Wear them all day long no discomfort. Hear really well and can be heard really well. Best headset I've ever had!!

I love the open ear format and the good microphone. I bought is specifically for the boom mic so that my customers can hear me while I'm driving. The open ear format allows me to also hear what's going on around me and use earplugs when I use power tool, and they don't blast sound directly into my ears. The battery lasts longer than any headset I've owned. BUT there are no other good features, but many problems. The Shokz disconnect and reconnect from my iPhone 14 occasionally. It takes 5-10 seconds of holding the volume button to turn them on or off instead of a simple slider switch. Sometimes they turn on and connect to my phone when I unplug them from the charging cord. They aren't supported by the Shokz app. They don't announce who is calling. You can't answer or ignore a call with voice commands. THERE IS A BIG DELAY to begin voice to text recognition! It doesn't give you a tone to let you know that it is ready, so many times it skips the first 2 or 3 words you say. I have to say "um" or something else to get it going. They are comfortable until I need to wear a hood or bike helmet. There is no adjustment to the big frame that goes around your head. It looks dumb. I prefer to have something smaller and less noticeable, but I want my customers to be able to hear me. So, I have to put up with this thing. Ugh! Shokz and Plantronics need to get together and make a better headset.

I like the fact that it doesn't go IN your ear, rather outside, and the Audio Quality is Great, arguably better than Earbuds/Air Pods. Something to Note, if using this for Calls you'll Definitely want to get the USB A Receiver with it, as it increases Quality by a Lot. Great Product, would recommend/Buy Again.

I got it so I can use it at work with other people also working all around me. When the office floor is full of people and everyone is talking it is tough to isolate the noise from your headset. This device solves that problem with mic boom. Noise cancellation works great taking out background noise. It is comfortable to wear all day. Excellent battery life. Light weight and the Bluetooth distance is very far. Great purchase. Highlighly recommended

This is great if you are doing conference calls and not in a place that is too loud. I like the over the ear and not in the ear aspects of the headset but some people may find it hard to hear in really noisy places. The active noise cancelation seems to work pretty well. But hearing sometimes may be an issue. It is extremely comfortable and does not give me any ear fatigue also. Battery life seems to work well and have no issues with this. Not a headset for everyone but for what I use it for with meetings on the phone while on the go it is great.

Comfort all day,definitely this new version has good updates like stereo sound,more lightweight and also the size has best fit.

I love these! They're great for phone conversations for sure! If you're looking for great audio quality for music, you won't find that, but they still work well. I like them mostly because I can hear what's going on around me. I use them in the gym, when out running. I think you can't have a better safety option when you're running or walking outside. You will be able to hear traffic or people around you unless you have them turned all the way up. You have to be a little careful with the part that goes around the ear as I had one of those break before, but that was an older model that I had for years and I just became a little careless with them. I've also got BOSE open ear buds. those are great for music, but are awful at phone conversations....really awful. This item, however, is pretty solid at both....especially phone calls.

These are an absolute must for me. I work industrial maintenance, I can talk clearly in loud environments, hear well. Still wear ear protection. The 2 year warranty I have had to use on a couple occasions though only reason I am giving 4 stars. I have had the battery fail on me once, had to get a replacement. Could have been my fault as it may have got plugged to a fast charger at some point. The boom mic I have had fail on me twice though. The second time right out of warranty so had to buy a new pair. In short Purchased one pair used warranty twice in 2 years and the third time it messed up I was out so had to buy another. Will continue to buy. Wish the headset wiring was just a little better or whatever causes it to fail because I am now in the office 90 percent of time and they get no abuse.

I mainly use these for work and they are excellent for teams meetings, phone calls, and even listening to music in between. The boom mic is great for cancelling out background noise. It is so sensitive that if you have it flipped up away from your mouth people cannot hear you until you flip it back down. I also like the multiple Bluetooth connection. It allows me to be connected to my laptop and cell phone at the same time and switches over seamlessly when a call comes in. I can wear them all day and almost forget they are there, but it does take some time to get use to the feel of them.

Designed way better then last model. Fits tighter head. Clear call quality. Battery life is phenominal.

Battery Life is excellent and the sound quality is really good! I would really recommend this to anyone that has a busy life and is in need of hands free. I am on the phone all the time and this lasts me all day

Comfort is very good compared to some others. Sound is real nice also, due to the stereo output while you can still hear outside noise. Model with the mute button on the boom is a super nice feature. Jurys still out on its durablility. If I get two years out of a headset under daily use, im satisfied.

These are comfy to wear for long days of meetings. They hold a charge and have good range! I have long hair so I usually wear a ponytail but I can wear these over my hair too.

Good sound quality, great noise cancellation for the person on the other side of the call. Very comfortable to wear. Battery life claims 16 hours of talk time, most I’ve gotten was 8 hours.

The charge lasts two full working days and the sound quality is amazing! The ease of switching between cell phone and Teams calling make the day go faster and keep my music going between work calls.

I work from home. I have used almost every brand of headsets and speaker phones. This is the best of all. Great sound, is easy to connect, and long-lasting battery. Highly recommend.
