I replaced an iRobot Roomba and got this item. My experience with Shark has been that they normally do a better job than the higher-priced models (my Shark corded vaccums do a wonderful job) but that isn't quite the case with this one. It gets the floor semi-clean but misses more stuff than Roomba did. If you run it every day like I do, the floor will stay clean-ish, but I have to be honest and say my Roomba did a better job. I think that the ones that run in a grid pattern would probably be better than these that bounce randomly off of things because that's how it's missing dirt on the floor. I could see myself buying a Shark that did the grid for sure.

This is a great idea if you have any body ailments because you don’t have to push a heavy vacuum & make your ailments worse. It picks up animal hair well. The only complaint I have is that it’s noisy & could use some good rubber bumpers on it because when it bumps into anything it is a loud bang noise over & over until it goes on different path.

This is the first time owning a robot vacuum. It took a little bit to get used too, but I really like this shark robot vacuum! Once I clear everything out of the way, I start the Shark vacuum. Even though I prep the room to be vacuumed, it’s still fines a way of getting caught up on something. But that’s OK my Shark app on my iPhone will notify me when there’s a problem and i’ll go get the Shark back on track again. It also works with Alexa! It says that the battery last for about an hour and a half but I have had it to last even longer than that. It has great battery life! The little dustbin is very easy to take off and empty with no problems. If you have never had a robot vacuum before, make sure you read the instructions. I have yet to have any issues whatsoever with this Shark vacuum! Highly recommended!

I got this about a month ago and wow I’m so impressed. I am a vaccum freak so I had the dyson to do my tile Floors daily. I got this robot and it makes my job soooo much easier! I have a dog that is outside most of the day but short hair it completely gets it up. I have not yet set up to the phone or mapping or whatever I just click it and it goes the battery is good I have 3 bedrooms I close the doors tho and it does the house a few times on a charge. The emptying I do daily but sometimes every other and it takes 2 seconds nothing major which it was I was worried about buying this without the empting thing but it’s fine with out it. Overall I am In love with my robot lol

I've wanted to try a robot vacuum for some time, and when this came on sale at $150, I figured that was my chance. I've been using it about a week, and I understand why some people spend more on these than $150. I knew this one didn't map my home (which I prefer), but this thing really just bounces around completely randomly. It criss-crosses itself and leaves large patches uncleaned. My charging cord needs to be unplugged slightly from the wall for the charging base to work, which is unusual...Also, NOT FOR PETS. We have a hairy breed of dog, and I have to cut the hair off the roller after every use. I will say that it is VERY quiet, which is nice, and that it does a better job of keeping little hair patches off my floor, but you definitely still need to vacuum your floor regularly.

I prefer mapping bot vacs but this one doesn’t get stuck like my Neato. Great for hard floors, but ok on carpet. On and off rugs easily.

This was a gift and the recipient is thrilled. I waited to review until she could evaluate its performance. Especially liked the Wi-Fi feature. Also the fact that it does not get 'stuck' under some of her furniture as her other vacumn did.

A little noisy sometimes but does a good cleaning job

Not what I was expecting from a shark. It runs fine and gets the job done but not very customizable in terms of cleaning jobs. My iRobot can be set up with virtual walls and specific areas. This takes over an hour to clean a small room.

I have a weekly housekeeper & I set the Shark loose twice weekly. I was amazed at the amount of our dog’s fur it picked up! Easy Wi-Fi set up. Great price from Best Buy

So far so good, set it up and ran it today after doing a pretty good clean yesterday it still managed to pick up a ton! Did really well navigating all the corners and rugs and furniture in the house! Impressed so far!

Solid purchase for half price. Paid $149 on deal of the day.

instructions too complicated to fix with Alexa....

I try because my wife want one, but to be honest I don’t see the purpose on having this running o round the house, I rather use the broom or my vac to do the same thing. It work but is not for me

My doctor asked me to rest for 3 months, I haven’t had to worry about anything. It takes care of the whole house :)

Easy to use and set up. Works great on carpet but does not pick up easily on hard wood flooring.

Outstanding. It goes everywhere and picks everything in its path. House is clean. Good battery life.

I love this Vac! So far, it's working great and picks up lot more than I expected. Only 1 down fall, can't get it to map only 1 area. It maps the whole house. Which I don't need.
