Alright so here's the deal, I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 only because I had trouble getting all of the screws in - and by that I mean I could not get them in. I still feel this is a good product, and it may have been my error that caused trouble during assembly.

Great bench for all genders. Used this while pregnant and really offered the support I needed. Sturdy and stable, and easy to move!

It doesn’t come assembled, but it does come with everything you need. I didn’t time my self, but less then an hour. The only thing I don’t like about it, is the leg supports doesn’t move down. The bench is sturdy & the cushions are firm, but soft.

Decent quality. Holds up pretty well and I use it in a commercial setting.

Overall good features and build quality. I like that it could be stored in a vertical position. The front leg holds had too much play and so I added zip-ties to minimize the wiggle from side to side. I was about to get the 3.1S bench but it didn't have the 30-degree angle; it does make a difference.

Got on clearance and my wife loves it. Very comfortable

Took me around 1 hour to setup after unboxing. Sturdy and would recommend

This bench is great... so well-built and easily supports me when I'm lifting and pressing. The inclines are easy to change between and my body feels comfortable on the firm but flexible bench pad itself. Best Buy delivered it to my basement and it took about 30 minutes to put it together. Even easy to pick up and maneuver around or stand up to save space!

Exactly what i wanted great feel and stability. The mutiple adjustment heights. Best bang for your $

This bench is great for the price, very sturdy, and easy to assemble. Been using this bench for 6 months or so already and so far its still working perfectly fine.

Awesome bench! Bow flex delivered with this one. Bench is easy to assemble and is very stable (compared to other brands I tried from Amazon). Got it $100 off during the Black Friday so that’s a plus.

this bench for most part is solid, but the plastic hook mechanism for when you storage it vertically, can cause an injury. the red plastic hook is spring loaded and for whatever turn it more than 360 degrees like i did, injured my hand. i was trying to make sure the hook lined up like in the instructions and totally unaware that the spring in the red plastic was on the outside. i took off the red plastic hook because i am going to vertically storage the bench. spend the $100 and get 5.1s bench , it doesn’t look like it has the red plastic hook.

Solid built with good variety of incline adjustments with a single decline position. Easy to assemble and not too heavy. Wheeled front feet for eqsy transport and verical storage.

This bench is a solid piece of equipment. Great value for the price. Exceeded my expectations.

I’m bought this set it up swear to baby Jesus I came out the garage where I work out ripped!!! Does any one know how to sow .. great build nice and solid the pleather is very well stitched.

Get piece of equipment and highly recommend it for your home gym.
