will last. We have only riden it less than 10 times for about 5 minutes each time. I rate 3 stars for value because it is very pricey but 5 stars for quality because it seems sturdy, and 5 stars for ease of use once you get it all assembled.

We are happy with it so far. Have only had a chance to use it a few times since getting it for Christmas. Fits many different height individuals and is quite quick. It is quite heavy which may make it difficult if you have to transport it in a vehicle. Detaching the motor however does help separate the load when transporting.

This Go-Kart is a blast and offers an authentic karting experience, for myself, my 7 year old daughter and my 3 year old who sits on my lap. This was a gift for my 7 year old and after the driver orientation that comes with the App, she's been progressing well and is up to driving it using Sport mode (17mph top speed). The acceleration is neck snapping in Track model and it handles like a proper kart. My only real gripe is the location of one of the cable connection points between the S Max motor and the Go-Kart kit, it's in a really tight spot to get my fingers on it. If the cap isn't tight enough it will loosen up and disconnect, leaving you stuck till you can reattach it.

Assembly was fairly easy. The instructions made it seem like it’d be more difficult and time consuming. My son loves it! It’s hard to keep him off it so he does run out of juice a couple times throughout the day. Charges quickly so he’s typically back on it within the hour.
