    Works well but doesn’t replace a masseuse. I appreciate the various different speeds and methods on the massager. It is worth the money but don’t expect miracles.

    I had my first one for about 3 months before it died. Wont turn on. I purchased the Best Buy 2 year plan on this although I never purchased these warranty add ons in the past. I’m glad I did as it was replaced and new one shipped right to my home. The replacement was fully charged after 3 hours and used for about 45 mins the first night. The battery life appeared to be awesome as it barely dropped. However, the device would not turn on after the first night use. This wiil be returned tomorrow. Hopefully I’m not stuck with this routine the next 2 years. Obviously there are manufacturing issues with this company.

    Had a bit of trouble getting it to start. We think we may have had the bit pushed in to far and some fiddling with it solved the problem. Other than that though it's been an awesome massager with lots of varied tools for different parts of the body.
