Easy to use, lightweight and can be used on virtually any surface. I use my on wood, linoleum, and tile floors. I use on kitchen counter tops, outdoor tables and chairs. Also great for tile in bathroom to sanitize the whole area. Would recommend to others

I owned the original shark floor cleaner, after years of use the handle broke. For about a year I was looking and debating whether to get another shark floor cleaner or the lift away. I decided to get the lift away to be able to clean/sanitize other surfaces besides the floor. I also like that it has different settings so I can use mop or scrub setting on kitchen and bathroom tiles. Then switch to the dust setting on my wood laminate floors and don't have to worry about them warping from too much moisture like they did with the original shark. I love that the handle is a solid piece and is not like the original shark handle that you had to push down on the handle to get the steam, which is the part that broke on my original one. I love the double sided floor mop pads but wish they would have included a second all purpose scrub pad in the set. So far I haven't found anything I don't like about my purchase.

Nice and light weight product, easy to use. First attempt was a little rough while I got used to the steam and handling. By the second attempt the whole floor pad was making contact with floor leaving it very clean. Great and easy clean up on pet messes that would come out.

Although there are 3 settings of steam, I only use the highest because the steam action is less than what I thought it would be. It does clean my floors wonderfully but would like to be able to use it for cutting kitchen grease and it just does not pack enough punch to do that.

We have hardwood floors throughout our entire house. While that is nice, it's also a hassle to clean. We were using so many swiffer pads and it just seemed like such a waste of money. We looked into steam mops and I was hesitant on the need for solution, where would we find the solution for a shark steam mop when we ran out? This one doesn't have solution, you can add if you need to, but not needed. And the lift-away feature is huge. My husband steamed our counter tops, our pantry and cabinets, our doors.....he was really going to town. Love this mop, happy we found it!

I bought the Shark-Lift Away steamer mop for my partner for Christmas to replace a Bissell steam mop that I bought him a couple of years ago. So far the Shark has been great. We both have health issues and the Shark Lift Away is real easy to use and does a great job. I also purchased the Shark Lift Away because of it's versatility with the lift away small steamer and the attachments that come with it making it easy to clean so much more than just the floor.

I asked around and read so many reviews before deciding on the Shark. This product is great! I have tile floors throughout my home and it cleans them so easily and just leaves a nice, clean smell in the home after using it. I also have floor to ceiling tile in my bathrooms and the detachable steamer is great for cleaning the grout! The Shark is light and easy to use, even my 12 year old can help clean the floors!! I know there are so many other products out there to chose from, but I am very happy with this one and for the price, you can't beat it!

Had to scrub a little bit to get the dog drool spots up. I just didn't want to work so hard to scrub up the spots. I thought there would be a lot more steam coming out and I could easily go 1-2-3 and poof.they but be gone.I had read the reviews prior to buying it and knew this would be a good product for me. as I said above thought there would be just more steam and less work for me.The attachments are great. Really like to steam out the wrinkles in the curtains and the bedspreads. That was easy

I'm in love with this. I use it for floors and all vertical surfaces such as refrigerator door/sides, stove front, walls (especially near the garbage can!), etc. I only wish it came with a thinner cleaning head for hard-to-reach places. They sell it separately, but that's more expense! I like this tool for the price, for sure.

This steam mop is fantastic! Our new hardwood floors look amazing and operation is simple. Highly recommend!

Love my Shark S3901 LiftAway Professional Steam Pocket cleaner given to me by my son. Don't have to get on my knees to know I've killed the germs on my wood floors as well as my bathroom floors - and I can clean the cabinet doors too. At 70 a much needed and wanted gift. Lightweight too!

I had an older Shark that I absolutely loved but they no longer make it. This is a pretty good replacement but the water tank is small and you have to keep refilling. I like the swivel ability!

I have a multiple dog home with a dog door. We have had a lot of rain lately and they have tracked in tons of mud. This steam mop cleaned up all of the muddy paw prints with so much ease. The floors looked fantastic after mopping. When first got it out to use, I really thought I was going to have to do it twice because of the amount of mud. I did not have to once was plenty. I loved not having to use a regular sponge mop with bucket and soap. I really would have been cleaning the floors twice with that method. I love and love how I can throw the pad in the washer. I really recommend this product.

I thought this was a good product because it has a option to detach and become a handheld but I tried looking for extra pads and it is impossible to find them

This product is great on floors, counter tops, kitchen cabinets, jewelry, stainless steel, and chrome rims. I would recommend this product to everyone, so get out and get one. Very Satisfied.

great product the wife loves it easy to use. we havant used the other functions except for cleaning the floors but it seems pretty simple to use. we choose this one over the others because of size and ease of use. for in home this works way better than moping. and leaves the floors cleaner.

I was tired of waiting a half an hour for the floor to dry after mopping and dealing with a actual mop and bucket. The shark took cleaning to the next level for me and my wife. It does exactly what it is made to do! The Shark is easy to use and can perform multiple cleaning duties.

This is the second steam mop I've purchased and I love it! We used the hand piece to wash walls, and steam clothe. It's gets the floors so clean. I highly recommend this steam mop!
