With my new iPad, I bought the Office 365 program. The Best Buy Support staff helped me figure it out professionally and in an accessible way.

The Geek Squad staff did a great job setting up my new iPhone 14 Pro Max so that every thing worked smoothly.

The customer service was excellent! Adding to the fact that the problem was solved and within a day I had my MacBook fixed. :)

TV/Sound Bar was delivered and installed by Shane, who was really excellent. His kept me informed of this ETA, and arrived timely. He set up, installed and connected all of the components and tested them, ensuring that everything worked and was connected to my system(s). In addition, he was very thorough in running through operations, and processes of the TV, answering questions, and discussing some of the newer tech (prior TV, 12+ years old, simply died, unexpectedly), so the differences are multiple. He was informative, asked about set-up preferences, and was patient in ensuring I understood the set-up, and use. All round, an excellent experience, and Shane is highly recommended.

The best buy staff Kamiah Bell was amazing. Not only did she help me get an iPhone but she worked with all the way until ny stuff transferred from my android to my new iPhone. She but the creen protector and case on for me and made sure i was satisfied with everything before i left. Really awesome customer service, i would definitely go back again.

Agent Aaron was a great help in selecting a replacement for my 'old' cell phone.; especially with the accessibility features for my hearing/eyesight conditions. The setup was fast and definitely accurate. I went shopping for the latest in Starlink WiFi equipment & bought it too. Best Buy - Redding personnel are so knowledgeable & patient with my many questions - easy shopping.

The agent was exceptional in all aspects of setting up my new iPhone. She listened to my requests for a model that would best suit my needs, transferred all the data, made recommendations, and answered my questions. The Geek Squad is awesome! They can help in multiple ways, at home or in the store. They are always professional and respectful. They want to be sure the customer’s need is met. Recently, I purchased a new IPhone, which they set up, transferring all my info from the old to the new. As expected, this was a smooth transaction, completed while I waited.

Excellent and speedy set up of the new laptop. The technician even cleaned up some obsolete files. Helped me to link it to iCloud for backup. And explained what he did to the computer in a way that was easy to understand.

I always purchase my new phones at Best Buy so that I can get them set up for me. The person setting up my phone was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. He was able to transfer everything from my old phone to my new phone. So happy this service is available.

New computer install was easy and smooth. Every person there has been kind, helpful and able to explain what was needed in order to install the product. The only issue is the appointment system. It is not easy to make an appointment on line. The guys at the Montgomery store help. They are seniors citizen freindly. Great job.

Bought new laptop and the Geeks transferred all old data from old laptop to new one. They got laptop back to me quickly and it was set up perfectly. Also wiped and disposed of my old laptop.

Transferred the info from very old apple ipad to new ipad. Some of this involved helping with old apps that needed a password but he very patiently helped to reset the password. He was great!

This was my first experience with the Geek Squad. I quickly learned that the people behind the counter are not the geeks. I suppose they are Geeks in Training or GITs. The real geeks are hidden in the back of the geek section of Best Buy. My problem was not typical. I was rebuilding my computer, upgrading the GPUs (now has 3 GPUs) and the motherboard had crashed and I suspected it had sizzled. Furthermore, I had added more storage so that the main box had 14TB. It was tweaked for speed, but not overclocked. But it was not booting. So, first I was told that it would cost 99 bucks for a service contract in order to fix it. Sound expensive? It wasn't, not really. Somewhere along the line, I had fried the PSU. That's not cheap. Best Buy replaced it under my contract (read: for Free) So the first bit of work was a bit slow. Okay, very slow. It took them 6 days to get it all sorted out. I rely on my computer. Finalyl, it was finished. The problem is that they had not set it up with SLI on the GPUs and I wasn't set up for my standard three monitors that I use. Also, the computer was not booting from the SSD drive. It booted from my RAID. This wasn;t good because the config file was about half way done on the RAID. At this point , I figured it was time to switch horses. It was a little harder to explain how I wanted it to work with GITs relaying information to Geeks. Not much direct contact.. Geeks did a good job but I needed someone to sit with me and tweak everything in. So, I called a different service , who sent someone out to finish the finer details. It was an expensive ordeal all together, BUT Best Buy's Geek Squad did a good job at getting everything right. Again, this was not a typical fix, it was more like a rebuild. Nice work... P.S.- I saw 0 female geeks. What's up with that?

Bought my new IPhone 14 from Beat Buy and the guy that helped me set it up was awesome! I can’t remember his name but it started with a “B”. Sorry. He was patient and friendly and very professional! Thank you!

Excellent customer service at the store in Lexington SC...Heath was very knowledgeable, listened to my concerns about losing my pictures, precious voicemail messages, etc, and got everything transferred from my old phone to my new phone.

Our agent was COLE and he was excellent and knowledgeable. He was patient with our questions. We had a very pleasant experience.

Geek squad transferred all my stuff to my new Samsung galaxy s25 ultra she helped me with many things I can do with it the best thing she helped me transfer my carrier over to my new phone which was so so much appreciated Thank you Geek Squad
