I am running a small business and these headphones have been a life saver so far. I receive many phone calls and it’s easy to accept the calls. I can bear people clearly and people can hear me clearly too. It’s not in my ear which is great because I can hear everything around me when I’m not in a call so I don’t need to take my headphones out. They feel comfortable and overall I’m happy with it.

I have hearing loss due to nerve damage in my left ear. I’ve never had a headset, allow me to gain SOME of my hearing back. Since this uses vibration and not sound, I can actually make out words. It’s not perfect but definitely an amazing change.
Also has a longer battery than many others I’ve used before. It does sit a little weird on my head with my glasses on, but after some time of getting used to it. Wearing for 8 hours+ isn’t an issue.

I have to admit, I was skeptical at first about this bone conduction technology and how it would work. I couldn't have been more WRONG! These are exceptional!! I use them almost every day for work and I have them on at a minimum 5-6 hours a day. Super comfortable where I don't even remember I have them on because they're so light and comfy. I also wear glasses and with that said - that tells you enough. Even with my glasses on, they are easy to put on/take off and wear. I can't believe I've been missing out. I'm glad I got in at this time though and purchased version 2 because I'm loving the mute button on the tip of the microphone. I use these both with my Android (Samsung Note 20 Ultra) and on a Win 10 laptop for Zoom calls/meetings.

Bought this on a whim to connect to my desk phone at work. It was a breeze to connect to either the yealink or poly phones. Very comfortable, all day battery life, perfectly clear calls. Couldn't ask for more. BUT there is more! It allows dual connectivity to be paired and connected simultaneously to my desk phone and my iphone. I can use my iphone to listen to podcast, music, etc. and still know everything thats going on around me. When a call comes in on my desk phone, all I have to do is just press the button on the left side and i'm immediately swapped over to the desk phone. When I hang up, boom back to my music, podcast, etc.

This is the fourth Shokz headset in our family. I bought this one to replace the horrible headset my company provided. All the expected functionality is there except for one really annoying one - the multiuse button does not work with Teams. It was my hope to be able to answer calls even away from my desk. Alas, it is not to be. Otherwise, I appreciate that people I'm speaking with can't hear the ambient noise in my office. The headset wraps around my head securely but lightly. The bone-conducting sound is clear. It takes minutes for me to recharge at the end of the day. I wholeheartedly recommend UNLESS you want to be able to answer calls away from your desk.

I found the headphones to be far superior than any other wire free headset. The Bluetooth range is really good also and the battery life is outstanding. I have mine on for 12hrs a day and battery is just mid level barely drained at all. Charging is fast. Connection and sound quality are great. I come through clear on the other end. Great that it doesn’t have to go in my ear, I couldn’t stand that. But these solved that issue. Set up was easy. I actually bought this a few months back, but I was careless with where I left them and my dog ate it yesterday. Worth spending the money replacing it! I’ll never use another headset!

My husband has had this headset for 8 months now and loves it! It has great sound quality, but also allows to hear your surroundings if need to. The microphone does wonders and noise cancelling, preventing little to no background noise. He works remotely and some days can be on the phone up to 8-9 hours a day which the battery life can accommodate for. He has recommended it to a coworker, letting them try once and they went out bought one right away.

The OpenComm 2 UC stands out in the crowded market of communication devices, thanks to its exceptional sound quality and comfortable fit. I was pleasantly surprised by the clarity and richness of the audio during calls, ensuring that every conversation was a pleasure, without any distortion to mar the experience. This is particularly important for those, like myself, who spend a significant portion of their day on the phone, either making or receiving calls.
The comfort level of the OpenComm 2 UC is another highlight. Often, headsets can become uncomfortable after prolonged wear, but this was not the case here. The fit was so comfortable that I barely noticed I was wearing it, even after hours of continuous use. This is a crucial feature for professionals who need to be on call throughout the day and cannot afford to be distracted by discomfort.
In conclusion, the OpenComm 2 UC is a top-tier choice for anyone who values sound quality and comfort in their communication devices. Whether you're a busy professional juggling multiple calls or someone who appreciates clear and comfortable conversations, I highly recommend the OpenComm 2 UC. It has certainly exceeded my expectations and has become an indispensable part of my daily routine.

Purchased this for my wife after letting her try my Openrun Pro2. The UC version was ideal for her to use for work. The work computer is restricted on what can be paired or software installed. The UC with the USB dongle worked with no issues. Earbuds are difficult to wear and can’t use for long periods. These are more comfortable, light, and great audio. The boom mic improves call quality (cell phone and Teams calls).

Fantastic for communications. I use both the OpenComm 1 and 2 for work, and I have very little complaints.
I will say, they are not the best for listening to music and/or for entertainment. However, you can improve the sound quality by pairing these with earplugs.
I forget constantly that I have them on, due to how light and comfortable they are. Clients and I are able to clearly hear each other.
If you're deciding between the OpenComm 1 and 2, they are nearly identical. I've been told the 2 has better microphone quality, but they feel nearly the same. The boom is on the right side with the 2 as opposed to the left, with a new mute button for convenience. 2 seems slightly bulkier, but that may be my imagination.
Highly recommend these for productivity.

Easy set up. Works great. Good range away from phone/tablet/computer. People on the other end of the line seem to hear me quite well (despite whatever background environment (e.g. airport) I am in). Overall, meet/exceeded expectations.
Ordered online via Best Buy, good email confirmation/reminders, immediately located and picked up at the store. Perfect fulfillment.

I work from home in a call center, and the Shokz OpenComm 2 UC has been the best headset I’ve used so far. The open-ear bone conduction design is super comfortable for long shifts, and it doesn’t leave my ears sore like traditional headsets.
The sound quality is crystal clear, and the noise-canceling mic blocks out background noise—even when my dog barks or my family is moving around the house. My calls are smooth, and customers can hear me without any issues.
It was simple to set up with the USB-A dongle—just plug it in and you’re good to go. The Bluetooth connection is stable, and the battery easily lasts through a full 8-hour day. If you work from home and need a reliable, all-day headset, this one is absolutely worth it!
