The technician that set up my iPad Air was very helpful. He answered all my questions and transferred everything from my old iPad.

The agent installed the mount, mounted the TV and got it all up and running. He was so fab! Patient, fun and easy to work with. The whole experience was great from first phone call to the time he left. Total pro!

It took a couple of days longer than what was promised but the service provided was good with no problems. Although doing my own PC set up for past purchases, I decided to add this service to my back-up, data transfer, and purchase. This gave me everything I needed to get working all at the same time and ready to pick up with everything else. A great time saver coupled with the quick turn around time I received.

Best Buy geek squad did an excellent job setting up our new Lenovo lap top. The transfer from our old laptop to the new one was quick with no problems. The member then showed us how to use all the features of the Lenovo. Very knowledgeable.
