Purchased at 27. The CX 300 ii were my favorite pair, but this seems to be a redesign with symmetrical cables. I was content with this pair, but they're simply not as loud, clear or even bass heavy from what I can remember. CX 300 ii is better and cheaper

Good Build not as sensitive as the CX215.

The CX 3.0's are built well however they don't play as load as the CX215 (less sensitive) the silicon buds also don't stay in your ear if you perspire heavily (and yes I've tried different sizes).

The cord is of good/ above average quality and the packaging is rather elegant. Perhaps if the sound had a bit more bass, it might make up for the over-exceeding treble. The felt tips that go in the ear tend to slip out and cleaning your ears is required for them to stay in for more than a few minutes. My overall rating of these for the money is a 6.5 out of 10. $25 would make it a near perfect purchase.

Solidly Built, a bit bassy and barely loud enough.

The build on this product is very good, the cable is of the flat variety which more or less makes the buds tangle proof. The connection points (to the buds and to the male plug) is robust. I did have 2 issues that may be of concern to some. The buds aren't quite as efficient as the CX 215's I own therefore they don't play as loud. Also the silicon ear plugs themselves are too slippery so much so that they tend to out of your ear if you perspire heavily.

Sennheiser - CX 3.00 Earbud Headphones are great for me no microphone attachment . I listen to music a lot and I want inner earphones that fit well for me and are very comfortable too. Studio quality. Nice carry case. Simple for anyone to use as well.

This are high quality noise cancelling earbuds. My hard-to-please teenager loves them. I can hear them somewhat when he's next to me and they're turned up loud, but I would definitely recommend them. They've already lasted longer than any other pair he's owned, and for a great price.

Bought these for my so. For Xmas with geek squad protection. He’s notorious for breaking headphones and these haven’t disappointed. Great sound and feel for the price.

All great mid range ear buds with quality sound and construction. Only complaint is 90' 3.5mm plug.

The headphone is really good. The clarity is excellent. Sennheiser can actually make the ear buds a little bit more sturdy. Falls off quite so often.

These headphones were comfortable and projects your audio with no effort. If you love bass, these headphones focus on the lower EQ and i highly recommend to bass lovers.

Not the best, but pretty good

These being Sennheiser, they definitely come through with quality. They sound very full and immersive amongst all frequencies, especially the bass. I've read other reviews that say the bass on these are just too much, often overpowering. But I found it just right, full with lots of depth. The flat cable is also well constructed so that reduces much of the cable noise... A couple gripes tho: If you have a device that allows you to EQ, do it. Straight out of the box, these sound very muddy. But with some EQing, all the clarity and bass comes through. Secondly, and this is very slight, even with the EQing, at a certain point, the highs become a little washed out so some of the full crispness is lost... Regardless, these are pretty good for the price.

not worth the money and poor design flaw

I'm a podcast junkie. I'm constantly listening to one of the many different espn or pulpmx podcasts I used that to jusitfy spending $60 on earbuds when I normally spend around $10. Not gonna lie I was pretty pumped waiting for these to arrive and I couldn't be more dissapointed. They dont sound any better than my $10 Samsungs. If they do I can't tell and it's not worth the extra money. Also the jack keeps popping out because of it's poor design. Most jacks are straight but because this is an L-shape it will turn and my otter box forces it out. Never had this happen with any other straight jack. Like did Sennheiser not test these on a phone/tablet in a case?? To top it off Best Buy wants a 25% restocking fee on top of the money I will have to spend to ship it back since I am "not allowed to return in store". Feeling very disgusted.

I enjoy quality sound, and these don’t provide it

I bought these thinking that I was going to get my $60 worth and, oh boy, was I disappointed. They’re okay as far as sound cancellation goes but the sound that comes out of them is very tinny, as if I’m actually listening through little tin cans. Of less significant note is the quality of the rubber - they feel like $12 earphones. Can someone tell me why my $20 earphones feel and sound better than these almost $60 earphones?
