Such a fun little toy. I forgot that it had eco and sport modes. So the first time riding I was in Eco mode and only got to 15 mph. It felt slow but I was ok with it thinking if I went any faster it wouldn’t feel right. Then I discovered sports mode and hit 25 mph and It felt right. It was so fun flying down a clear stretch of road! Bumps hit hard so be careful. It’s a little heavy for me (5’1” 118 lbs, no strength) so I bought a bag on Amazon and it’s so much easier to carry around now.

I have actually owned this e-scooter for a couple of years now (before writing this review), I can definitely attest that it is a great scooter. It is smooth and reliable, it hasn’t failed on me yet. I would definitely recommend anyone to go ahead and purchase this model!

Great scooter! I recommend to buy this. It’s fast, 15.5mph please, 20-25 Atleast ! It’s super fast when charged and it’s super comfortable to ride. Only downfall is cracks so be careful. Also sense it’s so fast be careful when you brake.

Decent Electric scooter, speed goes to 20 - 25 mph, brake are good for beginner, brake extremely slow so the user don't fall when goin to fast.

Purchased this for my son and he loves it. The colored lights and variety of settings are very cool! The headlight is very bright and very safe for night riding. I tested it out myself and it rides great! I would recommend for sure.

Super fun item to have. I keep it in eco mode and take my husky out for a couple miles. We both love it. Holds a good charge.

I liked it I loved it sport mode goes 25 mph. Someone busted my window to steal it out my car. I’m getting the same one.

Purchased it through BB dot com on Pre Black friday deal for $437.00, waited about a week after instore pick up to finally open it. Watched some youtube videos regarding the model before opening it out of excitement for ny new scooter, then when it came time to set it up......the scooter wouldnt turn on. I checked the connector twice,(made sure it was properly connected to the handlebars. Which btw it is also a pain to connect. Lift it the throttle and brake shifter as a youtube comment suggested.let it charged for about an hour and nothing( after reading the quick guide i figured it couldnt be the battery because they recommend not leaving it drained for long, so i would assume it comes precharged). Searched googled and youtube for answers and found it is a common issue. And after seeing some videos and their comments on the recurring different issues, I decided I will return it(though about exchanging it). Im so bummed, i was so excited to finally owning an e Scooter :/ ! I noticed i could have submitted some pictures but i store it back in its box. I will gladly take my money back and try again in the future.

This is my second unit. First one purchased from BB came with a torn warranty sticker, so I returned. Second one arrived but due to the holidays and my work schedule I wasn't able to unbox right away. Finally opened it, and it won't power on. DOA. Contacted BB customer support ,and they told me to contact the manufacturer because it was a few days past the extended holiday return policy. I would understand if I simply decided I didn't want the product, but this thing is defective. And I already had to return the initial one. I would reconsider buying this product again because it appears to have too many issues and poor quality control. I would also reconsider making large purchases at BB in the event you don't have an opportunity to test the product before the return deadline. I have been making several purchases at BB recently, but I'm going to have to reconsider where I make future purchases. Definitely do your homework on the unit and the store before you buy. This is a very poor outcome for a relatively expensive investment.

So far so good. I have been riding it for like 2 weeks and I can tell it’s a solid scooter.

I picked up set it up did not turn on I plugged the charger green light turns on waited 30 min tried again and still no power I just returned and looking at other brands.

use the foot brake and broke no other scooter has this type of brake.

Good for the price its good for short distances my commute to work is 20 minutes it takes me there with no problem.I have been using it for more than 2 years you will need to perform maintenance if you use it everyday but the scooter still runs good.

Love the scooter. Glad I went with the ES2. Was a little worried the ES1 would be too slow. It seems to have even go a little faster after a few charges. Gotten it up to 28 mph on straight aways. Keep in mind this is not a motorized scooter so its not going to have a lot of power going up inclines. But it handles a gentle incline decently. Very happy with the quality.

Segway definitely knows what they were doing with this unit. Here are some great features it has and why they're so important. - solid tires: there is no worry about flats because it's not a pneumatic tire. The material is rounded to gain excellent purchase of the road and even on tight turns (I know because I've done some unexpected sharp turns). Thanks to the suspension the ride is great and feels smooth. - solid construction: when going upwards of 18 mph the last thing you want is any play in the frame. It's extremely solid with zero wiggle. - lighting: there is RGB deck lighting, active brake, and bright headlamp...it's gorgeous and safe. The deck RGB works with your cellphone and it's amazing. - solid collapse system: many units I've seen have either a complicated collapse system or when closed to the fender they easily open due to flexing of the rear fender. A poor system is dangerous and thankfully this unit is pristine. Here's my favorite part! Upgradeable battery! - so you can grow into the scooter not just grow out of it. Segway offers a secondary battery that mounts on the bar and is set up in five minutes (youtube it). What does it do? Not only does it give roughly double the range but when charged properly will now have them run in series and gives added power as well. Expect the unit to go into 20 - 22mph range and attack inclines even better. And just like that you've literally converted it from an ES2 to an ES4! This is a great purchase and one you'll be happy with!

Super easy to use. Would have given 5 stars, but for the price should be able to go more than 15-17 mph going in a slightly upward slope. But otherwise it is well made. Folds down easily and wheels can handle the bumps. Lights are nice and bright when ridden in the dark. Fun to ride. Scooter is used to and from work to parked car in a garage 14 blocks in NYC.

This is an amazing, very durable scooter. Rides smoothly, app is great, braking system works well and the lights make it look cool. It charges quickly and lasts just about the 15 miles. Seriously though, I have been looking for a great scooter for my tall 115 lb 9 year old for a long time. This scooter has met all expectations and the member price made it a no brainer. No issues at all.

Great ride and speed. Decent battery life. However had to send in already for warranty work when wouldn’t turn on!

I bought this as a gift for my adult son to ride back and forth to work as he lives about 3 blocks from work and he loves it! He has a half hour for lunch and can make it home and back and still has time to eat now. He said the scooter is fast, smooth, and easy to bring in when it’s folded. He also said he has only had to charge the battery only once in the week he has been using this.
