My first Scooter since a kid and its been a dream...The Build quality on this thing is amazing and the ride is ever better, i was so comfortable on this scooter i even let me wife take it down the block for a spin on the first hour of riding,If your looking for something fast and stability that will catch eyes you cant go wrong with this.....my only issue is weight everything else is perfect.

I absolutely love this scooter. It has everything I need speed, stability comfort and range. Not to mention it looks amazing. If there's one thing bad I have to say about the scooter it's the size and weight. But that shouldn't be any reason not to get this thing.

The powerrr is insane I am 230 pounds and this scooter can hit 30 mph in 3-4 seconds yes i just said seconds for a stand up electric scooter that is borderline scary. This is an electric scooter but should be treated as an actual electric vehicle I would strong advise no one under 18 ride this and anyone planning on buying this please do your research on safety gear im talking elbow pads, knee pads, armored gloves and a motorcycle helmet in fact go to a motorcycle shop and they will advise you what gear you should be wearing. This is a 116 pound electric scooter that can travel 46mph so please have fun with it but also stay safe

Super disappointed I don't know where to start. The delivery company was a nightmare the range is false advertisement. I went 19 miles n the battery drain down to 20% on a full charge n I was riding on Eco mode that's the lowest mode to ride other than walk. I'm about 180 pounds I don't know if it's worth this much money I'm thinking about returning. But the ride is amazing and exhilarating but not worth it at this price point

This scooter is amazing. The build quality is really sturdy, and the materials all feel high end. There was one downfall and that was a result of the shipper. Due to the weight it can’t be shipped FedEx, or UPS. Overall great product, thanks BestBuy!

It's the best scooter compared to the others. I wouldn't change it for anyone.

It will climb any road in San Francisco that includes all the hills and most of the times keep up with the cars on the side if not surpass them.It is very fast, I was scared at times that I'm going faster than the cars around me. Definitely buy a helmet for it. For Stability, I went down the Lombard street with ease and felt I was in control. Mind you, I turned on the electronic braking for this one. For the range, I mean it is not 55 miles as advertised. And the speed will decrease after the battery goes down to 30% but it has 20 to 25 miles if you are going up in the hills or driving at a high speed. I still have to do a complete battery drain test but I haven't gotten more than 25 miles yet. That may be because I mostly drive in sport mode for which I kept the speed limit of 35 miles/hr. It is heavy, very heavy. It also lacks accessories likes a hanging clip or a bottle holder. Also since the handlebar is not circular, It is not compatible with most phone mounts. One big negative is there is no service center in the bay area. The only ones in california are near Los Angeles. Overall, it is a great looking bike which turns heads but lacks a few basic accessories.

Came boxed beautiful. Delivered nicely, I did lots of research before buying this scooter. And I encourage anybody to do the same. And after actually riding this scooter so far, (120 miles driven) it is so nice. You will learn how to hold your body while riding it because if you don't it can hurt you easy. I was soar a couple times after riding it. The build is beyond any scooter out there as well as speed, and stability. It is definitely a head turner.

I'm a Best Buy employee and I've been using the GT2 for a few weeks now. Out of the dozen of scooters I've tested, nothing comes close to the performance of the GT2. I highly advise leaving the traction control on until you are very comfortable with the scooter, and even then be careful when you turn it off. Otherwise it's an absolute joy to ride in sport when cruising down the road. The suspension absorbs even the worse cracks, the brakes are super strong but not grabby, and it feels surprising nimble given it's size. The display also looks amazing while being easy to read in direct sunlight. The only downsides is it's size. This is not a scooter that you want to carry up any amount of stairs or into the back of a car, and mounting accessories onto the handle bars isn't easy. But that's what makes it the Ferrari of scooters. It's not the most practical or economical, but who cares, it looks bada** and will outperform any ebike or scooter you could come across.

I purchased a gt2 for christmas and it has ran great! Out the box i noticed a break grinding noise. Like the break pads were grinding on the rotor. Other then that the i have had no issues with it out the box. I am a heaver rider, im just at the 310lb mark and i noticed as i am riding i would notice a hard hit on some bumps. Just thinking it was the coil spring(suspension) doing its job. An for the most part it was had been having a really smooth ride for most of my riding an commuting. But at closer inspection the brace arm has been hitting the scooter frame arm. Also just wish it would have electric breaking and the iphone tracking like the g2 max.would think it would come with that being a higher tier scooter.

Awesome scooter. Very quick. Very stable. Only gripe is I wish it had better range. I only get maybe 25 miles when I ride it like I stole it. When i ride with my kids on their ninebots, we go much slower and i get much better range. Its like saying a vette' gets a certain mpg....if you drive like a grandma.

Overall great purchase. Way faster than I imagined. Really happy with purchase. Only a few negatives I would say if I had to pick at it. Really heavy, 1.. brakes rub even when not pressing on brakes..2 and third just getting out of Eco was a headache at first. 3

This scooter is amazing. Fantastic range, tons of acceleration, and more than enough top speed. The front shock is a bit noisy, but that's to be expected with a harder more sporty one. They now sell a softer one for those who prefer a more commuter friendly experience. No complaints so far other than it is quite expensive!

This scooter is so amazing!! Super fast! Very comfortable & wide space to stand. Love the turn signals, tail lights and the horn only after the update. The only thing that if I had to pick something to change would be the throttle. I like how it is on my Segway ninebot kick scooter E22. But this one you really have to learn the “sweet” spot when throttling . And with this scooter being as fast as it is, and knowing that their are way faster ones… I fee Segway should be giving us helmet and pads for free with the scooter.. how can you sell things this fast and NOT provide the safety equipment to ride it? But overall I’m in love with it!<3

This scooter is awesome! It's definitely not a kid toy scooter. I really like that I can control the top speed with the app, so when my older son rides it I can limit the speed. Otherwise this thing goes very fast and accelerates fast too. The battety life is very impressive as well.

Stay away i bought a gt2 from segwayla and two days after i got it got a error code then would never turn back on took over a month to get fixed now on 5/2/23 and got a error code 22

Build like a tank. Good speed and on eco mode good millage.
